By approach, I take it you mean cold approach girls; ie girls you don’t know, which is the whole purpose of this sub. So how do you even know if you like them or not? You know nothing about then. Approach girls you find attractive and even some you don’t; you never know. Sometimes after to talking to her you might find something that you find attractive. What I found helped when starting out is approaching other people too, not just girls you’re interested in. Like guys, old people, etc. Just to…

For sure it’s possible. Easy? No. But unlike what most people are saying it has nothing to do with money. Firstly 5/10 and up aren’t super high standards so that makes it easier. Not judging at all, just listing this as easier. The main thing is time. 8 or 9 women a month is a lot; this would almost have to be a full time job. You have to dedicate a lot of time meeting these women, texting and dating, and then hopefully having sex with them. So you would have to have the experience necessary to …

Keeping eye contact is a good exercise, having to do with social or sexual tension, in some cases dominance, etc. But ultimately you’re dealing with the symptom not the root cause. You don’t have to be 100% at peace like a monk or something. But if you are well grounded, secure with yourself and emotionally stable, the eye contact is no big deal. Keeping it is not a source of tension. It’s more of a form of connecting with people. Most of the time, it’s totally friendly. I have no problem follow…

I guess you could do that. I’m not saying it won’t work but it doesn’t sound good to me. She’s acknowledging that you’re a bit of a player, in a cheeky playful way. She’s putting a little pressure on you to see how you’ll react. She’s insinuating, in a softer way: “so you have sex with a bunch of girls and move to the next whenever you want right?” Your replies: “yep! Wanna be my next conquest?” Not good IMO. I mean maybe if she really likes you. But it sounds arrogant. It’s much better to be pl…

That’s very common. I don’t know why they do this exactly. Likely because you gave off a player vibe and she slept with you fast. I think part of it is her calling that out. It’s not necessarily good or bad. That’s just her way of communicating that. At a deeper level though, I think she wants to know that you are that guy. I mean part of her likes it, or why would she bring it up in a teasing playful way? It’s almost like she admits to you “job well done”. You are good with women. In a sense, s…

Bullshit. The guy in the second pic is over weight, fashion looks bad, hair is disheveled, facial hair out of style (full beard, trimmed and taken care of is good), posture is off and he’s not smiling. Body language says reject me. Defensive. Unhappy. Not engaging or positive. These are all things within his control. But hey, I’d hate to have to work on myself. Easier to hold onto the belief that only chads get girls.

It's not good or bad; it's about your state of mind and goals. Maybe she thinks you're boring too (or just not what she's looking for in a long term partner) and just wants to smash. It would be a waste of time for you if you invest too much in this without knowing 100% what you want. If you want just sex, act that way. Be clear in purpose and intent and make it happen. If it does great, if it doesn't move on. She will sense it. You can be honest about what you want without being crass and telli…

It's an interesting take. But the friend zone thing is complex involving a lot of factors, plus individual and situational differences. Basic pickup 101 advice remains true here; if you're intent is sexual, it's better if she knows this early on (indirectly or directly, maybe with a little doubt on her part). If you act like a friend with no sexual intent, it becomes a problem later down the road if you want to initiate anything. I don't think the problem at it's root is women putting men in the…

I used to sit in front of a computer all day. And instead of complaining about my social skills deteriorating, I went out after work and approached women. No excuses. Covid getting you down? I went out and approached women during covid. Even had a few dates in the park. No excuses.

Ya I agree. I mean, I can see both sides of it. Never discount a lead from a sales perspective. It makes sense to revisit cold leads once in a while rather than throw them away completely. But don't expect too much... From a game, man-to-woman perspective, I think it's often better to just move on and not look back. If a girl is into you, she'll make it a priority to be available for you. It's very rare that she'll decide she wants to meet up after no real life contact for weeks/months. But it i…

Not true. It's not so much that you have to have extra qualities as a person to offer her. I mean that's good, and I'm sure she'll respect that. But that has to be for you, not her. It's more that most guys want sex but don't know how to seduce a woman. A girl will have sex with you based on how she feels around you. Part of seduction is getting her emotions into it, push pull, emotional spikes, negative and positive, some comfort and trust, and she generally needs to feel a sense of freedom and…

You are genuinely struggling with how approaching women (your needs and wants) might be at odds with ethical and proper social calibration and empathy. It’s normal. But you don’t have enough under your belt. Go out and do it. Hopefully you learn and get good at it. Then you’ll understand that it’s no big fuckin deal. Woman don’t care that much about being approached. They often get approached badly and by creeps, but you’re not one of them. It’s doesn’t bother most liberated woman if a normal gu…

Ya I don't think there's anything wrong with it either. 2 consenting adults. I think though it's become more popular to look at it as empowering for older women, and to shame older men for it. That's a problem.

I've never paid for this kind of thing. I went to an RSD free seminar once. But I do think there is something to be said about game. Most guys are terrible at navigating the social landscape when it comes to sexual tension and flirting. Let alone approaching a random girl outside of his social circle. To be fair, I'm sure there are a lot of scam artists out there, or some guys with poor skills who market themselves as gurus. But I think the reason you feel like you see them contradict themselves…

How do I smile at them without looking like a degenerate? Think of it as a small gift you are giving someone without expecting anything in return. Part of it is accepting that some people will not be ready to receive that gift. If you are a positive person, and feel good about yourself, and have learned to generate positivity from within, without relying on others or external stimuli (which pickup teaches you, if you do it right), then smiling at people in this way is no big deal to you. It cost…

Yes, I agree with this. It's always good to push yourself and realize that there are so many opportunities that you will miss if you don't take action. But being harsh with yourself and full of self judgment is NEVER good. Let it go. Be kind to yourself. Also, maintain an abundance mindset. There will be countless other opportunities.

"Girl baited me and then rejected me" This attitude is part of the problem right there. She was initially interested based on how you looked. But girls need more information than that. After interacting with you, she decided that she wasn't. BEHAVIOR not looks is the main thing women look for in men. You description focuses on what happened before the interaction, like the deal was sealed and that she owed you something. She was just "asking" you to approach. If you focused more on what happened…

I would argue that you shouldn't even view these as rejections - She's not interested; it's fine. There are literally millions of girls out there you can connect with. There are millions of girls YOU aren't interested in either. Nothing personal. - She has a BF. Of course she does, good looking girls tend to have BFs. No biggie. - She was rude to you. Maybe she was having a bad day and didn't feel like being approached by some random guy. Totally understandable. Nothing to take personally. - You…

I disagree completely. Seduction is not one thing. It can be different things, depending on the people involved, what they are looking for, how they feel in the moment, and countless other factors. Part of seduction involves learning HARD skills, that are sometimes related to sales. As an example, if you have a girl who is horny and wants to fuck, it's not as simple as saying "oh! here i am, let's do this". If you don't understand anything about ASD/LMR plausible deniability, how to lead properl…

Been there many years. I feel ya. I guess I got into an LTR before I knew about game and how to properly vet women. I also was not aware of my own issues. I felt like I didn't deserve a feminine woman, so I always settled for the "cute" or "sporty" ones. Or maybe super intellectual, serious girls. In fact, I fooled myself into thinking that's what I preferred. Now I go for sexy, feminine women. I mean, don't get me wrong, I still like the sporty types. But let's just say that they look more like…

I mean, a lot of them are coupled and look like a pair of potatoes. No male or female polarity. I'm aiming to settle down with some possible quality women around 30. Both our SMVs are declining at the same rate at this point. And a long term companionship is looking plausible.

I’m in my 40s and sex with 20 somethings is still fun! But ya, eventually you want something else. More serious. It’s not that the sex is bad or meaningless, it’s just that you might want other things in life. I don’t think you really leave the game. You just play it differently and have different goals. But you know, finding a woman who’s looking to settle can be tricky. For one, a lot are extremely picky! One might even say intolerable... I kinda feel bad for betas who have that as their only …

One time, a very pretty girl in a coffee shop did everything but approach me. She didn't actually open me, but was maintaining eye contact smiling at me, standing next to me, essentially screaming "TALK TO ME!". At that time in my life, I was not... very aware. It's just so uncommon, especially for an attractive woman, that it doesn't register. I literally just thought she was being friendly, like a waitress or something. It's not only until later that I realized what was happening. This is very…

90% of questions here have the same answer: approach more. It’s like “How do I get over ____?”. What they are really asking is “how do I not feel a certain emotion so I can then take action”. It’s the reverse motherfucker.

