You seem to think women are looking for a bad boy who doesn't play by the rules that she can fix. You know who is looking for that? Very young girls, damaged women, and hybristophiliacs. You're not acknowledging that some of us can buck society and challenge authority all on our own. Adult women who are well adjusted do not look to men who do that.

Yep. And they say things like, ughh women with “high body counts” are gross. And they themselves have never even spoken to a woman outside their mom.

Well I see now you aren’t, but a lot of times I talk to people on here and it turns out they are only 19 with no life experience trying to sound smart.

Good then. I usually assume most people on Reddit are like 12.

It works for me. I don’t think it works for you. Maybe find something that will make you happy. I have not been thriving all 21 year I have been out of high school, but I have become close to the person I wanted to be now. You might need a place to do that.

My argument is that for most incels, they aren’t getting dates because they spend their time on the internet posting about how the government should issue them a girlfriend. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your average young male incel has the personality of a wet fart. I have watched these men form on the internet from the ground up and I have no sympathy for them. It does not matter what disability they have, there’s no excuse for them to be talking the way they do about women when th…

Another nuanced and well crafted response from a true intellectual. Not addressing the accusation is a sure way to win.
/r/AllPillDebate09/07/23 11:33 PM

You sure? Because you have a lot to say about how you think women are. The one where you go on a tirade about how arguments with women go. Did it ever occur to you that they go that way because of the way you act? They might be calling you certain things because you're acting like it. Maybe the shoe fits. It seems to based on how you speak to me.

What a well crafted response. I can see I'm dealing with a true intellectual. 😆

Most couples have sex toys and everyone likes porn. It does not mean that I'm not in love with my husband. Real life adults understand these things and hopefully as you grow up and get off the internet.
/r/AllPillDebate09/07/23 10:03 PM

Everyone likes porn and masturbation. Those things are fun. We use sex toys together. And no one is lying about liking attractive people. I have dated unattractive guys who had killer personalities though. Do yourself a favor and talk to a woman face to face. I know you won't come at her with this nonsense.

I was diagnosed at 33 as an elder millennial. Unless you were glaringly obvious, you weren't diagnosed back then. I think it made things harder because I just thought I was weird but it also forced me to become ridiculously resilient. Which has been a huge advantage.

Autism is a spectrum disorder and does not manifest the same in everyone. My autistic self has spent the 21 years since leaving high school thriving. Leaving a constrictive environment with rigid social rules did wonders for my ability to express myself and communicate. Not sure why some people peak in high school with autism but I'm sorry if that's the case.

If you are basing your judgment on 19 year Olds with no life experience maybe.
/r/AllPillDebate09/07/23 07:38 PM

No. When we are young we want a fun hottie. When we are older we want a guy who is mature and kind but still fun.

What is wrong with wanting someone who is attractive?
/r/AllPillDebate09/07/23 07:36 PM

No we aren't. Romance novels are fantasies, not blueprints on how we want to live. Use read the erotica, use the vibrator, then get up and pay the bills with our husband. That's the average experience of women who have passed the age of dating. My husband was kind to me and he got a wife out if it. Men who weren't got booted sometimes literally.

Nah. I can’t have a productive conversation with someone so far up their own ass. I gave you resources and reason, but you were never going to think outside the little box you live in. Sorry but you aren’t a productive person to talk to. I’m sure your taste in music is horrendous like your views on women, so I won’t be listening to that. May you someday learn to see the world as it is, and not as you wish it were. The blame game will never be productive.

Oh no, if you’re rude to me in public, you’re getting a slap. I don’t care where it comes from, that face is getting sent to the moon. I know what misogyny is and what rudeness is. And honestly both are getting you slapped.

I can tell by this response that I have broken your confidence a little. You had a very high opinion of yourself, but it is very tenuous. The slightest questioning of your virility is enough to spiral you into childish insults. All I had to do was tell you the truth about yourself, and boom, middle school mentality revealed. It’s amazing to watch.

