The pay and industry is good, but my focus and heart lies somewhere in film making, i have to carve my path in that direction.

The biggest thing, I am struggling right now is, working in my job. I literally do not complete the task and always procrastinate things to later day, resulting in bad performance. I know, I am in a big rut right now and have to get out somehow to be better at job. Can you suggest some scripts for the critical moves, i can make to be fully aware and give 8 hour day consciously to my job ?

Same here .. I was in Lisbon from last 5 days, didn't go out because, I wanted to be clean this year, not that I drink daily, but I wanted to reflect on 2017 and the progression I need in 2018

It's Always with most of the things boobies here discover and want to tell to others. Best thing is action, implementation and result, not any epiphany but theories to support

There are bunch of stuffs you can do ! Sports you are interested in, there are plenty to try .. Different forms of dance, most dance classes are generally after 6 PM. Acting, Learning how to make a movie. Writing, Learn a language. Its like hit and trial, you try 10 different things and some you would like to bring into your life and eventually get better, but give it a try for atleast 20 hours. You will know the answer, whether to continue or move on ! Also have a Goal!

With time and discipline you will get stronger! Your story reminds me of my years being a dad at age 23, I raised a child for 1.5 years, who was not mine, though she knew .. Whats worst is, I actually married the same girl four years later and now At 31, I am divorced crawling back from black hole to life, If I would not have found TRP , I would be the most beta person on earth! I still am a beta, but better, killing the old and building the new. Its a Journey...

Great write up ! Would be great if you can share your experiences of your transformation after being burned down. I recently got divorced at 31, and slowly I am turning my life around(credit goes to TRP) and having better experiences, but I am very very far away from where I want to be.

The last message of this post won't make you TRP guy.. Don't be silent, maintain balance of both .. If you are silent chicks won't flow towards you and the experience you provide!

Don't compare yourself to others! Past is gone and all you have is 2 years. Two years is a long time, you can study and ace your exams and also in these two years , you can take up two hobbies and become awesome at that..Eat right, Lift, Study, Develop yourself.. I completed my masters at the age of 31, where most of the students were around 25, and that too in acute depressing of failing marriage, my wife cheating me multiple times.. I also thought, I would never be able to complete my masters.…

Great Man! I am 31, recently divorced, 12 years of relationship. Now regular in gym 4 days a week, rebuilt my career making 62k euro a Year. Next year, I will be in South east asia for 6 months. Slowly learning game and improving myself. Still a long way to start slaying some pussies.

Can confirm this ! Back in 2014, I became a chronic user of marijuana, it made me more beta with very less motivation to do job. It was very easy escape for me. I caught my wife affair and it made me experience paranoia at another level. I was shocked at myself for this reaction, I was very confident guy and I would attribute weed to not being in control. That being said, when I took it in moderation, made conscious decision of lifting daily and making healthy choices, weed in moderation(couple …

To list some of her behaviours : She is extremely moody. All her affairs and chat shows that she gives high status to men she meets, easily believes in whatever bullshit they might bring and present. For example, the first man she cheated was because that man was selling her spiritual crap. Second one seemed like a character from Fountain head "Howard roark". Was a best selling author and has some motivational programs going in India. Third one was again, which I believe, she is still in relatio…

She was my immediate neighbor, we both had crush on each other, grew together, childhood, innocent love and she seemed very intelligent, I was too naive and assumed her to be the one and only one for me. Yes you are right, now while divorcing, she mentioned, she wants some guru in life to guide her.

Yes, I'll make full analysis of the what went wrong, her behavior, my behaviour and my transformation maybe six months later. Till then its work on self to get another woman as a side effect of TRP application in life.

Many career changes, in fact, I gave her direction to utilize her good writing skills to be a content writer and then she evolved from it into social media manager, has held many jobs (4 companies in 4 years), due to her very unstable nature, latest job is as sales manager. Her father is alcoholic, yes abusive environment at home since childhood. She has daddy issues and I feel she is BPD too.

My ex wife was a big fan and follower of Ayn Rand during her high school days, she was my lover since then, 12 years back. Last month we separated. She used to call Fountainhead as her bible. She was no doubt a goddess at sex, but she also had high expectations from her man, which I failed because of my blue pill care free philosophy. In those 12 years, we had numerous breakups and make ups, she cheated thrice and turned out to be a big liar. And here I am, still curing oneitis and Swallowing TR…

I found it at 30's, but I'll be in top 5 % of the men in my 40s with TRP wisdom. What if , I would never have found TRP ? What if, I would remain a beta and thought the same thing, that living a top life is not for me, it is how it is, not in my hands.. bla bla being a pussy!

I have a friend like you, who asks these question. So I have to reply! There is no point in anything yet there is a point in everything, with each passing seconds, your counts of breaths also lessens , second by second, point by point! If breath stops, point stops and then there is no point, so the point is, to live life to the fullest, you are not attached to the last breath but you want your next breath so badly!

Coincidentally, I was thinking about the same lines. That beta died, when she cheated on and on and on and proved me wrong! Myself, never could go to the same, that blast created a crater, rolling through what deepest pit of depression and anxiety, and I have visited my childhood in the process, to the roots that mirror was trying to show my real me and now after the TheRedpill, I connected all the dots and it completely fits the puzzle. Its going to be a great ride ahead, because its a path of …

Unfollow her from all social media posts, go as far as possible in mind. Think of it as this is the best thing ever happened. 12 hours Monday to Saturday, 8 Hours Sunday! Hardcore monk mode, when your life depends and pines for a big change. Why ? Because that bitch who you thought is yours forever, didn't event think for a second to betray you. You can only trust yourself to build FORT.

