Glad to know I'm not alone. Sometimes you just feel so disconnected and like you're completely on your own.

You're right. I'm going to have to study this and get it down pat. I did 18-6 IF earlier in the year from January to May, with 20-4 OMAD in the last month. Felt pretty good and saved money, but I couldn't stop thinking about food all day. I'm trying to eat better, but I still get the stress cravings get to me.

I understand. It's very ironic and retarded for me because once I started meditating the opposite happened, even with headspace and calm. I started getting lost in thought during actions. Before meditating I was focused on whatever I did and always enjoyed it. For me: fuck meditation.

Yeah shit on me Pacho. Toxic shame is a genius way to incite action. FUCKING GENIUS

Fuck you motherfucker. I went from 255lbs to 215lbs in 2017. Gained it all back ever since and got to 308lbs this year. I'm down to 288lbs and dropping more.

I'm so fucking whiney. Pussy and blowjobs feel so scrumdidliumptious. You're right, I'm too thirsty to enjoy being around girls. Fuck this shit

I find peace during action. I need more action and more actionable people. I tried meditation for months and it only made my mind worse. Fuck porn.

I fucking hate meditation, I need to do shit. I cant just sit around adapting my thoughts to something I can actually affect and change for the better. Yoga I'll give it you, that's fair.

Also, thanks for not changing your behavior towards me despite me having less upvotes than you! I understand how much it means for you to set boundaries with people who have either less upvotes than you or make less money than you. I'm sure if I had 900 upvotes on a post or made $9 million per year, you'd be sucking up to me to in typical sycophant fashion.

You sound like a condescending desi aunty. You agreed with said comment. As someone who has worked multiple "busboy" jobs as your maharaja ass has claimed, I highly recommend you do the same jobs before you assume what the other person is thinking or saying. You sound like you haven't gotten your hands dirty enough yet.

Actually, if you can't handle comments and people who don't agree with you or your posts, then you need to work on that. Learn to respect other's opinions. You can report that to get me removed or stfu.

Maybe that'll help sort things out in that head of yours.

I see that the stream of upvotes has lifted you off the ground with all the fresh air in your head. That's like a chick who thinks she's attractive af because of instagran likes. Not sure if you deserve those upvotes then.

I stand by my words. Your post isn't red pill and abundant so much as it is insecure. They way you've reacted to my comments just furthers solidifies that.

"So, I changed my behaviour like a switch. Overnight. I started being dry and straightforward, not "deigning" to acknowledge his presence until I needed something like a dumbbell." Bro, Do YoU hAvE cOmPrEhEnSiOn IsSuEs ?? You even spell behavior in the British Indian way.

I worked as a waiter, but people thought I was the owner because of my extensive knowledge and body language. sometimes you have to increase your own knowledge and get some scars in life before you earn people's respect. people can usually tell the reality of a person by the subtleties of their body language - aka you can't force respect like OP has portrayed in this post.

deadass, you sound like a typical desi uncle / father. you can't understand the intricacies in the guy's communication so you automatically assume disrespect.
/r/TheRedPill21/10/19 05:58 AM

you can tell that OP found someone lower in perceived social value than himself aka he thought, "I'm so high and mighty, why is this stupid busboy taunting me." thus he proceeded to distance himself and treat someone who could be an ally, as a lower caste human. OP sounds like he might be Brahmin Hindu, but his short height and virgin attitude has led to anger and disdain.
/r/TheRedPill21/10/19 05:56 AM

it was. i disagree with OP completely; nothing was earned.
/r/TheRedPill21/10/19 05:53 AM

OP has never held a job other than desk job, so wouldn't know. OP's post reeks of insecurity with forcing respect from another rather than earning it. if OP took the shit and kept getting stronger over time, he would've earned said "busboy's" respect. even the term "busboy" is something a stupid uncle in Delhi would call people working in restaurants. that supposed "busboy" probably has more scars than OP could ever imagine.

lol bet ya'll are shorter than 5'10 and lack any athletic ability. i also bet ya'll have never held restaurant jobs, construction jobs, or janitorial jobs. let me guess - techie fobs from boston / duke university? don't call a guy working to pick up the weights left by people at a gym a chutiya, ok bhai? have some respect for the work ethic and struggle before you diss someone out.

seems you displayed a positive confirmation bias towards this woman and failed to see any of her flaws. that's like sleeping next to asbestos everyday and thinking it's not effecting you. you think the earth is flat and also believe in unicorns. you're points are invalid. This blew my mind back into the zone I needed to be. The vibe from this post inspired awe in me, I totally vibed with this. This is what makes a man - the drive towards that abstract morality. Fuck all this social media bullshit, fuck obsessing about impressing others, fuck worrying about bitches - being that great person, having the desire to be that, is the sweeter fruit. Having that inner focus towards that higher path sustains you through everything - you don't even focus on anything else, b…