And yet here you are doing the admonishments. Sorry but data does not provide the whole picture, it’s only numbers. The qualitative data is missing. You obviously have never done any sort of research or have an education or you’d know that. This is baby stuff to anyone who knows how data and research work. You’d prefer to leave it at quantitative data so you can feel smart, but it actually makes you look really dumb. Like someone who saw like one side of a building and refuses to believe there a…

To add to this last part: If you’re acting terrible, you should feel terrible about it. So of you are displaying toxic behaviors, and someone made you feel bad, that is a net positive. You don’t need to be acting that way because when you do, it causes societal problems for others. Men’s hurt feelings have launched legislation that has taken people’s rights away. So I’m sorry of I’m not overly concerned that your feelings are hurt because those feelings are too often weaponized to a lethal degre…

Well here is the problem with using a different term: it doesn’t pack the same punch. We need the term to have a negative effect because the behaviors associated with it are extremely negative. NO ONE IS SAYING THAT ALL MASCULINITY IS TOXIC. No one expect the straw feminists you boys keep making up. So again, it shouldn’t be a problem because unless your masculinity it toxic, it doesn’t describe you. You’re literally making up a problem that does not exist. It’s still not a slur because it still…

Oh did I say that? Ok let’s say I did, as a charity to you. Yes women on their own can raise boys effectively. However there are often outside factors, which are undeniable, that can cause great hardship to a person trying to raise a kid on their own. Raising a kid alone goes like this. ONE WOMAN VERSUS ALL OF SOCIETY. Here’s how: society isn’t set up to their success. The benefits for raising a child alone are low and the costs are high. Things like daycare are expensive, there WIC and SNAP ben…

You do. The world is your oyster in like almost every way, and you’re still crying that you all can’t have everything just the way you want it. Like seriously you being a man in no way impedes your progress. So why pick on single mothers? Why not go after the absent fathers?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 12:38 AM

Whatever lies you need to yell yourself…..also you might want to look up what “triggered “ means because you’re using it like a high school kid….which I kind of suspect you are. What with that terrible spelling and grammar, and the fact that you argue like a kid. You only deal in black and white thinking, which also reveals you as an inexperienced kid. So I guess I just wasted me time arguing with a little ass child person. Whoops.

It’s not a slur. And no one is using toxic masculinity to justify bad behavior towards men. I don’t see any reputable sources for that happening. It’s literally just a descriptor for a certain set of behaviors, which if you don’t have, the term shouldn’t offend you. I really don’t understand what you’re trying to say because I have seen zero evidence of what your saying is happening in reality. Again, unless you’re acting toxic, then the term doesn’t even describe you. You’re just picking a batt…

Yeah so maybe now you can look at single mothers with an educated lens and not a hateful one. Red pill is dead wrong about what causes single motherhood, as it is about everything. Red pill is nothing but angry and entitled men ignoring their own flaws and projecting onto what they can’t have. That’s it. So why do you get mad a women for having children out of wedlock?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 10:42 AM
1

You should have said that. Instead you couched arranged marriage in a paragraph about how single mothers are the big bad of society. You brought that misunderstanding on yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 10:39 AM
1

It’s not a harmful term unless you see telling people to stop acting toxic as harmful. Look at what the term actually means. If you spent more time learning about what it actually is than you did throwing a fit over it any time your behavior is criticized, you would be useful in this fight. As it stands, you are too busy being butthurt that anyone would dare call out men for their bad behavior, that no one can use you to make things better. You do not understand the assignment.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/22 10:38 AM

Also, because I care, I found an actual good article with data and qualitative research to help you be more educated. Hope it works. Browse it while you shop for a bride on the internet: https://prospect.org/health/consequences-single-motherhood/

The supporting info was not informative. I found better ones on my own that did not pare the issue down to “single moms bad” like you are trying to do. Also, fuck arranged marriages. That’s nasty. Edit: I have been married for 8 years to a man. One I picked for myself because, while my culture does have issues, forcing people into marriage with a stranger isn’t one of them.

