Of course women are not all the same. However, female sexuality is something that they have in common. Female sexuality looks very favorably upon asshole traits in men.
It says nothing about men. There is obviously going to be a range of personalities among men. What it does say is that women actively select for douchebags and assholes.
Average is the new ugly. You need to be at least in the top 20% of men in terms of physical attractiveness in order for things like intelligence to matter.
Intelligence alone is not attractive. If you are already attractive in other ways, then it is a nice bonus. However, intelligence will never be the thing that turns a woman from not being attracted to you into being attracted to you.