I was on a date the other day and this came up: Her: "You remember when you approached me and we were walking together?" (We were having a great chat, connecting and laughing together up until the following happened): Her: "Those people walking close behind us and listening to our conversation. That was awkward..." The point is that it can be uncomfortable for her too. It's natural and ok. You can work though it by working on maintaining composure and being more carefree in life. The more you wo…

I like this as it's quite similar to something I've been thinking about lately. It's like guys want to receive advice on how to make their cold approaches normal. It's not fuckin normal. A big part of what makes a guy attractive to women is his confidence and how he can play by his own rules. He goes after what he wants, breaks the rules but can still be calibrated and display social intelligence and empathy. He just makes it happen. If you don't want to offend anyone, you want to play by the ru…

It has to be over the top ridiculous like this to get the message across. True, sexually liberated women who love men and love having orgasms with them are free individuals. You could say they are red pilled in a way, and rise above the traditional social norms, and are free to experience life in a modern society. "Princesses" that use their pussy to secure resources ( 3 dates; show me some commitment; I'm not that kind of girl, you just want sex don't you!) are whores. As with everything, there…

Just be cool EDIT: JK! when I’m at the club I can approach whoever I want, (I always get turned down) If you ALWAYS get turned down, then you are doing something wrong... It's likely that no one can help you fix this online. You'd have to seek out some kind of coaching or mentor. You likely have some deeply ingrained beliefs and a self concept that won't change over night. Well she did say that she likes someone who treats her "like crap". She isn't very well spoken though... so to be charitable, she does catch herself and then says that she needs someone who is nice, but can challenge her and not accept everything she says. Which is what most attractive girls want. Not someone who is nice to her and agreeable just because she's good looking.

This is a way better answer than the 2 previous in this thread, even tho they both have a grain of truth. Indirect game isn't about "hiding" your intentions. That's average guy game (no game). Indirect game is about attracting her with your vibe and behavior and attitude rather than directly stating your intentions. You can even make your intentions crystal clear without being direct. Women can read the subtleties in your vibe perfectly well. It can be very powerful because it shows creativity a…

The real way to not care is not to just "DGAF, bro". The real way to not care is to have other shit in your life that matters to you. I promise your relationships will be much stronger if you have shit that matters to you besides her. Yes... but also abundance. This doesn't necessarily mean immediately having other women in your life. But having the ability to attract high quality women is key. I can't stand the sound of her voice, but I think I've heard enough to get it. She's like ALL the girls I've been with who claim to be feminists but aren't actually sexually liberated. Just a mix of ASD, LMR, and you having to "take the blame" for sex, which can be exhausting, not to mention kinda puts you in the danger zone WRT consent in some cases. Women who are sexually liberated and know what they want are so much more fun to be with honestly. EDIT: ASD, plausible deniability, taking the bl…

I strongly agree with the specifics: don't start talking about your emotional bitch shit; Don't talk about your negatives. Don't talk about your exes. Don't talk about your friends or family. But post sex validation can be a powerful tool for the long game. Attractive girls are constantly getting compliments as thinly veiled bribes for sex. They know it. When she agrees to the isolation, she basically already agreed to kiss. I can see why this comment would get a lot of flak. I think it's the wrong mindset. It's coming from a frame where 1) It's setting you up for disappointment because you have expectations 2) It's a losing frame for her, because she may feel pressure and/or that you are entitled. She may feel slutty to agree to that if she senses that that's the expectation. Better to look at it from a cooperative frame. Use plausible deniabil…

If it works for you great! But I think approaching women taps into a different primal fear. It's quite common for guys that have literally been to FUCKIN WAR to have AA and not be able to approach girls because they are paralyzed with fear. What do they say again? Women's biggest fear is that a man will kill her. Men's biggest fear is that a woman will humiliate him. I think there's some truth to that.

Lastly, there is a concern with self preservation, as demonstrated in the Prisoners Dilemma, where if both people choose what's worst for the other person than everybody get's fucked (not in the way we're looking for either). This is where the concern for Rule 2 comes in as part of the social contract of casual sex. It really doesn't matter. But the short answer is no, don't do it. A lot of so called rules in seduction/pickup aren't really about tricks that well help you "score" the girl like she's a video game. They are more about avoiding things that tend to ruin the interaction, make you look socially inept, are cheesy things that lack social intelligence that every guy says, etc. With the BF thing, it really doesn't matter in and of itself; it depends on the context and where you are in the interaction.…

I think that's a valid concern. Now that you've bagged 320 direct approaches, you have a certain confidence. In a smaller setting like a campus, you can go indirect. Chat up girls for the sake of chatting them up and feel the energy. You have no fear of going up to girls and saying you think they look gorgeous or pretty or whatever. I like this. The better you get at game, the less game you have to use. I think it's important at the beginning: you have to do gamey things to gain confidence, push yourself and discover what's possible. Push the limits of reality, so to speak. Once you know what you're doing and have that confidence with women, they can sense it. You don't have to DO as much. You can touch her very lightly and she'll get it: "Ok, this guy's not fucking around". It's not just your touch, it's your whole vibe an…

I take my time or don't bother replying to girls that are at the mid to bottom of my options. I assume that girls do the same, except their options are 10x larger than mine. The worse thing you can do is send needy, follow up texts when she doesn't respond. She might be on the fence about you, exploring other options (that may very well not work out), or be busy with other priorities in her life. Needy texts just push you to the bottom of the list. Just move on to the next girl, and/or get more …

Good on you mate. I might be making the same mistake as you were... but after years in a relationship with a woman who has the warmth and sensuality of a slab of marble, I need some feminine energy for a least a little while.

Great! I'm glad my words resonated with you. But I’m telling myself everyday, “just be friends”. I guess that's your choice, given that you're doing the celibacy thing. I personally, am having sex with them, but not getting attached. I'll even date some women consistently. But I keep the relationship open and casual; not committing to anything. It's def hard sometimes... I've just met a woman who actually ticks all my boxes and who I get along extremely well with. She's leaving the city soon, so…

You are right there. Most guys are terrible at negging. Personally, I don't like negs. Although counter-intuitively, they can help build trust with the hotter, more confident women, given that most men turn into complete sycophants with them. Maybe playful teasing is a better description than negging. The same goes with women; playful teasing from a girl who is attracted rather than shit tests. Although the dark side is powerful and can be effective... humans are tricky. The one thing that guys …

Ok, I know this sounds preachy, but I'm honestly just sharing, hoping it might resonate with someone here. 9-10s are all in your head. They often become 7 or 8s after you have sex with them. It so much more satisfying to have sex with girls who you really connect with, and that TREAT YOU WELL. When they can offer value outside of being hot, it's so much more fulfilling. There's so many beautiful women. It's much better to spend time with one who has beauty + X. For me anyway.