I dare you to make less sense. Like seriously you are incoherent. Nothing you have said is based in reality or facts aside from the fact that you can barely form a sentence. This is why no one takes you all seriously. You’re all word salads and hatred for what you can’t have. As far as triggered, you got pretty defensive. I’m not the one who is emotional here, like I said you are much too weak to stir my feelings. I just want facts, which you have failed to provide. Gross. And yes arranged marri…

No one is saying that all masculinity is bad. No one. That first article shows a fringe person that no one cares about, and you should have enough intelligence to see that but somehow you don’t. Do you have any evidence that women’s choices are the cause of the breakdown of society? I mean besides that one sussy website. It’s not feminism to demand evidence btw, it’s what educated people do when confronted with obvious fallacies. I think you all are just miserable and want someone to blame, so you blame the thing you can’t have:women. Sorry but if you can’t get dates, it’s because of your personality. Swept under the rug? That’s cute. Sorry but a random Google isn’t good enough. Anyone with any kind of education knows that correlation does not equal causation. As much as you want other cels want single mothers to be to blame for societies ills, there is no evidence for it.

Sorry but no. That is a false equivalence. Bitch is an insult. Toxic masculinity is a societal phenomenon. Well, I won’t be reading that but I do know two things: There is no wall. People get married over 50 every day. If you can’t get married at any life stage, it’s because of you. Any woman can get a man. Any of us. There’s no point in our lives where men on a commensurate attractive level are unavailable to us. Sorry but your idea that we pay for the promiscuous behavior of our youth is false. There are no consequences. Ever.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/22 11:43 PM

Well you did get awfully defensive when I corrected you, so I have figure that you have had your feefees hurt by a woman before. Like as soon as I disagreed with you, you went full R word with the misogyny.

Fundamentalist Day Saints? Don’t know what that means. Anyway, pick me’s are not a majority, we educated women see them, as a joke. Not sure what legbeard means either. I’m a married woman in my late 30s with actual life experience though, so I know how things go.

Red pill is baloney. What you’re doing is wearing women down and scaring them into dating you when you act that way. You aren’t proving that they like it, you’re proving that women are easy to bully. Which is true a lot.

I think what you need to realize is that women who are rewarding this behavior are not the same women who are deriding toxic masculinity. Women who reward this are commonly plagued by internalized misogyny, AKA, a pick me girl. These women will reward any behavior from men so long as they find a partner who confirms their biases.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/22 10:51 PM

I’m not sure what you mean by “high value” but I think that what women value varies from woman to woman. I don’t value money but I do value a man who is on the same educational level as me and makes a similar amount of money. This is because I want us to be equal contributes in our household. Because I value the ability to support myself, I sought out a person who can support themselves. My husband and I are equals in this way. So he’s a high value man to me for this among many reasons. YOUNG women chase the bad boy. Because line cooks who live on cocaine and sweet tea are somehow amazing fucks. That gets to be not enough eventually and we find a man on our levels later on. This is a toxic trope. It causes men to think that wearing down women until they relent is acceptable. It’s not. A no is a no, and just because that creep in Love, Actually did it doesn’t make it healthy. Edit though: Trinity is 100% in love with Neo.

Erotica isn’t setting up expectations at all. People who read that sort of thing are fully aware it’s just fiction. With porn the lines are blurred a bit. The only reason porn is setting up those expectations is because kids have unfettered access to it now, so they see that before having sex. Edit that women also watch porn.

Well that’s good. But be prepared for people to do the same to you. The flaw in your logic here is that you’re criticizing one type of fantasy consumption and not any other.

