17	Success!! This may sound a little stupid, but two of the things that helped me the most were taking cold showers and ceasing to masturbate. I heard about cold showers in a post here, and I found it to be key to life. If you have the guts to voluntarily put your body in a freezing stream of water, you will have the guts to do basically anything.
