Disclaimer :

  • I am not a PUA (I learned alot from them tho). I dont do cold approach. I am a relatable joe with a regular life who happen to have a big hyperactive brain with a shitload of creativity, who love to read psychology and philosophy and elaborate THEORIES to understand the world around him.
  • I dont elaborate her on things like money or status. I am describing what spark attraction, in a 1on1 situation, all other things being equal
  • THIS IS NOT A SEDUCTION GUIDE : it is NOT complete and its not meant to be. The goal is NOT to teach you how to pick up girls. Its for introvert people who grew up alot in their heads, who are not aware about some underlying mechanics between humans (like tension and its importance) and what can they do to get more in touch with their masculinity. For those who feel always super nervous when they talk to someone else, who have trouble maintaining a confident eye contact
  • Grewing up in video games, I had the idea to gamify my real life using an app and using role play to imagine myself a rpg hero. Turn little challenges into quest. And that was so fun and satisfying than It made me want to share my experience here

My mistakes during my progression :

  • In the begining : Being a hell of a beta (wont elaborate on this one as the internet and youtube are full of accurate description)
  • Then : thinking its all about looks
  • Then : thinking its all about looks and charisma only
  • Then : Having an "alpha" inner game, and forgetting that my external behavior were still wired to display some chode trait, cause you aint gonna change your neuro-muscular pathways (that you repetead thousands of times during your life) by changing a belief (more in this later)

The 3 cornerstones of attraction

  • I. Looks :
  1. You have minimal control over it, wich imply : dressing up, grooming, working out

not worth too much of your mental energy

  • II. Charisma :

Consist of :

1) Eye contact :

a. Read the book : the power of eye contact.

b. Notice how in movies when you have a close 1on1 conversation, the camera is always placed behind one of the character giving you the illusion of constant eye contact making you feel alot more intimate with the dialog

GOLDEN RULE : IF THE OTHER PERSON IS BREAKING EYE CONTACT 2x more than you, YOU ARE GOOD TO GO, YOU DONT NEED TO STARE 100% OF THE TIME, YOU CAN THO...

2) Body language :

a. Train to move your hands as you'r speaking alone in your room (say you are studying) or when you speak to someone on the phone

b. Try to touch girls and guysmore often, each time you talk to someone there's always an opportunity (while saying hello, or goodbye, or in the middle of the conversation to make a point)

GOLDEN RULE : EACH TIME YOU ARE HAVING A CONVERSATION, TRY TO MOVE AT LEAST ONCE YOUR HAND HIGH IN THE AIR (LIKE ITALIANS) TO STRESS A POINT YOU ARE MAKING

3) Tension : Tension must increase in order for sexual energy to go up. With men, holding eye contact is a sign of aggresion, with women its intimicy rising, in both cases its a strong energy that you can feel in your guts. Count how many times you break eye contact when you speak to your boss/teacher/someone with authority for exemple

You must feel unconfortable at some point and still hold the tension. Then you know you made progress : You won that specific battle of tension that was going on between you and the other person, tension was rising for 2 sec,5 sec,15 sec,20 sec, but at some point, someone choose to break/diffuse it. The more you hold eye contact, the more your body want to do weird tiny gestures, parasites movements

Some of the things that completly destroy/diffuse the tension :

a. Breaking eye contact first/too often/more often than the person you are speaking with

b. While listening to another person speak, you nervously nod your head in approbation. Instead You want to nod your head ONLY when the other person is really making a point you genuinely agree with, otherwise, you are giving a constant approbation signs and this can be submissive. MAKE your approbation COUNT. Noding also diffuse the tension

c. When you speak with someone, you frequently smile. More often than not, this is NOT a genuine smile. Its a way to diffuse the tension. "I smile, I am friendly, no danger here, I am validating what you are saying, please continue" (and when you try to stop doing it, you realize you cant)

d. When you talk to or hear someone speaking, you often have that constant "lip smile" printed in your face**. aka the big fake ass smile with your lip well stretched,** and often a raised eyebrows. This behavior can be seen by the other person subconscient as submissive "look at me I am smiling at everything you are saying, I am not dangerous". Try watching someone doing the lip smile and see how you feel about that person at this particular moment.