I do want to be Scully actually. I never said the fantasy wasn’t appealing. What is did was that the fantasy is unrealistic. It’s not “pulled out of a hat” as you say, but the bad boy trope is known to those who enjoy is in novels and media to be just a fantasy. It seems like your trying to indict women specifically for having a fantasy life, and to accuse them of not being satisfied with their lives if they do so. Would you say the same thing to someone who enjoys sci-fi, fantasy, or any other …

Just an observation. Was trying to see who I was talking to.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/21 06:28 PM

I think the bad boy trope is popular because it reminds people of their youth. Of a time when things were a little more carefree. I certainly miss not having a mortgage, and being able to hop on the greyhound to travel around wherever I wanted to. But I don’t want those times back. They are just fun to remember. There is no evidence that this trope indicated that women secretly are only wet for bad boys. Like I said, indulging in fantasy is not evidence of being dissatisfied with reality. Fantas…

No, baby. That is what you want to hear. I’m explaining to you the function of fantasy. People aren’t cars, salads, or fries. The fact that your argument relies on reducing people to these objects shows that it is a flawed argument at its core. I just explained the nature of how fantasy functions in a loving, adult relationship and because you can’t relate to that, you ignored it in favor of reiterating your own argument, one based on assumptions and inexperience. Please stop and listen. No one’…

The function of fantasy is to be an escape. As the highest developed animal, we have very active imaginations, resulting in fantasy being a way we break a little monotony of the everyday. It doesn’t mean we hate the everyday, it’s just a function of being human to fantasize. The whole bad boy trope in general is a fantasy. It’s nothing more than that. Even the “bad boys” I dated as a young girl didn’t conform to the trope, they were just young men who liked fun. Saying that having an active fant…

I’m sorry but I’m confused. Who told you that reading erotica indicates dissatisfaction with marriage to regular men? Please slap that person for me because they filled your head with nonsense. Reading sexy books does not mean someone is secretly unhappy in their marriage. It’s just books. By your logic, married men who watch porn are doing it because they aren’t satisfied with their wives. Which is rarely the case. Humans just like porn. Whether it be graphic sex videos or erotic books, it’s ju…

So, salad and fries. Of you eat too many fries, you feel like shit right? Kids loves them, so do adults but adults understand that eating too many makes you sick. So they don’t indulge as much. When I was 14, I liked boys that skateboarded and smoked cigarettes. Like fries, they weren’t all that healthy. However, I also like skating and smoking so I had my fun with those bad boys as a bad girl. Fast forward 24 years. The taste of fries is boring and predictable. I know how a fry tastes and I’m o…

One thing I would add is that this bad boy/nice guy dichotomy is not the reality we live in. It’s simply an excuse for young men who are socially awkward to not work on themselves. People are complex. No one is completely nice or completely bad. Women who read spicy romance novels aside, there is not a shred of evidence that women actually prefer to hitch themselves to the men who are exciting or dangerous. It’s just a phase. Men go through phases where they seek out bad girls, so there isn’t re…

Of course it’s not in a vacuum. However, the attraction to bad boys is just a phase. It does not account for any essential flaw in women or for so called nice guys not getting laid. I can say as a grown woman that the bad boy thing does become much less arousing, as I’m old enough to know the reality of such men. That reality is that those bad boys you think take up all of out attraction are man children that we tire of after once we get sick of their shenanigans. The best thing you can do is st…

A trope but not reality. It is common in younger women who are just looking for fun. It’s not accurate to saddle every biological female with this trope, as when we age we look for men who can adult. Usually the sad laments of nice guys stem from the fact that said nice guys are only like 21 and can’t fathom that things in the future won’t be the same as they are now. They still have a child’s mindset.

I just brought it up because it’s where the very concept of Red Pill came from. And come up find out, you all interpreted it completely wrong. It represents transition from male to female, not secret feminist conspiracy. So shouldn’t anyone who is Red Pilled feel that the very concept they have built their personality on and hinged their excuses upon is destroyed?

