I mean. When I chose to do a silent sitting meditation for 30mins if I get bored half way through I will not change to a body scan. Now some times a start a sitting silent meditation with a very short body scan like in head spaces but this is to “ground me” then I focus on my breath or something else. But this is just what works for me and I picked that up from Hurry Up and Meditate- your starter kit for inner peace and better health by: David Michie

So I try to follow a Miracle Morning routine, which is another good book lol( I read a lot). So I wake up. Meditate for 15-30mins if I’m in hurry 1 min. But I do it everyday no matter what. 90% of the time it is a silent meditation session. 10 % body scan session. If I am doing a certain style I maintain that for the session Then read, then journal. Nice! I was actually doing headspace when I started the mindfulness program. Ive been mediating almost everyday for 6 months now thanks to both programs. If your really into it there is a book called The Power of Now A great and quick read about using mindfulness during every day life. It’s written in a conversation format so it does not have a text book/ technical manual feel

Very true. I have recently moved to No mans land where the corn is grown so i downloaded some apps. I am finding that I am to busy to justify meeting these girls in the first place. I have a few set up for vague dates for the future. If I did go and they did not show its just more work/learning time for me. Their loss.
