start actually looking people in the eyes when you speak and you'll already appear more confident than 99% of people out there. It's the one thing you can start doing right now. The other things involve speaking loud and clear (loud not really being related to the volume but rather the projection of your voice)

Lmao 99% of the advices here are only useful when attraction is already established. If you get this comment, then there isnt any tension between you and the girl. Tension is what always establish attraction, it's the energy channel that convey status, power, dominance et male energy within a social interaction (with girls and guys). If you convey the nice amount of tension (good charisma, confidence, personnality etc ) and she's still not interested, then you will most likely don't get the "let…

One could find those examples stupid, but if it's to the point where you felt cringy reading them, you probably just trying to do seduction in a "tension avoidance" state which is a fundamental contradiction. If girls hated "aggresive" comments like these, they wouldn't be biologically programmed to enjoy being slapped in the ass while fucking Thing is, those comments are more useful to crystalize an attraction rather than create one from spark, you do not want to use them when there is 0 attrac…

In fact reality is much simplier, we love to make over complicated rules to cope with reality. Shit test is just a fantasy that we created to explain a girl turning you down, girls are fighting their own demons, at no point they are actively thinking about doing a shit test, if she's sexually flirting with you and she turn you down at some point, it's because she's REALLY unsure about this, not because she made up this machiavelic plan to "test you" or anythingGirls are fighting massive insecuri…

Mana translate to pride for buddhist teachers and buddhism language regardless of what you think : but I am not a buddhist follower so I dont really care What I think about pride is that YES it is a good thing overall. YES it is indeed driven by the ego. Because no Ego = nothing to be proud of. NO it doesnt suck. And NO it is not a cornerstone of seduction. You dont just get to generate a pride feeling when you have NOTHING to back it off. Will I feel pride if I didnt achieve anything and If a a…

To think is a thing, To explain why by demonstration is another Ok first lets see what the buddhism literature have to say about that, and then lets try to break down those concepts by ourselves. - Herbert V. Günther (a german philosophy professor and buddhist) : "Arrogance is a mental event which is a kind of inflated mind making whatever is suitable, such as wealth or learning, to be the foundation of pride" - Conceit - Pride - Arrogance - are refered by the same word in buddhism : Māna (i…

This is not a semantic argument, on the contrary its interesting Your answear have nothing to do with our original debate, you just shedded light on some buddhism concepts, I have no doubt that you understand what you are talking about Pride and Deservedness are out of the buddhism equation (unless there's a form of buddhism I dont know about) Lets not confuse the existance of emotions with having pride or Deservedness wich are clearly concepts based upon ego, and the ego is what you try to get …

Therefore your belief system is at the antithesis of what buddhism preach. Not that its bad or wrong. Its just different and its fine. The reason I am saying that is because I read one of your comment where you take buddhism as an illustration, and I just wanted to point out that clear distinction of what buddhism is not.

Be very careful about words such as "pride" and "deserve" , you cant really blend them with "buddhism" Those 2 words directly involve your ego. If you think you "deserve" something then when you dont get to have it ... well you become confused, because you can very well feel you deserve something all your life and never have it Going into an interaction feeling you deserve anything -> You have an outcome expectation -> Therefore you have something to loose -> That influence every micro-decisio…

I will most certainly post something solid once I experiment enough and when I gather enough informations. I had other ideas for future posts, I studied classical conditioning from ivan pavlov and laborit in university, they did a bunch of interesting experiences on rats, and I think this shit is powerful but we never found a solid real life application for it in psychology and self help.

Didnt do it enough to draw conclusions yet... but I wanted to write an entire post about that. I experienced an interesting set of emotions. I simulated a thought where I watched myself act inside a memory by literally imagining watching the scene from a different physical angle in the space, and so I didnt felt the emotions that are normally associated with that memory, it was very weird because I was supposed to feel angry or sad but my body didnt generate those emotions. Yes I guess you could say that. Altough I cannot say yet for sure that those strategies really "speed up" the brain rewiring process, or only supress bad emotions attached to certain memories, I would need to dig into that a little bit more An interesting question to raise is where is the limit of what we can call a trauma or a PTSD ? How can we effectively process them is we dont even recognize them as 'trauma' in the first place. But I keep that for another post when I have the time to write s…

You behave like that because you are not confident, and you are not confident because you behave like that. You are not confident also from not getting alot of girls. There is myelination in adults, its just much much slower than during childhood. Talked about this in the manifesto I posted here 15 days ago. It mean that tension accumulate in your body too much, its one of many ways your brain telling you he feel overwhelmed and "in danger". You are probably doing alot more nervous things without even knowing it when you are around beautiful women

I had this idea in the back lf my head to make a gamification APP to help guys improving their social skills and to put them under tension more often, now I am concerned that it would be just widely misinterpreted and controversial as "encouraging pushy and harassment behaviors" Guess its really difficult when you start wanting to teach something other than inner game or mind set to non-charismatic/beta/nice guys (as those 3 often come together).

