I have several thousand dollars in damages but it's probably not worth pursuing against the government. I most likely have some mild ptsd. The system did work to a certain extent, except I had to file official complaints to get to the point where I appealed to the elected official and he reviewed the record. So essentially I had to burn all my bridges to clear my name. There was no way I could have returned to work, they would have simply done the same exact thing to me 3 months later.