I went through something similar. The flake rate is extremely high at the beginning. A lot of girls will give you their number and flake/ghost because: they want to end the interaction; they don't want to say no to your face. they feel like you "deserve it", because you were polite, sweet, etc. But they aren't that into you. get caught up in the emotions of the moment, but decide it wasn't a good idea later have a bf. How old is she and how old are you? While on our way there and back I escalated to rubbing her thigh. Took a few tries but she didnt mind it. Hard to say since I obviously wasn't there, but if she toned it down sexually after that, then it probably has to do with this. Maybe you came on too strong. Maybe it was uncalibrated (came out of nowhere). I agree but easier said than done. So much has been written about this in various forms. First thing that comes to mind is 7 habits by Covey, where he talks about (co)dependence, independence and interdependence. Most men (people) are stuck in dependence. I think what happens with most people is that they go through a period of hardship in life, start becoming independent and start gaining momentum. This makes them attractive, and they end up meeting someone when they were "not looking for anyon…

Once you develop that skill set, your chances are much better in person actually. I'll get at least 10 numbers from approaching 50 women. At LEAST. I would be lucky to get one match from 50 swipes on tinder. A lot of those numbers will flake or ghost, but a lot of tinder matches do the same anyway. More importantly, the quality of the women I'm meeting in real life is MUCH higher. Maybe MOST importantly, you get to grow as a person and socially. You can more easily make connections with anybody.…

I regretted it and reached out to them later Classic. Abundance is the key. The guy truly in abundance rarely will let his ego get in the way. He'll just be like "Thanks, all the best". It's not exactly how polite or rude it is... it's weird... it's something about that vibe that girls pick up on and is hard to fake. If a girl feels like she's rejected that kind of guy (usually mistakenly), she will feel that pang; a sense of loss. There's a lot more that can be said on this subject... but let's…

You might actually be very well balanced. a) you might be going for the wrong kind of women. b) you might be going for very attractive women. Their main problem is that most guys are too easy for them. Most guys will fall to their knees and propose if she even just smile at them. So you need to present a bit of a challenge for her. It varies wildly from woman to woman of course, but you could be the one that is dangerous/challenging/mysterious/really gets to know her in ways most people don't, e…

That's a better answer than mine. I was thinking that as well about the girl leaving her drink with you. It's more likely a sign of trust than a shit test, so I'm not sure where the OP read this. Maybe he confused it with "wait here while I go to the bathroom". Especially in a club setting, if you wait there like a puppy, it's an attraction killer. I think this is interesting. No offense to you, as this applies to most (young) guys learning this: It's a consequence of black and white thinking. Like all pickup is good or it's all bad. In this particular case, the shit test (I prefer congruence test) is something guys struggle with when they first learn about it. They start thinking EVERYTHING a girl does is a shit test. This is solid advice. You basically have to filter up front. The thing is though, it really has to come from the right place. Women/people are good at detecting when this is an act, or try hard, or thirsty, etc. You really have to be casual about it and have a DGAF attitude. If you have strong beliefs/emotions/values/judgments/guilt about sex or if you haven't had lots of it, it's hard to fake. Yes, this all makes sense, but calibration is tricky. If you overly focus on it, then you become REACTIVE to her. She is essentially taking the lead and this is an attraction killer. As much as we preach calibration, I don't think it's something you can apply in real time. It's something you learn (assuming you give yourself honest feedback) as you gain experience with women. This is so true. You’re going to need to act. Women LIKE male relationships. They LIKE sex. When you first meet a woman looking for a romantic interaction they are hoping you can be both of those things for them until you manage to disqualify yourself. It is so hard as a male who's been trained from childhood to be ashamed of his masculinity (thanks feminism) to not engage in behavior that disqualifies you with women, at some point or another. I think this is a common misunderstanding. There's nothing wrong with being nice if it's genuine. You said you make friends easily and it sounds like you have good social skills. The problem with the "nice guy" thing is that it often comes from scarcity. It's a coping strategy. It's not genuine because it's the only way the nice guy can get by in life. It's only uncomfortable if you decide it is. That's not true. Some girls decide they don't like your face/vibe and chose to view it as an awkward/creepy interaction no matter what you do. That being said, that shouldn't stop you from approaching, working on your social skills, "vibe" and all that. And you have to be able to read girls fast and easily recognize when their emotions are in upward momentum). It was a joke because this question can't be answered. Don't delude yourself. It's very hard to accept this as a guy unless you come from an abundance mindset. It's very easy to delude yourself into thinking maybe you can turn this around... Just maybe. Only see her if you TRULY are interested in friends only. Meaning you are actively pursuing other options. If that's not the case, save yourself the anguish and tell her you can't meet up with her. TLDR; Get more girls

This sub is fucked. But on the off chance that this would help any poor souls who might come across this: a man whispering into a woman's ear is a very intimate thing. Please don't do this unless she's ALREADY attracted. It's extremely uncalibrated and is likely to creep her the fuck out. This is something that you would do very much later in physical escalation after you received signs that she was ok with much more basic things.

No. Trust me. Most guys have the opposite problem. They get little or no matches online. Like me. I have to get out there and actually engage women. It's a lot of effort. I'd much rather sit my ass at home or do whatever I want and just swipe on Tinder for 30 mins or so when I need to get laid. I have to actually be charming and try to get to know and understand women; their psychology and sexuality. It's disgusting.

To be clear, I'm pretty sure the OP doesn't mean grabbing a random girl by the hips and grinding on her, or pulling a random girl by the hand to the dance floor. The most ironic thing about the white knight/nice guy thing is that you are making assumptions about women's sexuality based on mainstream BS (and not actual experience) and slut shamin…

To be honest, this seems like a red flag to me too. But if she was cool during the interaction, then maybe give her a chance? Some people are bad at texting. You can be blunt and say you have no idea until you go on a least one date. It could be that she wants to know if you're interested in a relationship or just sex.
/r/seduction19/01/19 10:35 PM

It took me a while to get over it too. Just be prepared to be shamed, but if you are centered as a man, it becomes less and less of an issue. There are plenty of young women that are intelligent, emotional stable, full of life, curious about life, philosophical, open to new experiences, like to be challenged by an older guy. It's not like women 30+ have all have magnetic fuckin personalities... I don't know anything about you, but if you are on your path as a man, I'm sure you've felt the attrac…

I'm not saying I'm attracted to women generally in their 20's Why not? Women are in their prime 18-25. Do you think those judgmental betas go home and jack off to porn with women exclusively 30+? And make sure these women aren't caught up in sex trafficking? And make sure they don't come from a background of sexual abuse? Bullshit. Why not be involved in a consensual relationship with an actual woman instead?

I don't have specific advice but think of this: society will shame you for being attracted to 25 year old but will have the attitude of "you go girl!" if a 25 year old girl takes half your shit. Do what you want. Leave the petty moralizing to the betas. Protect yourself.

This sub-reddit preaches about "game" and "technique", No it doesn't really... It focuses too much on inner game and not enough on going out there and DOING. Socializing is about interacting with others. Gaming is about the same thing, but pushed to a different level. It will expose your insecurities, be painful, and lead you towards growth if you allow it. Technique is important because it gives guys a "social anchor". So when she tells you "You're a little touchy feely," you back off, don't act hurt, angry or emotional in anyway and move the conversation forward without making a big deal out of it. I'm guessing English is not your first language. It's a bit hard to understand what happened based on your description. All I can offer is a couple of general guidelines when it comes to this kind of thing: Girls will often reject the kiss the first time. (same for sex). They want to see (subconsciously maybe) how you react to this. You need to: - not get butthurt about it. They want to see that you are ok emotionally and won't get all sad or angry or loose all your confidence. - they also want …

Ya I think you are misunderstanding. By good enough, you mean skill at something. You are correct: always look for ways to improve. What he means by not good enough is undeserving. Nice guys feel like they don't deserve to have things at a deeper level. They do not feel entitled to things like love, respect, praise, etc. They need to self accept and learn that they are good enough for these things. Every human is, including themselves.