Men were never judged nearly as harshly. Ancient Rome making rape illegal is an irrelevant fact as it only applied to Roman Citizens. They had slaves who’s job it was to be raped every day. Abortions are safe of done by a doctor in a sterile medical environment. But anyway, it still stands that unequal sexual freedom for men was t just a pragmatic fact of life. Men weren’t like sorry dames, it just isn’t logical for you to join me at the brothel because it might make you pregnant and give us both syphilis. That was not the conversation. It’s was however that women were expected to be more naturally chaste than men and were punished for not being that. Have you never read up on west…

You not liking what I have observed about you isn’t an ad hominem. Try looking up what that means before you try to use it to deflect from every point I just made.

Where is the data to support that single motherhood is directly linked to promiscuous behavior in any disproportionate way? Also, I have had an abortion and I’m totally fine medically. Not to say that’s the case for everyone who has had one but it’s an incredibly safe procedure. There’s no data to support otherwise anecdotal or researched. So again. What’s your beef? And again, who cares if female promiscuity has doubled? It literally does not affect you in any way much less society. Promiscuity…

I applaud your attempts to prove that barring women from sexual freedom was purely pragmatic but that isn’t the case. There was considerable moral panic attached to the idea of women having sexual and financial independence from men for like most of western history. Women were considered to be inherently sinister by Christianity. There’s so much documentation on that it would make your head spin. In fact, you are displaying a lot of that moral panic yourself. Tweets are not valid sources. Those are personal accounts. If you’re going to accuse me of using anecdotals then you cannot use them either. One persons tweet does not represent research into a movement. You need to provide a manifesto or academic writing in order to gain any credibility here. Sex positive does not mean the same thing as go out there and fuck everyone. I already know what the sex positive movement is and you are interpreting it wrong. Probably on purpose, because to interpret it correctly would collapse the already shakey ground of your argument.

Where is your documentation to support that feminism is making women into evil sex beasts? I’m still waiting on that. And like I said, even with more women having sex outside marriage there are still less people OVERALL in a HISTORICAL LOW amount having extra material sex with many partners. It’s still less than ever before in history and you have proven nothing.

Men didn’t have consequences? Lol that’s funny. You ever heard of syphilis? Is was basically a pandemic for most of history. So yes. The double standard was very real, because most everywhere men where arbiters of what was proper. Also that article reinforces what I said. It mentions the study that shows younger people are less sexually promiscuous. OVERALL less. Which means within that pool, women are having more of it. Your interpretation of me telling why I can’t fight with you all day is on you. You picked to interpret it that way and you picked to be offended by it. Anyway, as far as philosophy feminism does not tell anyone to go out and have as many sexual partners as possible. What it does do it encourage women who want to do that to not be ashamed of it. If no one is being hurt and everyone is safe, then there is nothing wrong with promiscuity. It’s just a choice, and not really a choice very many people…

I will give you that children of single parents do a lot worse in many aspects. They might not be “fine” but the simple fact of having one parent being the factor has less to do with that parent being single than the lack of resources and historical disadvantages inherent in many groups where single parenthood is prevalent. “Another possibility is that children born to unmarried mothers face more instability in family structure and that this instability results in worse outcomes for the child. Single mothers do need help and that does not mean they are always drowning and failing as parents. At my age, I know a metic fuck ton of single mothers they might not be rich but their kids are happy and they make it work. Your metric of what constitutes a successful family is based on your poor opinion of…

Cool for her. Being a model exposes one to lots of rich people. Proximity paid off in that instance. However she is not the common experience. Most people are like me. Middle class marrying middle class. I was not a model and I didn’t go to model parties with rich guys all over the place. Context, baby.