The RPG trick also doing something that's called backward conditioning or more simply firing up the reward circuit in your brain, just like when you' doing a quest in a rpg, you need to kill 50 monsters, and each time you kill one you have a tiny reward circuit that get activated, and once you killed the 50 monsters you experience a stronger reward circuit. That's why we are so hooked up to games with progressions (leveling etc.)

You shifted the discussion topic from tension to calibration wich are totally 2 different things, in my opinion. Calibration is obviously important, and I agree about everything you said. The only thing I strongly disagree is the idea that calibration or "having awareness" of what she wants is something that increase tension. My definition of tension is an energy that happen on a deep/basal level in our bodies. Examples : The teacher make you stand to speak in front of the whole class, you feel …

Did my post get deleted ? Anyway I think I didnt explain myself well enough. My post was not meant to be an "A to Z guide to get laid", it is NOT complete at all and it does not cover every area of seduction. My goal was to open new perspectives and give practical things to do to people who had "specifically the same sticking points " as me. I didnt expected people to read it like some sort of ULTIMATE guide, I was expecting only the guys who recognized themselves in my description to comment :)

Very hard question, I mean ... if you are used to break eye contact often with people, I would say fuck it. just practice 100% eye contact during all the interaction, you will most probably fail a few times anyway. The important is to make progress and expose yourself to the extreme. A more reasonable answear is : As long as they break eye contact 2x more than you, you can break it from time to time.. Remember the golden rule : each time you FEEL tension inside you and you dont break eye contact…

I think its different styles that suit different people. Being friendly and funny is mayybe riskier because you have more opportunity to diffuse tension if you are a naturally friendly and funny dude. On the opposite being always cool and serious and you risk being boring af. never go to the extreme I would say. Play with tension, let it rise from time to time and feel it in your guts. Be funny without being a clown, who is predictible

The most important is to try it. If you feel tension rising, if you feel suddenly hot (like you are about to sweat), then you'll know exactly why so many of us do random nervous gestures with our body to diffuse the tension

I have Been field testing EVERYTHING I talk about in my day to day life for years. Its what "I" personally noticed, its not "THE" formula, its what worked for me. You must try it to understand what I am talkin about. Listen to someone tell you a story or speaking to you, and DONT smile, dont nervously nod your hard in approbation, and eye contact him. Try to stay calm and still, you'll feel weird, your body will seek ways to diffuse the tension. The more the other person is a stranger/your boss/a higher status/a girl/ the more you will feel the tension accumulating fast

That belief was ingrained in my brain so deep that its still something hard to admit. You are 100% right, status and power. Now being right or wrong about the real meaning behind attraction was not the point of my writing. The point is, tell someone shy/introvert "its all about power/status", does it help him ? No he still have no clue what to do "specifically" in his day to day life. Not talking about apes nor wolves, just what I'v seen in humans. Again, it all depend how you lip smile and why you are doing it. if you constantly use it to diffuse tension in a conversation, with alot of raising eye brows, you appear submissive af Plus, the sexy lip smile you are talking about is often a tiny one-sided lip smile with a deep eye contact, it can be sexy yes, but in a context of a conversation its very hard to do (if you are not already on an intimate stage)

Try to listen someone speak when he tell you a story, look him or her in the eye, and dont node. Feel how much tension accumulate inside you, you'll want to smile, nod, nervously move your hands etc. the tension YOU feel THEY feel too. Just saying get ride of compulsive noding/smile because it diffuse tension, if you nod, its because the other person is REALLY making a point you want to agree with

You calibrate the amount of eye contact of course. The more confident the girl are, the more you can hold eye contact, dont think of it as staring, think of it as "ther other person must break eye contact more often than you do" as simple as that, its like a game. If you eye contact 100% of the time but everything else is off (no conversation, weird tonality voice, no body language) they will just feel so much tension that it feel aggresive, not arousal.
