I don't think it's really about not knowing what to do. It's that you're afraid. Just remind yourself that she wouldn't be alone with you if she didn't trust you. You need to start something, anything. If she's uncomfortable or thinks it's going too fast, trust that she will tell you and be receptive to what she says.

If you're looking for the right moment, it almost never happens. You can semi create it. Say her name like you are about to ask her something. When she looks at you brush her hair away from her face like you are going to kiss her. Kiss her. The kiss should be about 3 secs after you say her name. Give or take. Just don't do it too fast. You want her to realize it's about to happen, not surprise her.