I'm late to the party but here goes: Great post. I really like the part about treating yourself like a character in an RPG. It hits on a couple of important aspects of self improvement: 1 - Treat yourself like you would a good friend. Sometimes, it's hard to be nice to ourselves. When trying to level up or character, we do 100% what is in the interest and benefit of our character. There are no feelings of undeserved-ness that get in the way. 2 - Detachment of self and emotions. In a Buddhist/med…

Really good comment! But I disagree :D You raise some great points about the similarities, but I think that they are fundamentally different though. Like, the reasons for these behaviors are different between the sexes. For the woman, the shit test is "designed" to throw a man off. Rock his boat and be challenging emotionally. This is part of the process of her searching for honest signals. It really easy for a guy to puff out his chest and say "I'm a confident man". Much harder when she puts yo…

For women, it's often a matter of turning up the volume knob slowly. It's not a switch. You should be doing kino/emotional escalation that teases her and gets her thinking of that before the kiss. Once that volume knob is up high enough, then you can almost do anything as a lead up to the kiss. I get that too when I have resting asshole face. (Not so much covering their breasts, but the sense that women feel intimidated). I'm not HUGELY muscular, but I'd say more that average. The thing is, women generally like muscular/fit guys, but they don't want some socially uncalibrated muscle head who has this as his only "shtick". You know what I mean. He walks around, expecting to be admired by women and intimidating guys. It just doesn't work because it intimidates women too. So if you have a…

Cool. I guess we have a different definition of high value women. That's fine. I don't honestly know if there is a correct one. As for a high SMV one, I disagree with you there. I have definitely met some high SMV women that were also smart, interesting and compassionate. They may not be the "9s and 10s" of the club or whatever, but 90% of guys would be falling over themselves to have sex with them. They look good.
/r/TheRedPill28/08/18 08:04 PM

This is correct. I think people over think SMV. It's SEXUAL market value. That's it. Of course, there are simply high value women; arguably those that are worthy of an LTR. Maybe that's what he was thinking about. A HV woman will have high SMV. A high SMV woman, may or may not have HV.

Here's the thing. A fairly attractive "plain Jane" or girl next door, with a nice figure is just attractive, if not more, because of the personality boost. Also, the quality of the sex has usually nothing to do with how attractive she is, and more to do with the chemistry between the two of you. Sure, if a 9 or 10 happens to be into me, I would pursue it of course. But, is it worth the effort for to make that your goal? For me, no.

A girl sees this and she thinks "loner with no friends, no social skills". She needs to see you in active shots, (sports, hiking, biking, whatever) Social situations: Having fun with friends. (Some female friends = HUGE plus) Show your body off with a beach pic (or something similar. At a park playing Frisbee or some shit), preferable with friends and smiling. Not a bathroom selfie. It's good to have one pic where you're dressed up a bit. Shows that you clean up well.

One thing about tinder and the like too: It's good for women who don't want an LTR, but don't want to sleep around in their social circle due to... reputation concerns. Slut shaming, really. They can easily pick through a catalog of men. Drop huge shit tests right off the bat (legitimately; for their safety, and to make sure they don't waste time with a dud, etc), and next guys with ease. And she can always use plausible deniability to protect her reputation: "I'm trying to meet Mr right, but I …

Hmm. Ya. I've gotten with good looking white girls (mostly from offline game), but almost always, upon digging a bit, I find out that they have a history of liking non-white guys. Nothing wrong with that at all. I just wish sometimes women would be more up front about their whites only attitude. It would save me a lot of time and wasted effort. Like seriously, they should wear a little "whites only" badge or something. Just so we know not to waste time with them. ;)

My mixed race ass has been able to kiss on the first meeting, but my matches are SUPER low. Like, I can go for a month without a match. Which makes it worse because I then don't bother swiping as much, which means even less matches. So for some guys, it's a " very time-efficient way to get laid " but for others, it's an exercise in feeling scarcity. I think I might cut it out of my life again...

You can be an incredibly nice guy and be attractive. If it comes from the fact that you enjoy people and interacting with them, women and men will be attracted to that. If on the other hand, you are nice because: - that's the only thing you are able to do - it's a coping mechanism - it's the only way you are able to navigate the social landscape - you do it not to rock the boat and keep the peace - etc Then no, that is not attractive. This is pickup 101. Always acknowledge the friend(s). It's not just a matter of "gaming" but a matter of basic social skills. If he had done that (or rather, BEEN socially calibrated) he could have still said what he said but in a different way. Like "To me, you are the most beautiful woman in the club," or whatever. This might have been what he meant but it sounds like this guy obviously lacks social skills and is trying pickup as a technique rather than a social skill set.

2-3 conversations and snapchat. That's fine I guess but what was the nature of the interactions? Does she know it's a man to woman thing? Was there flirting, sexual tension, anything like that? If not, you're just shooting in the dark. It's better to ask a girl out face to face and ask for her info after. But in the most common situation, when you first make eye contact with a girl you've never met, NEVER break eye contact first. You're done if you do. I have to work on this actually. If it were really as good as you think, then she would have encouraged another shot for you. You passing it up only would have made the tension rise for her. That is an overly confident assessment. It's what you would think on paper. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work like that. Women can be unforgiving when they expect you to fuck them and you don't. Some anyway, and depending on the context/what kind of sexual prospect they view you as.

You're right: this is overly negative thinking. I did try again but the moment had passed and it didn't go further then the second date. There were other factors at play so "losing the girl" is not the best way for me to have phrased it. It had more to do with the context of the post and what could have been: a special, passionate night, where sex would have been an amazing win for the both of us. My inability to read the situation prevented this from happening.

On the surface, having a girl tell you, “We’re not going to have sex,” is one of the worst things that she could say (unless you’re a celibate monk, in which case you should probably stop reading this), but in actuality, it’s one of the best things she could say. I wish I would have known (and actually believed this) about 2 months ago. I lost a girl that was totally DTF. We had amazing chemistry too and it would have been amazing. Like the AFC that I was at the time, I took her words at face va…

I think it's a bad mindset to start thinking of bringing up sexual topics as a tactic. Rather, sexuality and self expression is something that you have to learn to be comfortable with. There's no right time to bring up sex. At the same time there's always a right time for it because it's always on people's mind. So you just do it. It's the level of comfort that you have and the emotions behind it that matter the most. How do you work on deep seated issues of a psyco sexual nature? Expensive ther…

Yes. Mark Manson and Julien Blanc are basically saying the same thing. It's just that Manson's version is more palatable for the mainstream.

As long as she knows you are interested in her. IE, you have shown intent already. If not, then I can see that this might be more of a platonic thing. Generally, girls probably like "hang out" since it doesn't come with any expectations, and they hate when guys put expectations on them or the situation.

Maybe the former were girls that had a low attraction level anyways Or they may have been validation seeking and it wouldn't have gotten much past Snapchat. It's all about the streaks... Just apply the principles. If she is Snapchatting you constantly, us it to keep the banter at a minimum, and move the conversation towards setting up a date.
/r/seduction20/06/18 04:26 PM

The principles can be applied to texting instead of calling. No problem there. As far as dates go, why don't you try it? Actually ask a girl if you can take her out sometime for a drink or something fun and goofy, without using the word "date". If you word it in a way that you are signifying fun, care free, with a hint of "sex might happen", then it might not come across as so serious.

You are doing it all wrong. I know, it's so easy for me to say from here but hey, that's why we come here for advice no? When you are wrapped up in the situation, it's hard to see clearly. You are overly concerned with how she is feeling and are afraid of making the wrong move. You have to play to win instead of playing not to lose. So assume attraction, make her react to you and not the other way around, just generally go for it without the fear of losing her. It's hard to give specific advice …

I haven't tested this very well myself, but the idea is that if you stay, you aren't the guy who got the number and ran. If you stay and are just chill and normal (build rapport), you are giving her the chance to justify to herself that she made the right decision. Think of it like buyer's remorse. If the sales person is like "ok bye!" and took off for his next sale, as soon as you made a big purchase, you'd be second guessing yourself. You might even change your mind and ask for a refund.
/r/seduction18/06/18 07:00 PM

Ah I see. Ya, it's hard to say if a girl blushing means she's attracted, nervous, excited, embarrassed, or any combination of. Still, stirring up emotions is better than the interaction being flat. Try to stay in the interaction after you get the number and calm things down a bit.
/r/seduction18/06/18 06:33 PM

Good job! She gave her number but I saw her expression , she was turning red and had some slip up already backing out. What do you mean by this? Also, don't sweat it if she doesn't text back. The flake rate after getting numbers is super high. You could think it's an amazing interaction, and you'll never hear from her again. Other times, it seems like it's a bit flat, and you end up going on a date. Just how it is.
/r/seduction18/06/18 06:20 PM

