I do all this except calf raises because I run and my calves are already my best feature. The exercises are good, but I follow my own structure based on priority. Priority groups are always large muscle groups. Back and glutes, basically the posterior chain, and shoulders. Without a strong posterior chain literally every other lift is harder. And building the large muscle groups first will increase your metabolism faster
