Yeah that sucks man, has happened to me as well. I usually feel like an AFC so i've learned to deal with it. But if you are looking to 'bounce back' i reckon have amazing sex with her and then the endorphins will help you feel like a boss. But she did just 'used to talk to' this guy so I reckon you should be happy that she is with you and not him. Go work out or something. Too much excess energy is making you feel inadequate when you don't need to feel that way.

I'm not saying I feel morally superior for this dry patch I'm going in to. I definitely admire other men for succeeding. I want to have sex with loads of attractive women, yes i do. I understand that people use these seduction techniques in all aspects of life. But i feel that an anxiety can arise from not realising this and thinking its all about the sex. I am speaking about myself here. Maybe I am the only one who had this obession with getting laid. But I think that in publicizing your sex life can (…

I just fell upon this rant in my search to feel better about myself and thought that it provides a perspective that is interesting. I want to make clear that I found this and that I didn't actually write it up myself.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