NP. Don't get too caught up with direct vs indirect at first. It's generally better to go direct (showing intent) for beginners, but some advance guys still do direct (James Marshall). I'd say it's context specific too. Like if you're in a bar or club, you don't really have to go direct because she knows why the fuck you're there. So a "Hi how's it going?" with the right emotions behind it is often just fine, as long as you can follow up. In daygame, maybe direct is better. But again, generally …

the person who approaches can be very charming/charismatic but once that state has dwindled the girl is no longer interested. This is very real. It can be described as high buying temperature (she buys in by giving you her number), followed by buyer's regret once the emotions have worn off. That's why it's better to stay in the interaction after she gives you the number and keep it going for a bit. Even better, try for the instadate if possible. If you are both free in the moment, go for a quick…

I know this is a legitimate reason, but I can't help but feel "lied to" sometimes. Like, I generally know if the interaction was so-so and that she is likely to just flake/ignore/ghost. But sometimes, I feel like it's a really good interaction and that there's chemistry and... nothing. Oh well. I get it though. I understand why girls feel pressure to be nice. At least some girls are cool enough to text back and just come up with an excuse, such as "it's not the right time for me to date". As a g…

Instead of trying to think of what to say, try to read what she is feeling and go from there. You can always try to follow up with "I just really wanted to meet you. What's your name?". It really doesn't matter much what you say, it's more the emotion behind it. You don't want to compliment a girl if that's all you have to say. Like, "you look pretty", and then wait for a reaction and expect her to invest in the conversation. You have to keep it going for a while. Try to find out a bit about her…

This is the mistake a lot of guys make. They are not truly comfortable with a woman and try to "pause her", take a break to regroup, and try again later. It's a complete turn off for women. Precisely this. People will talk about the kind of vibe you give off. This is true. But to put it into more practical terms, you have to show her that you are willing to take a risk and make things sexual to avoid being just a friend. Making it sexual, or man to woman, involves how you look at her (prolonged eye contact), flirting, touching, sexual topics, showing her you are a sexual person. If you take no risks, you get no reward. In fact it's worse; girls will "punish" you this by categorizin…

I feel like this kinda shit is ruining openers for those of us who actually want to get laid. Telling women about a challenge, blog, etc. It's ruining it because it's externalizing the whole motivation behind the approach. It's taking all the POWER away from a cold approach, because the reason a CA is so ballsy and potentially highly attractive to a woman is precisely because of the sexual intent behind it. The whole fun (for her as well) is leading a woman from saying "hello" to her on the stre…

My background is that I'm an average looking guy that had decent social skills. I was never good with women though. You may have to work harder, but I doubt the path will look much different. You might hear of different tactics that are basically pickup with training wheels. If your ego can handle it, just do the real thing instead. It's gonna be hard. I felt like a total loser at times. Just lose the PUA mindset behind it. Nah. It's just a term. Whatever. I agree, women are attracted to the confidence it takes to cold approach, and that not many men can do this. This is good, and might get you a positive response, a phone number, even a date. But the art of pickup/seduction whatever you want to call it, goes way deeper than that. Likely, the author is adopting the mainstream idea about women's sexuality. She is essentially white knighting. That is, the only respectable way a women can have sex is in the context of a"proper" long term relationship. So of she is up for fast sex, or sex outside of an LTR, then she must be a slut. This is what society labels the parts of women's sexuality that we deem unacceptable. So in this case, instead of "victim blaming" it's easy to appeal to the idea that the evil PUA is tricking/dupi…

Nothing really works on Tinder or online dating. If the girl happens to choose you, then it really doesn't matter what you say (within reason). With this platform, girls are overwhelmed with choice, and it panders to their fickle BS. You could be disqualified for pretty much any innocuous comment. "This guy likes pepperoni pizza. BASIC! The faster you abandon the idea that there are rules in life, the faster your game will improve. Obviously, there are hard laws, some of which exist for good reason. I don't think it's that necessarily. More mature women tend to appreciate the balls it takes for a guy to do that. Younger women, in GENERAL, are less aware. This is often a big factor in approach anxiety and giving off bad vibes in general. It's brought about by the fact that you might be in your head, thinking you are "running game/doing weird and shady things" while out during day or night game. I agree with this. I mean, not to take away anything from OP. Everything he said was great. But this sounds to me like avoidance. To be honest, you don't really know what made her change her mind. Logically, there's a good chance it has nothing to do with you not going for the kiss. I suspect what likely happened was that you started emotionally investing into her before you had sex with her. Interesting. Thanks. 1000+ approaches Day or night game? both? I guess what I'm saying is that approaching and rejection is a fast track way for many guys to just get over it and be ok with themselves. Which may be simplistic. I guess what I'm saying is that you'll be a more attractive person once you learn to openly and honestly self express without fear of rejection. Of course, if you are really below avg looks, then you won't have the same benefits as more good looking guys. There will be tons of other variables, and things you can do to improve your game. 1st girl: Your memory and perception of the interaction is likely not what actually happened. Men tend to see flirtiness in girls when it isn't there. Some argue that it's evolutionary programmed. It's skewed for false positives because missed opportunities are more costly for males. Secondly, even girls that are taken can be (gasp) attracted to other guys and give off flirty vibes, sometimes subconsciously. I don't know anything about you and too busy with my own shit to read through your post …

Congrats! Definitely approach anyone you feel like. Guys, old ladies. This helps build confidence with taking to strangers and makes you more at ease with your interactions in general. I sometimes mix in approaching old ladies and guys in my daygame sessions. It just reinforces that you're just a social guy who likes talking to to people. It makes you appear less needy because you get into the habit of PROVIDING something to interactions as opposed to just trying to GET something from girls. Ie …

Perfect. Direct openers like that are good for beginners. Try to have a few variations handy so it doesn't sound like a script when you start doing more and more approaches. Experiment. Try to be conscious about using pauses at certain times, body language, smiling, etc. Try to find out what tends to get good results for you. Example: Opening a girl who's made eye contact vs one that doesn't even know you're there; these will involve different emotional tones and social scripts. An "I caught you…

RSD Max uses something like "I know I'm short but I have inner value". As long as you don't say it in a butt hurt way, you are very subtly insinuating that she may be superficial and that she needs to qualify herself.

This is great. The problem I used to have was viewing rejections as personal/shameful/failure, etc. Most rejections really aren't that bad. It's just a girl saying no thank you. Really hard blow outs are unfortunate when they happen to beginners, but they really are not the norm. When a girl says no, but is obviously flattered or impressed, I take it was a win, smile about it and move on, carrying that positive energy with me.

This is the kind of shit that happened to all of us. You handled it fine, and ya, it does suck, but... c'est la vie. Stick to learning game and pick up and this kind of thing will almost never happen to you. You will learn to assert yourself with women by being confident with your sexuality and letting them know what you want from them. No one can guarantee you won't be friend zoned, but misunderstandings like this will be a lot less likely to happen.

She's likely saying "I don't know you and I'm afraid you'll blow up my phone and be super needy if I give you my number". You need to (sub) communicate that you are not pushy and not needy. Number closing on Tinder is secondary as far as I'm concerned. You should be setting up a date. In my area/culture, it's usually as easy as a bit of chit chat, then "I'd love to take you out for a drink sometime."

Most of the answers here mention escalation. I agree. In your situation, because you are a funny guy and make girls laugh, you have a HUGE advantage. A good way to think about it is that making a girl laugh is pretty much an emotional spike. A great way to escalate is on emotional spikes. So try this: After you make her laugh, touch her on the arm. Next time, do it again. Maybe on the shoulder or lower back. Keep using emotional spikes to escalate. Try a high five, then hold her hand for a bit. …

You have to understand that when women want a companion, they are imagining a guy they are attracted to being a companion. So an alpha, Chad, fuck boy, whatever. They want that guy to be a companion. Most guys on this sub would do better concentrating on being the attractive guy than the companion thing. That being said, I liked a lot of ideas in her post. It is a dance more than an algorithym. Keeping it mysterious is always good. Body language and confidence will get you far. For me personally…

This is why it's so important to do day game, cold approach IMO. When you get used to stopping attractive women who aren't even looking in your general direction, forcing them off their ear buds, you will have no problem approaching a girl who is looking at you. None of this song and dance bullshit, as you mentioned.

