It's kind of like looking for a new job. Your odds of scoring another job increase significantly while still employed and you even have a stronger position to negotiate. If you've been unemployed for a long time with no real reason it becomes harder to get a job because they will think something is wrong with you. Same thing applies to women. If you have a girlfriend then 1) they won't feel like a slut for hanging out with you, because obviously it won't go anywhere... right? 2) If you are liked…

Went to the gym for an hour to do 5x5 after a 12 hour work day.

There is a big difference between slapping and torturing using tools that leave permanent scars. You only have to go back to the time of your grandparents to hear stories of teachers having the kids hold out their hands and smacking it with an iron rod.

I believe the pill doesn't work if you're over 176 pounds.

Update: in the comment section most of the women (judging by their usage of words/name) say that the actress was an arrogant cunt and the men say that the interviewers were the cunts instead. This confirms what you were pointing out.

It's funny how just 5 minutes ago I read an article about this on a crappy Belgian news site. Except for over there they blame the actress instead of female interviewer. These people are so clueless to how the minds of women work, feels like we have the cheatsheets to life. This was meant as an experiment thing for fun in my area, not expecting magic to happen. Thanks for the links.

While in Korea for my work, I went out with colleagues to a club and we were on a very crowded dance floor. I slightly touched a girl who was dancing while I was trying to get to the other side. You know, the thing to expect on a crowded dance floor. All of the sudden she pushes me in my back for having the audacity to touch this precious snowflake. Now, I have one rule since my childhood and that's if someone hits me, I hit him/her/it back in exactly the same manner (but never instigate it). So…

Correct about the skin tone. They have umbrellas with them for every season. Funny to see them use it to counter the sunlight.

The reason he has the yellow fever is simple: Asian women are easy. Sadly however, this only applies if you have Aryan genes. I work as an engineer and travel all over Asia and a friend of mine does the same. He refuses to lift weights, is really skinny and barely average height. What he does have is blue eyes, blond hair, pale skin and a good enough looking face. And that's it folks, that's all you need to succeed in Asia. He literally swore off Western women after spending a few months in Asia…

Can anyone help a brother out? I'm an engineer as well and travel 90% of the time, but most hotels only had dumbells and machines. At home I have a power rack which I use to do 5x5 stronglifts, but at the hotels I can't. So I need a nice alternative that will at the very least maintain my 5x5 progress.

It's because women can't relate to your improvement. This goes back to the story of the mountain top: Men will see someone better than them and aspire to be like them -> climbing the mountain to reach the top. Whereas women will declare the place they're currently standing the new mountain top. They have no desire to destroy and rebuild themselves, so they also have no intrest in your background story, only the end result matters to them.

I'm only 24 and was pretty beta until not so long ago. Now that I look at the world trough a rp lens I'm drastically changing my life. Before this I didn't give any value to this sort of thing but now I'm working towards becoming the best version I can be every single day. So I have a lot of catching up to do and you're absolutely right about stopping any fuckarounditis. In order for a man to rebuild himself, he first has to destroy his old self and that requires discipline.

I studied the mongols as well and they would have destroyed Europe. Yes they would have had a great disadvantage in the woodlands of Europe, but Europe was barely out of the dark ages and had already lost a great chunk of it's army. I believe some French nobleman reported to the pope saying something along the lines of "at this moment, we have nothing to stop their advance into Europe".

Our great grandfathers bled in the trenches so that we may have an easy life. They were called the greatest generation because of the inhumane times they had to live trough. Our generation is a severely watered down 3rd version of what they once were. Generations of men raised by women deprogrammed all of their pain and suffering and gave rise to the beta generation we know today. History is like a flight of stairs: Hard climb up, easy and soft climb downwards. Right now we're heading on that so…

Yes, I should have written that differently... What I meant is start with that and then start lifting at the same time. Should have waited with writing this until my jetlag is gone I guess, hehe.

Do you know how something you really want has very high value, but once you have it you start losing intrest? Same applies to us. Once a woman has what she wants from you; be it your attention/love or marriage, she will lose intrest in that aspect of your life. The key is to keep her excited about getting something from you. Kind of like holding a carrot on a stick infront of a hamster.

Any STEM major can get you a dream job if you go out job hunting with a true RP mentality. But even so, you just need a bachelor. We have a women over at the office who studied psychology in college, but always enjoyed being a mechanic. So they hired her as a mechanic. Motivation and willingness to learn is everything for them. They invest loads of money in training you, so they want to be sure that they get a return in investment. And yes, I did study electrical engineering in college.

