Well, I always think it's healthier for the long run to just rest because now you're prone to really hurting it, but I'd recommend some low impact/risk exercises that focus on your lower body.

oh god, bud. do not move in with her. Like, i know people on this subreddit are all about, "next that bitch go spin some plates," but just take a stranger's advice when I say you should definitely consider ending the relationship. I know you won't, yet, but dude she was clearly over invested in that funny guy before you even broke frame.

those arent the hard drugs he was concerned with. I wouldn't group party drugs in the same tier as the more destructive substances (i.e. crack, heroin, etc.)
