It doesnt have to be spa-like. Creating a welcoming space is nice so it doesnt feel like walking into some cold, sterile doctors office. But a happy medium is good. A wide range of treatment or coaching options is also great. People have a wide range of needs so the more you can offer, the more people will be passing through your doors. Branding is important. You're right about "limiting beliefs" I was always a small, skinny kid, and a seriously late bloomer. I mean, seriously, I'm 30 and I look like I just barely got past 21.