My job is to go to the costumer and upgrade old machines (5 years = old in this business) so they can help produce stuff like the iPhone 6 that you have in your pocket. You're obviously not paid to have a holiday over there, but you do get a minimum of 24 hours resting period upon arrival at your hotel. You have time after work + a day before your return flight to wander around the city. Countries that I usually go to are Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Israel, Ireland, Belgium, Germany …

I work for a hi-tech company that sends us around the world non stop. For my job I even have to be in and out of continents on a weekly basis. We even have a competition for player of the year. It isn't uncommon for people to have a plate in each country they go. It's insane how easy it is to pick up girls during these travels, we always stay at 5 star hotels (makes them think you're rich), are European/American (exotic/mysterious) and look fit because we're engineers who have to work out regula…

Glad to hear everything worked out so good after a lifetime of having to deal with other peoples shit. I was raised by a single mom who would unleash all of the stress she had build up during her work on young me, for as long as I can remember. She would always come home and go apeshit yelling at me over some minor thing she could find. If you love your children, then don't let them be raised by a single mom. Work, taking care of the house or having kids; women can only do 2 of these at best. So…

I know of at least 6 people irl that do Mehdi's 5x5 strong lift (also has a nice app, btw). You do become bigger, but this program is aimed at beginners strength. You're not going to become huge by following this program, but you are going to become strong. Every one of them, except for one who switched over to the wolverine, don't look like they can lift a lot. They look 'skinny' for lifters, but once they hit that squat rack they start squatting 120kg 5x5 like it's nothing. So this program is …

Been reading Robert Green's book 'the 48 laws of power' and in there he writes that these principles will take years to master. TRP isn't some instant release medicine you take to get a quick fix. It's more like Roaccutane where it takes a whole year of non stop daily dosages. And just like with Roaccutane, it's going to get worse before it gets better (hate phase). A lot of boys come here to learn how to pick up girls, while what they should be learning is how to become men. It's a painstakingl…

Currently working as an engineer with one female co-worker. She is a bit more rational and more fun to talk with as well as pretty, but in the end she is still the same as other women. AWALT.

1) You showed emotions. It's okay to do so at times in a LTR, but even so, she isn't your mom. 2) Never reward a girl unless she worked really hard for it, otherwise she'll take you for granted and lose respect for you. 3) Stop being skinny and dont say shit like "but some girls like that". Sure, the girls that are looking for a BB to dominate will like that. So start eating a shit ton and get on a bulking diet and do the 5x5 stronglifts program and after you finish the cutting phase, your smv w…

Well obviously it's being an engineer. They get mad pussy while in college/uni, so they're not beta at all. But in all seriousness, the mainstream go-to professions are doctor/lawyer/banker/pilot. Despite the fact that those professions at the level most people practice it require minimal knowledge (note: it's all relative), people tend to see them as god-tier. What I mean by requiring minimal knowledge is f.e.: A doctor always follows a flowchart based on the symptoms present, a pilot isn't eve…

I eventually just grew very resentful of the fact that she had absolutely no interest in bettering herself That's where I'm heading atm, I've always kept encouraging her and she threw me a bone here and there but I'm growing tired of this. But as I said, if the woman does end up bettering herself, then she's going to do stuff like trying to look for greener grass etc. Because she'll get so full of herself and having a lack of accountability is a deadly combo for any relationship.

I remember having a conversation with one of my nephews about not wanting to get married. I asked him what the point of getting married was? His response was that it wouldn't be so easy to break up with each other and that you'd have to fight for the marriage. But by that logic, if you have to force the other person to stay with you, doesn't that create a toxic envoirment? Won't the woman just lose respect for you and end up stuck with you for the rest of your life? If you break up a LTR over on…

I have adhd-pi (officially diagnosed at age 23) and this has caused a lot of problems at school. I had a heart of gold, but was always the one to be sent out of class for being controllable during elementary and middle school. I can tell you this, all of my teachers were female and I always ended up being labelled as a problem child. But when the teacher in year 4 and 6 were male, all of the sudden I was one of their best students and the guy even cried at the end of the year because he wouldn't…

"She had zero respect for me. I could say 2+2=4, and she would then check with friends and family first to confirm... and then months later tell me "Guess what, honey! You were right! 2+2 = 4!" This made me resent her." Is there any fix to this? I've been dealing with this for a while now and no matter how many times I call her on it, she keeps on doing it.

Honestly, just do what feels right. Not everyone is wired that way. To give you an example: This year, I graduated as an electrical engi and I spoke with a couple of fellow class mates. Most of them want a job as a technician in some factory where they don't have to do much and basically 'settle in' early on. These are people with 0 ambition and I've gotten to known plenty of them over the years. I on the other hand went out of my way to get a job that had requirement which were above my degree …
