There is something to fasting and cancer. I wouldn't say it is cure for cancer. When they want to see cancer, they give you sugar laced with radioactive tracers. You can't multiply probalities unless they are independent events. Tall people earn more, fat people earn less. General attractiveness means you earn more. Age means you earn more but less likely to have a full head of hair. However you can take the smallest probablity and assume it is less than that. The real answer is probably just as absurd.