As for sampling bias, it’s a fact that people marry within their social class. Rich men don’t go around bringing poor girls home to their daddies. As for context in the article, there is literally none it’s just data. It does not address the conditions causing the numbers and no amount of intelligence or pretending will put it there. The child tax credit is being used by single and married parents alike. You presented no data that I saw besides an article with context free data. The only way we learned about red flags was from experiencing them. In my 20s I didn’t know that the hell gaslighting or love bombing was. We didn’t have those terms 10 years ago. So when I was with an abuse guy I was constantly confused about what was happening because I literally had no way to define it. Once again, single women are paying for everything alone. When you’re married, you split costs and end up with a little more on each end. This is not hard stuff, bro. I assume you aren’t married or you would know this.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/21 09:21 PM

Single women are doing quite well. However, when you are partnered, you can pool resources and do more with your combined incomes. My husband and I do this all the time. We always split costs for expensive things. That’s what marriage is. You help each other and gives you a higher earning bracket. Single women who are successful are fine, but are paying for everything themselves resulting in less disposable income than married people especially when they have no kids.

Wait what? Where did you read that women coming from poverty are causing this trend by marrying up? I don’t know if you’re aware, but rich guys do not marry women from poverty a la Cinderella. The reason women like myself are enjoying financial success on an upswing is because we have more access to financial independence than the vast majority of women before us. I was able to get an education and a career with a salary with none of the roadblocks or societal finger wagging of days past. I didn…

Yep. Wealthy people marry other wealthy people. It isn’t very common for a wealthy man to marry a women below his station no matter what Pretty Woman tells us. Wealthy people don’t even associate with people of lower socio economic classes so the odds are low that they would marry that way.

What’s wrong with single motherhood?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/21 09:00 PM

It’s not that women are marrying into wealth. The trend is likely caused by the increased access women have had over the last 50 odd years to things like education and financial security. I am a married woman with my own job and my husband and I make roughly the same salary. My level of financial security comes from my access to a career and a salary, not from my marriage. We split all bills down the middle and have no kids, giving us a large amount of financial freedom to do what we want. If we…

Feminism didn’t create fathers rights issues. In fact, feminism had hardly become a thing when the tender years doctrine came into use. And by 1984, it was largely out of use. Feminists have largely supported father’s right the entire time barring predictable ideological splits. https://scholarship.law.umn.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1290&context=lawineq I will look into Duluth but it really does not look as sinister to me as it does to you. Another article, quite old though. But it does begin to cast light on your assumptions that feminists are the big evil behind men loosing paternity rights. Turns out, like most things, it’s more complex. https://scholarship.law.umn.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1290&context=lawineq Edit, I forgot the link!

Fathers rights IS a feminist issue. However, there’s a lot of complexity in this issue, especially in how the law applies to it. Here some little writings I found about it: https://blog.wave-network.org/fathers_rights http://www.mothersmovement.org/features/05/dads_rights/wounds_p2.htm

I know MAGA are terrorists but they are pretty laughably weak at it. How about instead of being afraid of radfems, a fringe group we all hate, you vote for women like AOC so we have more progressive feminist representation. Because that is the group that you need to be supporting if you want change for men. The men in office want the status quo. AOC and her like want to make our country more equitable sustainable. That is what the feminists you are ignoring want.

No, that’s done by government. Radfems do not get elected to office because they are openly crazy and unelectable. Radfem is a specific group. Not a catch all term for women you don’t like. Title IX is needed. There is a staggering amount of sexual assault on college campuses. I do know a woman who almost lost her education because of it. There will always be exceptions, but by and large, it is a huge problem and always has been. Until it’s not, colleges have to be tough on it. That’s not a feminist issue, it’s a collegiate one. women do not expect men to read their minds. That would be insane. What I said, and pay attention, is that OP is conflating that a woman expecting anything at any time is the same as a woman wanting him to mind read. The premise of that does come from my many years of experience knowing men who were flabbergasted that their gf would expect them to know to say, put dishes in the washer. Because lots of men, not all, don’t know to do that automatically. It’s a societal thing. If he doesn’t have th…

By basic things, I mean I have had to tell men to wipe their butts all the way. And yes, I’m a queen. Of eyeliner. My wings are perfect. I’m saying these things because of the gross way men talk on here. All women literally want you to read their minds? Are you sure that’s the case and that she didn’t have an expectation that you act like an adult and not expect her to do everything? Because we are not all out here excepting miracles. The examples of women who do are not as frequent as you say. …