I would say, prepare major meals on Sunday and wednesday, for the next days. In the morning get early and cook something while you go for bath. For e.g : boiling eggs, boiled sweet potato or something similar.. Maybe a sandwich/oatmeal/smoothie, just takes 15 mins. Other than this, I am also fighting to be friends with time (:

Great one! It took me at least more than year to go back to gym, start making healthy smoothies for myself again and not eating that shitty quick fix product again. It seems I have just started and I don't seek any validation anymore. We men have to keep it in ourself and let our actions speak.

Do you think its worth it? or he should just get into the normal world, get on with the job, travel, lift, fuck european bitches! And, Happy Birthday!

The reality you see is one of many! Apparently Buddhism doesn't give a fuck about anything, they watch over there thoughts, do not entertain it, through your lenses it would be deprogramming . Hinduism do says that everything is Maya! TRP is another truth.

/r/TheRedPill13/11/16 12:08 AM

You program yourself through cause and effect! My opinion is it's not possible without being conscious. Cause : Oneitis walks over and rides the chad Effect : Shattered to pieces over that programming/fantasy, depressed Here comes TRP to save you raising your consciousness and helping you becoming a better person!

That's a great tip about emotion moderation to keep emotions in check. I have seen with myself, that if achieve simple/mundane things like cracking a interview, i will be overflowed with emotions, there will be a dopamine rush and it would result me being getting into comfortable zone and thereby it results in procrastination. Thanks, great tip!

Don't curse yourself, self improvement is not a overnight process. It takes time, embrace failures and learn to laugh at them, ponder what you could have done better. Step by step, inch by inch you will improve and you will have your confidence build up. Love Yourself, criticize yourself , Improve and Repeat!

Coumputer Science all the way, US is the mother of opportunities when it comes to this field, plenty of opportunities. There's a boy inside all of us, which needs to be shattered to pieces to lose everything, so that we can become a man totally different from the mediocrity. TRP is all about putting new pieces and sculpting a new you. Its a Bible, its a religion! I still remember two years back, the day I caught my wife's sexual messages not just with one man, but two men. One was 14 years older than her, fat old bastard. It felt like someone punched me deep in the gut and took all my body parts out. In outrage …

Giving UP : 1.) Procrastination : 5 second rule to getting things done, rather than thinking and doing later. 2.) Porn/Masturbation : No running after instant gratification, Deprivation is my friend, for it will make me stronger. Taking UP: 1.) GYM/Nutrition : Minimum 3 days a week. 2.) Reminds me of my story! Got cheated twice(May be more), even got the child of another man, which I kept for a year like a real father. Betrayal at highest level. Married her after knowing everything, thought she was different. At 31 all alone, rebuilding again. Be strong, you are just 26. Thank God, you are not married , otherwise shit would have been worse.

This is so true. The world and RedPill, both are bitter pill to swallow, but once you accept it and wake up to reality, you start seeing the world for what it is! I had my oneitis of 12 years, walk me over and go to other guy.Was the most shocking feeling ever, like something kept punching in the gut. I am still in the process of moving on, takes time, but when you accept that past is dead, it feels better.

Yes, sometimes i feel thankful that i encountered all this and am not old just nearing 31. I have time to build character and be a real man, what TRP teaches. There's one post I read here couple weeks back about sustainability. It mentioned, there are three things every man should do daily, no matter what happens. Lift Nutrition Meditate Trying to make this regular, as first step and rest will follow on time.

Yes, not native English speakers. Women are so complicated creatures. Redpill is the best knowledge to know what goes on in women's mind.

Compare yourself to the best version of yourself! If you have goals, if you can visualize that future self, that is the competition to look forward to!

Yes, I do regret that part. But no worries, i learnt my lesson hard way. There is purpose now in life and there are teachings like TRP to show the way. Btw what is 20/20 above?

Yeah that's right! I would never do that to my future kids. I was 24 at that time and with no support, also battling the pain of betrayal, but still my bonding with the child was great and never showed resentment towards child. But I was depressed like hell!

Yes i had control, if I would have accepted the child, things would have been better! But, I was a 24 year old guy then, my career just got started and I wasn't as mature as I am today. Since I bonded with the child, I still feel guilty for that.

Dude, It will take time, but trust me you will come out stronger. I am 31, Married, got cheated twice in 12 years of relationship. My friends girlfriend all had eyes on me, i was leader in pack. Now with depression and being almost bald, no girl would look on me, i have lost my looks, confidence, had immense anxiety, panic attacks and depression in last six months. Had nervous breakdown in presentation at office. Its hell. Found TRP a month back and slowly taking my life in control inch by inch.…

I have a doubt regarding stoicism. Stoicism says that we should not pursue fame! What if I want to become a well renowned actor ? which goes hand in hand with fame.. Does this implies that I should not pursue it or maybe applying different principles of stoicism in this case, like controlling the internal factors which is in my hand? I am confused.

This is what i needed. I am going through extreme social anxiety, that i have delayed my exams. 31 year old, Doing internship at best sports company in the world, but this anxiety has ruined a lot. I had nervous breakdown in presentations. I procrastinated my work, 5 months gone and only a month left. People ignore me because of social awkwardness. I used to look great(now i realize this), could fake confidence too, but now i am just sad(balding) bag of sad. All because i invested 10 years in LT…
