To be fair, in the update thread a lot of the comments were saying to the woman that she goofed. She intentionally hid something important from him and now she has to suffer the consequences. He may have been a prick for going about it the way he did, but he is entitled to how he feels. (not my opinion, just a summary of what I have read).

Can co-sign this statement. I graduated with $6k in debt. Average student loan debt in Canada is about $25k. If you're disciplined enough and have a decent job you should be able to pay it off in 4-5 years. Lots of universities here are govt funded.