I agree with his advice. Neediness is not so black and white. If you are clinging to her, in desperation and fear of losing her, then yes you will give off a needy vibe. If you're confident and escalating, leading the interaction towards a pull, and confident that you can leave at anytime to pursue something better/more interesting should you need to, then no that's not needy. I'm pretty sure u/dashdotdashdashdot meant the latter.

Logistics based answer. Love it. It's amazing to me that women do this instinctively. Whereas we have to be algorithmic about it. Actually, so much of pick up is learning to think like a women. But for real; not the BS "get in touch with your feminine side" bullshit.

Protection against false accusations is a good topic. My take on it is that if you do a good job with managing ASD, then you will have less LMR which will lead to more positive emotions about the experience and less possible regret on her part. So maybe if you are encountering LMR, it might be be helpful to think about it in this way: is this standard "I don't want to look like a slut or make it too easy for him", or is there something else? Like is there real, deeper guilt and negative emotions…

"90% of guys didn't approach." So true. Also with day game: you get an instant emotional spike. At a bar or club, they expect to be approached. During the day, it's unexpected and flattering; as you said they don't have a bitch shield up. You can use that emotional spike to immediately sexualize the interaction and also create a great vibe. When you follow up afterwards, she'll remember all these positive emotions she got from you.

Its not inherently bad. What I'm saying is I think it's better to view it like this: IF you get IOIs, then definitely approach. Great job! I'm being a bit pedantic here, but what you did was finally approach a girl you've been eyeing for a while. This is more like sharp shooting. CA is going up to a girl you happen to see and like (usual on the street; day game), with no past or connection with her, and going up to her. That was awesome though. You should be proud. That's true. If you are very attractive and suck at game, you will very likely still be able to get some women. But probably not the higher quality ones. Edit: to clarify, I was much better looking when I was younger. I could always find a girl who was interested, but I was also very picky. So it felt like"no girls" wanted me. Now that I'm older, it's a bit of a different game. Both girls and women expect you to be more manly. Coming out of an LTR, I've had to adjust quite a bit.

If you’re as attractive as you claim to be, you should have no problem getting laid. That's not necessarily true. I've known some really good looking guys with confidence issues that had huge problems. Even when the girl is practically throwing herself at him, a guy with confidence issues will often find a way to sabotage it and turn her off.
/r/seduction28/02/18 04:54 AM

Simply because these guys don't give a fuck. Which is usually attractive to women. I'm not saying you should not give a fuck about your life, but you should not give a fuck about women. Women want to be able to chase a bit. They want to feel like they earned a guy. Mostly though, they don't want to be judged. Guys that don't give a fuck generally don't judge and are care free.

You can open with the tinder thing then tell her honestly "I was looking for an excuse to talk to you, cause you were so pretty...but I didn't know how to start a convo" that's way more genuine. She likely knows this as soon as it comes out of your mouth. It's just a game. A dance. It's supposed to be fuckin fun. Looking at indirect approaches as fundamentally disingenuous is a bit black and white no?
/r/seduction27/02/18 05:46 PM

There are pros and cons with both direct and indirect openers. Some very high level PUAs use indirect openers. If you are just dismissing that as pussy excuses that real men don't use, then you might be missing out on some aspects of game. But to each his own. Do what works for you, obviously. Peace.

Messaging girls with no context MAKES you unattractive. Approaching girls confidently and being socially competent makes you attractive. There is never a good reason to message girls out of the blue on social media to try to "open" them. This is a low risk, super unattractive, beta male tactic.

Yes. Gaming requires adopting a completely different ideological structure than the mainstream way of thinking. Regular friends will just tag along at best, and at worst ruin your set or game in general. Slowly showing them philosophical aspects of game works only on open minded ones, and only to a certain extent.

That's true. In this case though, it was officially a DATE date. The intent was crystal clear for both of us at the outset. So if she wasn't interested, I'm fairly certain she would not have suggested another one. Or she would have waited until I contacted her and then suggested we hang out as friends or something like that. This is based on my past experience with women. I guess I'll find out soon enough.

Despite being in an LTR, had I known basic game at the time, I have no doubt I could have had lots of casual relationships had I wanted them. You can always try again with another girl. Always. You will NEVER run out of tries in your lifetime. EDIT: The thing with women is that they get old. As a man, you can still be attractive well into your 40s. With health and nutrition being what it is these days, probably into 50s for guys in their 20s and 30s now. So take care of your…

I guess it comes off as needy. I dunno. If the girl really likes you, she won't mind you checking to make sure you have the right number. EDIT: I talk about deeper game in other posts, but this is the kinda superficial shit that gets a bunch of comments. What I'm saying is that IF the girls likes you, then: You confirm the number in a smooth, socially calibrated way which is not a big deal. The vibe is purely logistical and just making sure that there wasn't a mistake. "We both have each others …

This makes sense and I agree with you on a completely theoretical level. However, this is a tool to help beginners. Like all things of this nature, it could be a good tool to help you build confidence and grow. But it could also quickly become a crutch that hinders your development. I don't consider myself an expert by any means, so I can't say either way. EDIT: Adding to this... This technique sounds more like an ego protection strategy. You can walk away feeling "Yay! Not sure about field tested but it seems that the proper way to deal with a shit test is to convey a playfully, I don't give a fuck attitude. A lot of keyboard warriors seem to think it's about showing her that "Ha! I got you back!". Which is completely reactionary and not good. I mean, It could work if it's a REALLY funny, witty comeback, but shit tests aren't about comebacks. You should be conveying that you don't fear losing her, you aren't butt hurt, you are still playful and unaffected, etc…

This is a good way for beginners to deal with AA, maybe get some numbers or dates, but it's not gonna get women hot. DO NOT look to settle down at 30 just because you feel pressure to. This is when you are starting to hit your stride as a man. If you are well established, take care of yourself and have decent game, you will be killing it from 30 - 40. Settle down at 40 with a hot 27 y/o ;) Read the Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi for more on this.

There is no way I, or most males in the Western world would approach a woman with a hijab. Huh. You know what... It occurs to me now that maybe the compliment is a case where you would want to make it about yourself, not her, oddly enough. Like "I think you look pretty/hot/gorgeous". Hence the reason I'm talking to you. The sub communication being that you are the one initiating action. You are the selector. Not "You are pretty/hot/gorgeous". She already knows, as you said. So what. But yes, either way, further qualification beyond her attractiveness would be necessary.

I'm not sure complimenting is a good opener if it's done to get some kind of approval or conversation starter. But if it's done in such a way to show your intent, confidently, authentically and it a socially calibrated way, then it can be very effective. "They get the same shit everytime they leave the house. I have the same problem. I'm trying to overcome this by reminding myself of a few things: 1 - You are doing this for yourself; not for others. Those sneering, ridiculing or thinking less of you for doing this are people who do not possess this kind of power and courage. Ie, AFCs, chodes, generally dissatisfied people. 3 - There is no social police…

I answered your original post about neediness. There's a wide variety of personality types with girls 18-24. It would be hard to say what THEY like. That being said, women are attracted to attractive men. As u/KingEjaculator mentioned: don't ask directly like that. You have to ask indirectly. Using the example he mentioned is a good start ("we can chill at home and watch a movie"). The reason you don't ask directly is because you ALWAYS want to make sex your fault. You have to take the lead, initiative and responsibility for it. This is related to Anti Slut Defense theory (ASD). There is very strong social pressure on women not to be sluts. AKA slut shaming. So it's better for her to have a story…

I'm not sure if being alpha is the issue here. If he is crying about a flake, he is in serious scarcity mode. I get that it's a bit of a catch 22; you have to get out of scarcity to not act like you are in scarcity. This is why so much of this sub is focused on self improvement and self acceptance. The trick is to start with minor acts of compliance and work your way up. The very beginning could be something as little as "hey, take a look at this" (showing her something on your phone, but making it so that she has to come to you). The general concept of taking the lead applies her. So you have to get away from the mindset of: "Can I touch her? What will be her reaction? Will she explode?" to "Listen to me. Come this way. Get over her so I can touch you" Of course, this is the mindset. Thes…

I think he is conflating this with anti slut defense theory. With ASD, the idea is that you need to make sex your fault. Essentially, she always needs a way not to feel like she is the initiator of sex since that would make her a slut. Sometimes, she needs to put up some last minute resistance to feel like she isn't being too easy, or to feel like you aren't perceiving her that way. You can't directly. A man who needs a woman to help him find other women will not appear attractive. You would have to be fucking him, or at lest pretend to be. There's nothing wrong with a guy who has female friends, but there at least has to be some of them with potential sexual interest in him. If he's the nice guy that none of his girl friends would actually fuck, that's not particularly attractive is it?

