Yeah, there's social anxiety. But after you manage and overcome that, you have to then get over sexual anxiety, or else things still won't go anywhere

It sounds like you're doing fine. Don't compliment low SMV girls, they're terrible at receiving compliments.

Your intention starting off should be to find the truth. You don't approach because of assumptions you are making. You assume that she might have a boyfriend right there. You assume that other people will pay attention to your approach. You assume that if she rejects you you'll experience public ridicule. You have to approach with the intention of testing those assumptions, of finding the truth about approaching. I can tell you that often times, if she has a boyfriend in the vicinity, the situat…

I don't think there is a stigma towards it if not many people know what it is. I have a similar but worse mental illness that I've overcome but still take meds for. When I've disclosed it to friends, even though it's more well known than yours, they didn't know what it really was. They could only judge me for me, which was a normal person. Since most people don't really know what it is, they'll never judge you on that but on how you behave around them. Do you take meds or therapy and have it und…

Emotions are beta? They aren't. They're an amplifier. If you have a solid core, emotions will amplify that. Confidence and drive are strongest as emotions for example. If internally you're weak and needy, emotions will amplify that. It's not that you shouldn't experience emotion, it's that you should trigger them in her, not talk about them to her.

Your fear of losing this girl shows a bigger problem, a lack of confidence in generating more options. Dude actually lives on the other side of the country, but has brought up buying a plane ticket and meeting her This dude seems to have no options. The girl probably knows this. Normally, this means there's no real competition. You said you're 19? Your age puts you at a slight disadvantage. they spent the night watching a movie online. Too confident? Well, you didn't approach, so I'd say you were lacking confidence. Your friend maybe was telling you girls wanted to approach you but thought you would blow them off rudely. You being approachable doesn't matter if you just approach the girls you're into honestly. She was probably telling you this because she thinks you're making her look bad, but still wants you around. As with how to deal with it now, I'd say, make alliances slowly, starting with the guys.

People generally don't like it when someone they know changes. It's ironic because change is what's needed to go up. I'd say, keep going. You'll reach a tipping point where they'll stop and they'll start pursuing you. Women in general go through the psychological and social aggression route. Depending on their age, they might be hitting the wall. If that's the case, their behavior won't change, they'll probably get worse out of jealousy.

Beta and alpha are not demographics. They're traits. You can have a mix of both. If the girl wants to have sex, you're displaying alpha traits. If she wants a friendship or relationship, you're displaying beta traits or beta traits with an alpha mix. Soul mates, and thinking someone might be the one is a beta myth. There isn't a "one." There are good ones and bad ones.

The place isn't critical, but logistics matter imo. I wouldn't approach a girl getting on a bus I want going to get on. That's a logistical issue. But approaching during the day with people watching isn't a problem. I guess you're lacking the experience, but experience will show you it's not that bad, even if you get rejected.

I have no idea how I found TRP. I can't remember. But when I did find it, I was surprised that other people were talking about the hypergamic nature I'd first become aware of as an upperclassman in my high school years. Girls in LTR's and marriages during a brief moment were too quick to be willing to cheat behind their partners back, or switch loyalty quickly without a second thought. In other words, I'd already been reading evolutionary psychology and was seeing proof of it IRL. It wasn't real…

But you're right, not being coerced into a female imperative based on manipulation and lies which ruins men instead of helping is equally as important as sexual strategy, if not more. She sounds like a feminist. Why are you friends with a feminist? Don't you have boundaries? With this girl in particular, she tries to subtly disqualify and desexualize me. She's probably trying to lie about your SMV, making it seem lower than it actually is. Why would she do this? Who cares, what a shitty person to be around. If you're doing it with the intention that you're indebting her, that does sound like a viable strat. That is, if she actually feels indebted and it isn't something already expected. If she expects guys to give her free shit, I doubt she'll feel like she has to pay it back.
/r/TheRedPill02/06/17 01:27 PM

Power move? I typically ask her if she wants me to pay for her, and they often treat it as if I'm shit testing them. Other times they are lying and want me to pay for them. If you want to default to paying, I'd say that's more of a strat to possibly not lose some girls, not a hard requirement. If it is a shit test, as he says it, what is she shit testing? Who the best beta bucks is? Some girls out there only go on dates to get free food.

