Fuck that dumbass bullshit. All I hear are excuses. Who gives a shit if the dudes at the gym are bigger than you? You can get to where they are if you put the work in. I started lifting in mid-September and was a 255lb fat fuck at 6’0 at the end of August. I am now down to about 207 pounds and I credit it to keto and lifting. I am 23 FWIW. I had the same shit and did MiraDry. It got rid of a lot of the sweating, but it may have been a waste of money. I work out now, and the day after working out, my sweating is virtually non existant and it feels great. If I don't work out, I sweat all day. Cardio also helps a good deal. I do 30 mins of moderately intense cardio before lifting. Try that before doing the injections. They're a hassle and could have negative side effects.

Lifting is really crucial to improve your SMV, yet he is saying basically it should not be a priority. Getting in shape and maintaining it is hugely important. Working out is an even better stress reliever, and you can still sleep like a normal person with it, versus jacking off and getting your heart rate up right before a time where it should be its lowest.