One thing to add: keep this up, but make sure you give them a glimpse of your true self. That is, be vulnerable and genuine in certain key moments to give her the impression that there is a side of you that only she can see and is privy to. The only source I have is Corey Wayne about keeping women guessing and about ambiguity, but I'm sure there are a lot more sourses and theories. More importantly though, this works in practice.

You feel like you are into a girl that you never had a man to woman relationship with and haven’t seen in a year?? My friend, this has oneitis written all over it. You have built up an idea of this girl that you are infatuated with. It almost certainly won’t work. If you go into this curious about her and wanting to find out more about her to see if you actually like her, then maybe it could work. IF you manage to shake off the oneitis.

You can’t outrun a bad diet. All the energy in the world isn’t going to help you. Focus on your diet and you will have incredible gains in terms of appearance. Your energy will also go up, which will make working out a natural second step, which will multiply the effects of your good diet. You don’t need energy at all to get amazing results at first. Your SMV will likely appear to be low if: you are complimenting them via Tinder, FB, etc, with no context. you are doing it face to face but not genuinely, or doing so in a outcome dependent way. You can appear to have high SMV if: You do it face to face, in a confident, genuine and socially competent way. you do it online or via text, but she has some context that indicates that you have high SMV (eg, really good social media marketing of your "brand") I say appear because it's very difficult f…

I was reading 3% Man by Corey Wayne will texting a girl, and Models while dating her. My behavior was affected to the point where the girl notice incongruity. I think she liked the "3% Man" version of me better. :D My point is that my mistake was taking too much of these books/tips at face value, which in my defense, is normal at the beginning. I’m in a similar situation. I’m thinking of just saying “let’s go back to my place”. It’s a fairly standard phrase, that sets the right expectations and agreement. Definitely. One theory is that men seek validation from women by having sex with them. Women seek validationon from men by getting attention from them. So you will definitely see some women who are not interested in you sexually, but will go out of their way to get your attention. Once you’ve committed, and played your cards, she’s gotten the validation she needs and no longer needs you. She’s won, in other words. Keep in mind that this doesn’t always apply, this is just general validation seeki…

Are you meeting these women on tinder or something similar? If so, then you are more likely to encounter women who are looking for something casual. If you are giving off a relationshipy vibe then this might be their way of bailing out. Another possibility is that you are investing in them more than they are in you. This could be another reason that is killing attraction. Of course, this is just basic, general stuff. Without knowing much about your situation and what you are doing... who knows.

This is based on limited info and anecdotal, but... I recently came back from Montreal and Ottawa to Vancouver. I was getting more Tinder matches on the East coast. This may or may not help: If you look at it from the perspective that everyone is your friend (or at least potential friend), then instead of looking at people as better than you, you can appreciate them for their qualities. I could use help with this myself. First date venues with side by side seating. In my area, almost all bars/pubs have restaurant style seating. This means that a table for 2 usually involves a face to face arrangement, not ideal for physical contact. If you can find circular bunks, they are usually meant for bigger groups. An alternative is sitting at the bar itself, which may come off as forced, depending. Another one is finding a small circular table where you can sit side by side, but there h…

I look at numbers as leads. If they've gone cold/dead, then neediness isn't really the issue. Sure, texting needy shit isn't going to get you a close. But neither is doing nothing. At that point, I usually text something that keeps the door open, and stand by the "product" I was offering. If she changes her mind great, the offer still stands (but I will have a better position ;) At the same time, I'm letting her know that I'm walking away and not chasing her or being pushy.

Upper back and shoulders are good places to start. It's not necessarily flirty or sexual, which makes it safe as a first touch, but can be done in a fairly dominant way. If I were a good PUA, I would say that you have to recognize that all women are validated by attention. The trick is to first use the initial attention seeking behavior she is wanting from you and create a dependency on her part. By withholding it at the right time, then giving just enough at the right time. Once you have created this dependancy, and she is completely hooked, you switch it to a system where she only gets your attention and therefore validation, in a sexual manner. That is, you a…

Yes! "I read that true 'game' is about not showing your interest/intent until she has first." This is just shit. For example, if you talk about your interests and passions and you see that she attempts to qualify herself based on those, then that's a good sign. However when there's a girl I'm actively trying to seduce/date, I don't interact as naturally as I would with one of my female friends. This is because you are outcome dependent. Instead of looking to get a positive reaction from her, try giving yourself like you do with your regular friends or female friends. This is called being vulnerable/genuine. It's hard to do because you want the person you are interested in to view you in a positive light, and avoid risking having them view you in a nega…

I've come to this realization recently, but take my advice with a grain of salt; I'm a beginner. It is true that it's about neediness. But it's also about something else. In the seduction phase (before she is your girlfriend), women don't want comfort or respect. I'm not saying disrespect them, I'm just saying they haven't earned that yet. I know this sounds shallow but I enjoy sex with women whom most people consider 5-6s, but there is something about them that I find particularly attractive. It's like they are more grateful for the sex. More into it.
/r/seduction01/11/17 06:37 PM

That's reasonable. There's just so much to think of. For example, am I being myself and genuine or falling back into my old self? I'm I applying skills that I learned or putting on an act? Approaching too much or too little? Is she looking for comfort or is this a shit test? Pulling or pushing? Is she chasing? Arrrrrr There's so many things to analyze as a beginner.

The problem though is that if you do it shittily, then you are not helping create a abundance mindset. You may actually make it worse. Before, you could fantastize that once you start approaching, you will learn to attract women. After many rejections, you might start thinking that your options are even more limited than you originally thought. I really thought the answer was to start approaching when I started all this. Now I'm beginning to think inner game is more important. You have to be in …

I think you know the answer. It's pretty clear that being on drugs allowed you to avoid dealing with feelings of shame and lack of self worth. You need to deal with that now, with therapy or in some other way.
/r/seduction29/10/17 05:11 PM

Well she said "not yet". That's a good sign isn't it? If she said "I'm not interested in that" or "let's just be friends" then that would be bad. Maybe it just means not yet...
/r/seduction28/10/17 01:45 AM

This is another reason you should make your sexual intentions clear from the start an/or escalate quickly. You could be friend zoned. Maybe they like the attention. If you start escalating from the start however, they might be receptive or not. But you'll have an answer and can move on without wasting time. Edit: you also have to keep push pull in mind.

Sounds like now she's chasing a bit. Reply to her accordingly; like you are the one being chased.

Honestly, I had some notions about what those were before that I'm not sure of anymore. I am in the process of redefining myself, so I look forward to rediscovering what I really want in a woman. By dating a lot of them :D

I suggest looking at 3% Man by Corey Wayne. I don't necessarily agree with some of his theories, but he does have a lot of practical advice in this matter. Better yet, he explains exactly WHY and HOW neediness is a turn off for women. Once you understand this, you'll realize that women are not just "playing games" to be fickle; they are doing what they have to do, even if they are not fully conscious of it.
/r/seduction24/10/17 01:02 AM

This is amazing info but what I think is on everyone's mind is: How did you avoid getting raped by a zombie? EDIT: Fuck all yall. I ain't breaking frame
/r/seduction23/10/17 10:57 PM

I get you. I read this more as "I need to fix my neediness" rather than "I need to get this girl", but I think we don't really have enough info.

Changing oneself involves changing your behavior. Giving the op practical advice regarding this might lead to positive results, which will help in his long term goal of changing himself. It sounds like he's aware of how he is, wants to change it, and is taking action.