Could be a shot in the dark, but you're maybe triggering sexual desire as well as a desire for a relationship in them. In terms of ratio, my guess, the relationship response is being triggered stronger than a sexual response. They're probably trying to categorize you, but you aren't hitting any category too strongly. Your ex might desire you but in an attainable, "I've got him before so he might be a safe bet." The girlfriend may think, "I may want to, but he'll probably not go along with it due…

But I show those examples because they were people I knew for a good while but never approached in front of before. My guess from my experience is here what you think is the case is actually a self fulfilling prophecy. They probably don't care that you can't escalate with women. I relate to your post, but I'm a bit confused. Are you dissatisfied with your social skills and social life or is it the ability to escalate with women that you're dissatisfied with? If it's your social life, forget about actually dating these women and build your social life. Greg Greenway had great material on social intelligence free on his site. I'd start there.

As indirect as women are, I don't think she's being fake with you. She probably genuinely isn't itching to have sex with you. Also, you think she's not that attractive? Every girl has the same hypergamy. Just because she's less attractive doesn't mean her underlying standards are any less than a girl who is attractive. Why would you waste your time with someone you're not that attracted to?

What a confusing post. You mean, prioritizing what to work on? As in terms of SMV? You have looks in there multiple times. It all depends what you want and what you're getting right now. When are pluralistic in their sexual strategy. When they ovulate and want sex, they want good genes, or men with alpha traits. When they aren't, they're looking for a provider, or men with beta traits. And when I say provide, I don't just mean money, there's also emotional provision. In other words, women actual…

I know the bulk of social calibration is in social awareness. From what you're saying, you have that down. After that it's self awareness in relationship to social awareness in terms of, "is my behavior appropriate to my surroundings? Am I making intelligent social choices?" A lot of times, unattractive social behaviors just come about when someone isn't feeling ok at some level. Someone comes across as try hard because they lack validation. Someone else can't maintain eye contact because they'r…

My guess is in the way you interact. Based on how you interact here, you might be coming off as needy. Additionally, what I hear is you're improving all alpha traits. Women are pluralistic in their sexual strategy. They have both short term and long term schedules of mating. In the short term they look for alpha traits for good genes. In the long term they look for provisioning traits, often associated with betas. Ideally, they would want both. Which means, a pure alpha isn't the highest their h…

Yes. SMV considers a lot of things. There are more ways to improve your SMV than just working out. But physique and body language is the clearest to see on first impression, which from what you're saying seems to be the issue. Well, on a level, every girl is exactly the same. Every girl had the same underlying motivations written in her biology. Each girl may seem different, but they all have the same hypergamy. Hypergamy that you're seeing first hand. She's leaving her current option for what she deems the better one. From that perspective, it's easier to not catch feelings. Research has found that women with more partners tend to be less happy in marriage. Same studies found that a man's sexual past had no impact on the man's happiness in marriage. In terms of selection, women with bigger sexual pasts tend to be screened harder as likely to cheat, hence, the lesser choice for an LTR.

You didn't say anything that made me uncomfortable. You gave a strategy that I could choose or choose not to adapt, no underlying truth. I had an impulse to downvote because of the first few lines. The first thing you need to know about having conversations with women is that you don’t need to have a conversation with a woman to have sex with her. The purpose of a conversation is to demonstrate to her that you are confidently, joyfully, and resiliently pursuing your life’s mission, your life is fun and interesting, and that you will let her join your fun and interesting life if she emotionally invests in you and behaves properly.…

I thought Feelz before Realz was to parody an adolescent level maturity girls seem to carry into adulthood. Why make a masculine version of that name?

Beta game doesn't have a 100% fail rate. It's just a very low win percentage for sex. I'd rather it be zero, because when it does work they think it's THE viable route. Mostly because for me it seems that route relies heavily on cockblocking perceived competition.

Is Tinder a viable route? I've never considered it since it came out. I know some guys meet girls consistently on there, making it their main way of meeting women. I've mostly taken the in-person route, and never got into any form of online dating.

Well, I willed my way through my first approach. And kept approaching that way for a long time. The problem was that I had to put myself in an extreme state to do it every time. I still had anxiety after my 80th approach doing it that way. When I started focusing on the things I wrote here, I used far less energy. Any anxiety I had around it went away completely in a couple approaches. It made a huge difference in how convenient and easy the activity was.

