Literally no sensible person says that people who kill people don't deserve to go to jail. People do say that jails shouldn't exist, but not for a particular gender, for EVERYONE they shouldn't exist. And the article you gave is not an example of how people argue about women not going to jail for stabbing men. It's an article on how ineffective and weird the police/court system is.