Don't feel too bad brother. I'd say keep the drinking under control. Use it as a social lubricant. Drink enough to be more social and lower your inhibitions, but not more. You have to find that zone. Maybe try one drink every hour.
/r/seduction21/10/17 05:54 PM

I've heard some PUAs actually suggest against this. They say it projects the provider chump persona. They want to work the pure sexual attraction angle.

35M. Doing day game now for self improvement. Got 1 number out of it that probably isn't going anywhere. Another number from night game; same. Another from Tinder; dead. I really want to work on day game in the hopes that I can get into a state of self amusement and have things flow more naturally and genuinely.

I believe I did this during my last approach. Nothing spectacular; just a #close. Like I said I'm a beginner. I honestly don't recall the interaction very well (I should have taken notes that same day) and I don't think it would be useful to detail here. Just a general mood/feeling. I told her she was attractive fairly early on, but there was a bit of time where I let the "we both know why I'm here" moment linger on for a bit. What worked for me is the genuine, unashamed "frame", if that is what…

You will get more out of life if you view every possible encounter with another human being as raw, exciting potential, male or female. Worrying whether you are alpha or beta in a group just makes you an insecure, unattractive asshole.
/r/seduction18/10/17 08:37 PM

Beginner here. I would say neither. It all depends. What your style is. How you're feeling at the time. What kind of vibe you're feeling from her. There is no fixed rule. When you are approaching a girl, especially a good looking one, she knows what's up. What I found works for me is just playing with it. She knows that you know. You know that she knows. That kinda thing. It builds up a bit of excitement and humor.
/r/seduction18/10/17 08:23 PM
1

A little tough love here. I think the reason people have a hard time early on is because they think PU and approaching is like a magic trick that will get you laid or get you a GF. It sounds a little wierd, but approaching is not about getting the girl. It's about working on yourself, and developing better social skills by doing something that is incredibly terrifying for most men. Eventually, you will get results with women, doing a cold approach or otherwise.
/r/seduction18/10/17 05:39 PM

That's true. I like that. When women are subject to cognitive biases it's like "THEY ARE IRRATIONAL! OMG HORMONES!". With men "oh well, it's due to cognitive biases unfortunately. Science and such."

Very useful. This is one of my problems with approaches. I'm constantly imagining an audience. I had a few clear green singles today on my walking break. Coy look, followed by eyes to the ground. A couple of clear smiles and eye contact. I didn't do anything... grrr.

This vid nails it on the head. I've been thinking about this too and have come to accept the term alpha as it is used in the community as a misnomer. It's more about being confident, and true to your values and goals. This will naturally transform into leadership qualities that others will sense. People will start to turn to you for validation and this is when you might start to feel alpha as fuck. It's not really alpha in the standard, biological sense. Essentially, inner game is what makes you…

I'm a beginner myself. What I found helps in the early stage of the game is to just do it, instead of trying to "win". Think of yourself as Ben Stiller in a goofy comedy, where even if it's awkward as fuck, you can laugh at yourself and the situation.

Just makes me feel so unattractive/like a huge loser. You will have to break out of this outcome dependence attitude. One of the fundamental concepts that you will see here is that you must to learn not to need others' reactions to you as a form of validation. Don't get me wrong... I would not approach girls in the gym in this case. He needs a separate environment where he can experiment and allow himself to be adventurous and possibly fail. If he gets one hard rejection, it could mess with him and that may affect his motivation to go to the gym.

The reason your friend got laid is likely due to what was COMMUNICATED rather than what he said specifically. There are no magic words that are going to "get the girl". AFC: "You're hot. "That's another reason why you shouldn't care, because we humans aren't telepaths. We project all kinds of stuff that are likely to be completely off the mark." I like this. This is key. She's not gonna agree to go back to your place unless she wants to fuck you. Clean it up as best you can and invest in scents. Make it smell nice. EDIT: Shit. I didn't mean that as forcing yourself on her. She is an individual and can change her mind at any time and you should respect that. Just saying that it's usually a done deal at that point. Just make sure your place doesn't gross her out.

I guess we'll have to disagree. I don't believe you. The only way I think you are going to get good at approaching hot, intimidating women successfully is by having practiced a lot. Which means having had the experience of being rejected by a lot. This ain't coding son.

I have to agree. I couldn't believe that post made it up so high. Just basic... If you want to make progress, you have to do the shit that scares the fuck out of you. For most of us, it's approaching women.

Think more about giving than receiving. What do you care? It's just a smile. And you know what? Making yourself smile more will make you happier. Weird, I know. But it's like... science and shit.

Learning to hone in on the girls that are attracted to you will definitely help your results. But going for it every time and increasing your numbers is always the best strategy. You'll learn from rejection more so than when a girl actually likes you and makes it easy for you. (Although you should always take that, of course :)
/r/seduction09/10/17 02:27 AM

Ha! Ok. Well, social intelligence might come naturally to some but not me. I think a post game analysis like this is good for me to learn a bit more. Realizing what I did that displayed low social intelligence after the fact, and writing it down will help me improve and display higher social intelligence in the future. This isn't only for women, it's about personal development that will affect all areas of my life.

This is it. We have to stop thinking of it as a loss of this or that girl. There will be many rejections. The more the better. It's like excersise; you are working to better yourself.

I haven't read the book, but I wouldn't start with trying to be hated by anyone. Instead, try to focus on what you want and having the confidence to do it. It's about having the confidence to do what you want, and doing it without shame or fear, because you are doing it for yourself and truly feel that you deserve it. You can do this without being a douchebag. You can do it with consideration for others. But when you learn to be empowered like this, there are always people who will hate you. Thi…

This is great advice and I don't mean to undermine it at all. I just thought I'd present an alternative scenario: You are applying these tactics, and you think scarcity is working. However she is simply a tease. She wants you close enough to feel that's she has your attention. When you make yourself scarce, she reaches out to you, but ultimately always keeps you just out of reach. This highlights the importance of keeping your numbers up.

"I'm asking you as a pal, you know I'm into ____, right?" Wow... this says it all. I think it's pretty clear you've lost here. If you want closure, I would answer with a nothing-to-lose attitude. Something like: "I have no clue what ____ thinks, but I'm really into you though" I dunno. Maybe something better. But ya, this is a really long shot. Think of it as closure more than any real chance. She made it pretty clear you are a the friend, and the other guy is the stud that makes her hot. The fa…

My vocabulary and verbal skills have gone down significantly since a medical condition I had that affected my sleep. I realize now how that used to be a big part of my game, back in the day. I am recovering now, and trying to get back into it, but ya... lack of sleep is REALLY bad for that. This is why I am trying to work on my day game a bit more, when I'm wide awake, caffeinated and alert.

Thanks. This reminded me of why I deleted Tinder in the first place. Deleted it again. And Bumble. And Happn. Fuck that shit. These apps have taken all the manliness out of it. It takes absolutely no courage to swipe right. Then we let the women do all the choosing. Having the balls to approach women and the social skills and confidence that goes with chatting with them will set you apart and put you in control.

No idea about your specific situation. If your impression of her is correct, and that she's a "lots of guy friends" girl, then is it much of surprise that she has commitment issues? I'm not saying she's cheating hooking up with others or not, I couldn't possibly know. But what do YOU want out of it though? If all you want is a casual thing with no commitment, then that's great. If not, then ya... bad news. My personal view is that these girls need the attention. They need to constantly feel want…

Ya sure... I tend to stick to the following and it's been great since then: if a girl tells you, or otherwise conveys that she is the type that has lots of guy friends, get the fuck out of there and don't look back. There are probably a lot of theories as to WHY these girls are the way the are, some wrong no doubt, but sticking to this rule will avoid lots of bullshit. The worst is that they will sometimes blame you for developing romantic feelings for them if you do. Like "All you wanted was to…

I'm not sure I would say that but it might work for you. I saw it suggested here that one trick is to say "wait...". Then you've got a pause, eye contact, and you can lean in and go for it. This gives her a chance to see it coming a bit too so she's not completely off guard. The variation of this that's worked well for me is using her name instead, but in the same manner and tone: "Ashley...".