First dates, I usually do coffee, since it's cheap, that way I can afford a lot of first dates. Before ordering, I usually ask something along the line of, "do you want me to pay for yours?" They always say no, I'll pay for mine. Sometimes, they're very insistent on it. I never really understood it. Then I did the same thing with a female friend who I was catching up with over lunch right before we got the check. She said not to test her, and she almost paid for both of us (I decided we split it…

If you're SMV is high enough, girls will laugh at seemingly unfunny jokes. They'll also joke more themselves and assume you were going to make a joke and respond to it before you've spoken back during a conversation, referencing jokes in their head that you could have made in that situation. They'll do more work and fill in some of the gaps for you. You can raise your SMV with humor if you get good at it as it may elevate prestige, one style of status. But you can also increase your SMV other wa…

Focusing a bit on making a connection should help. Given everything else I was doing, adding that one part increased my number to date ratio dramatically. Douche typically is a term for someone with alpha traits but lacking social skills like teamwork and intimacy

First of all, lift. And capitalize on these 4 characteristics: fun, dominance, leadership, easygoing. Build friendships with other alpha guys that you'll hang out with often. Get connected to parties. And don't mess up your future career.

Hmm. For C, I know what you mean. I mean, for hotter girls, that's all they really need sometimes. But usually the girls that tend to do that are the ones that are more attractive. For A and E, that would be unusual. You're assuming they're into me but want to plow past shitty behavior when what they offer isn't that much. I'm not sure if they're even into me in the first place. And for the later part of E, I do see that with attractive girls. Even if they're receptive before talking to them, wh…

Having a great physique makes about 1/3 of your SMV. The other 2/3's are displays of status (alpha psychology/confidence, wealth/popularity) and your sexual capacity/prowess (sexual awareness and ability to escalate aggressively or assertively). These other guys may be capitalizing on the other two. But yes, working out builds some confidence, but mostly makes girls more physically attracted to you. If you have sex before having a great physique and after having a great physique you'll notice th…

Neither faces are that attractive, but the black girl is definitely hotter. Other than those examples, in general it's more contextualized. If there's just a lot more white girls in an area, you'd probably find several attractive ones, and not as many attractive black girls. If there were more black girls in an area, you'd probably find more attractive black girls than attractive white girls there. Even then, some guys are more biased towards one type than another, but hot girls are hot girls.

From one perspective that's what's already happened. The Bible proposes that humanity is not inherently righteous, both men and women are driven by the flesh, or reproductive agendas. Just because your a woman you don't automatically become a saint.

Maybe your giving some aspects of your life a god like position. When you make something that's kind of good thing into an ultimate thing, whenever that god is challenged irrational anger is triggered. Say you like respect, someone disrespects you, you set a simple boundary and move on. Say you make respect into an ultimate thing, you lash out, cultivate anger and hold a grudge. When you place huge importance unto something you either make it into a God or the opposite into a demon. When you los…

I do this all the time. Go straight up to her, focusing only on getting her full attention. I usually tap a girl in the shoulder from behind, hold eye contact with her until she basically asks me to say something. Then I say, "I thought you were adorable so I thought I'd meet you."

What's the truth about approaching women? Find out by approaching this woman. What's the truth about her as a person? Find out by taking to her. What's the truth about making out? Find out by trying to make out. What's the truth about myself? Find out by taking action.

I don't experience much, if any, negative emotion in response to a rejection anymore. Probably comes from a number of things. I approach girls regularly while I'm going throughout my day, so deep inside of me experience ingrained an abundance mentality inside of me. Action is the best way to confidence; not telling yourself something, but showing yourself something. Another concept you could use is seeking the truth when you pursue women. This concept is from Rob Judge. When you pursue the truth…

If she says she has a boyfriend, she either does, which means she's not receptive, or she doesn't want you to hit on her, which means she's not receptive. If she's faking it or testing you, why would you want to date a girl who would do something immature like that? Either way it's a waste of time. Say, ok, and walk away, and talk to the several other single girls out there.

Incrementally do things to get outside of your comfort zone towards getting sexual with women. If its awareness for you, begin by being aware of what you are aware of. After a while, when you have security, being desensitized is a bad thing. Why would you make yourself numb to something that feels great? The next step would be to embrace what turns you on about women.

I do this all the time, but at a bigger university. I tend to approach three girls a day just going about my day in between classes. Some words to say for your case: "Hey, I've seen you a couple times but we haven't met..." or "Hey, I don't think I've seen you around before. My name is..." These words gives the assumption that your connected to the social scene at your university. Its easy, don't overcomplicate it.