YOU assumed I was equating mind reading with expecting basic things. You were wrong. You are right that people expecting mind reading are toxic but those examples are not all women like OP suggests. However I do know many guys who have confused those two things because they can't take care of themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/21 09:13 PM

Nah. You put things into my statement that were not there. I correctly told OP that no one is literally expecting mind reading from men. They aren't. However a lot of y'all have trouble with basic things so maybe you're mistaking the expectation of basic things with wanting you to mind read. I could do this all day, but in the interest of time, I said what I said and its not wrong.

Ok so what you got from this is that you can hit on lesbians now? Also you obviously don't understand what a spectrum is. It does not mean that everyone is bisexual. It means that everyone is somewhere on either end or between straight and gay. But leave it to an incel to find an excuse to be creepy.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/21 08:18 PM

Nope. I never said That mind reading is a minimal standard. I just know gobs of men who consider any expectation at all to be too much. To be fair, these men were very young and so was I. As a grown woman, I know less men who whine about doing the bare minimum. But guys in their 20s will by and large be taken aback when you request that they act like adults. Perhaps the women you were referring to are too young to know better too.

Ok so let me get this straight: women are lying because they aren’t heterosexual enough even though we know that sexuality is a spectrum and not a set preference for many people. This is a terrible example of the honesty of women, as most people won’t admit to having same sex attraction if their society or family aren’t accepting. Also, women “lie all the time” because they are “agreeable”. Well, I’m a woman and I’m certainly not agreeable to the wack stuff you’re selling. Man, you are trying so…

Cool assumptions bro. You must have never seem a freak out before, because I’m being 100% rational. Number one: you brought up autism, not me. I never said women couldn’t read social cues. Men are more likely to pull it off, but it’s not without precedent that women can kill as well. So maybe your risk isn’t as big but it still remains. The men who are saying this stuff about women are looking in from the outside and thinking they have the whole story. They don’t, they have like 1/12th of it at best.

No it isn’t.

There isn’t a way to vet that works across the board. There’s always going to be successful manipulators who can bypass caution alarms in the brains of others.

Ok so, this assumption is incorrect. For example, I attribute caution to situations were I have been in trouble before or in a situation that resembles something I have been warned about. You know, as my advanced primate brain dictates. That’s basic survival. Now, those “dominant men” that plague your chances so much, they are often bypassing some of those caution messages by being warm, open, and protective. Obviously if they were “dangerous “ that would set off an alarm. No one without some ki…

By inconsistent do you mean human? Because humans are not consistent animals. You are putting an impossible expectation on one sex who is first and foremost a human. Stop whatever you are doing to make you think that women need a set pattern of behavior at all times, like a computer. Women’s brains operate just like yours, you just aren’t constant nitpicking your own behavior so you don’t see it.

Why not make social consequences for your cohorts who misbehave? That would help.

No one teaches people how to vet partners as young adults. Everyone has to learn that from experience. All the while, there’s some sad boy deriding women who are in that trial and error stage as if he knows better than her. Very annoying.

Ok so who gets to say who is believed and who is not?

Stop comparing complex human relationships with bugs. That’s your first problem. People have very complex ways to subterfuge negative behaviors. Women aren’t out here touching scorpions, they are being presented with a series of behaviors that they may not have decoded yet. You are giving the human mind zero credit for the ways it has to create and decode context.

Um no baby. Women learn from experience and we don’t get “fooled every damn week”.

Ok so, don’t listen to this guy .

This is uh...wow. Ok, so first, those “well meaning guys” are also pushy but in a different way. I have been stalked by a well meaning guy who thought he was being romantic. So y’all look no less threatening to us than a hyper masculine loud guy IF we know what to look for. The pushy guys who do get women are not getting them because women have walls they let down. We aren’t castles we are people, no walls are involved. When women are young and struggling, this pushiness can often look like roma…
