I’ve been IF (16;8) and Omad dieting for 2 weeks. Stopped during the holidays. Overall been doing it for 4 months. What you described happens. Start with small steps. Isn't an overnight "fix". ​ I started going to the gym 3 times a week, now it's 5-6. You don't need to work out for hours.