GOLDEN RULE : When you feel tension rising in your guts, feeling hot (sweating), your stomach pounding or burning, butterflies in your heart, any kind of disconfort and you resist by not breaking the tension right away, its a WIN

4) Voice tonality :

This is actually super hard. As an introvert, you spent alot of time alone, if you could /played the amount of hours in your life you used your voice, its probably lower than other people

a. Train your voice, alot. When you read books, read out loud, when you are studying, read out loud

b. If your ARTICULATION SUCK :

- Read a sentence with a pencil between your teeth. Re read the same one right after it

- Move your lips in an exagerate manner when you speak. Your lip muscles will produce more force

c. Train to speak SLOWER, take your time, dont RUSH

e. Make pauses, silence increase tension, even more when you are the one voluntarily initiating it. Even 2 sec can make a hell of a difference. Example : when someone ask you a question, pause think while making eye contact, or pause while speaking to catch your breath

--- TURN YOUR REAL LIFE INTO A GAME : How I used an app on my smartphone to social skills ---

In order to master any skill when you are a grown adult, you have only one solution : repetition, repetition, repetition. Your brain must wire new neural pathways, and in order to do so, you have to fire those pathways day after day after day. The more often your brain fire a neural pathway, the less energy it will need NEXT time to fire that same pattern. And your brain take the path of least effort as long as you survive.

Basically I took a self developpment app : Do it now rpg (android) that let you create a Hero, that you level up by completing tasks (that you create).

a. Completing a task give XP to your hero AND to a skill

b. Leveling up a skill give XP to a main characteristics

Each time I have an interaction with someone, I try to focus on completing 1 tiny challenge at the time to not overwhelme my brain. And from interaction to interaction, day after day, I get more use to touch people, eye contact more often, speak with my body etc.

If you really have a role play mindset, This also activate the reward circuit in your brain, and you can use it to conditionate yourself the other way around by punishing yourself when you complete a bad task (like thinking about toxic stuff), okay its not as powerful as the electric shockwaves in the Pavlov experiences on rat about stress and conditioning, but still ....

  • III. Relatableness

Being charismatic AF, with laser eye contact, conveying alot of tension and making her feel aroused AND being pleasing physically to a girl can sometimes not be enough. It is for alot of girls. It certainly is for one night stand.

But see, it all depend on the type of girl you are dealing with. Some of them are more introvert, shy others are extraverted

You can be awesome, but still some girls wont feel secure around you because you are very different from them, and because they have very rationnal criteria.

Like there is beta males, there is beta females.

There is white nights and nice guys among males, who are often very distant from their true masculinity. And so there is among female the "hyper-rationnal" female who whill judge you on other criteria entirely, like she must feel you two have alot in common blablabla. Those type of females are often not very in touch with their feminity, they are not very sexual and they dont "usually" enjoy one night stands

This cornerstone of attraction is still important to grasp, because this is the reason beta male or female still get married etc. This is the reason you sometimes see a non attractive guy (from your perspective, because you judge him throught the charisma/look prism) dating a cute girl.

However, the Relatableness only matter for the majority of people when they want to get into serious relationships.

The proportions of those 3 depend on the type of girl :

For example the hyper emotional girl (vast majority) will fall for the super charismatic guy who make her feel a shitload of tension even if he's not the most handsome guy by her definition.

Other girls want only super good looking guy, it can be for a bunch of reasons (her trying to impress others, or her just enjoying beautiful things above everything else).

Other enjoy status above all and will often go for someone older, who occupy a high status in her social circle (could be self esteem issue)

So by understanding what girl you are dealing with, you could save yourself alot of trouble.
