Use kino and seductive eyes. Give her the vibe of sexual arousal not speaking of it. Talking about it actually makes things worse. Use non verbal cues. Move closer to her, she may scoot father away but that's because she is getting nervous and slightly aroused: this is good, this is what you want! You will know if she rejects you but women will always forgive a guy for trying too fast but never forgive for not trying at all. Let her know you are sexually into her by nonverbal cues. I've said this in a bunch of other comments, but quick baby steps.

Whenever you feel like you're taking a big jump, you probably are. If it feels forced for you it will probably feel forced for the girl as well.

So, say you want to kiss and you're holding hands - instead of trying to take a big leap and make the move, try of thinking of something that falls between where you are (hand holding) and where you want to be (making out).

If you continually hold yourself to this test (i.e. is there any intermediate steps of escalation between where I am and where I want to go?) you will find you're getting far less resistance. I'd argue that on a physical level, this escalation approach is the very essence of being smooth. Eventually you will begin to find niche moves that are unique to you - like stuff between making out and taking clothes off or stuff between hand touching and hand holding. The more steps you have - the more seamless the escalation.

I'll also add that tasteful sexual jokes can help. Don't act like some giggity giggity goofball that never gets laid. Be confident and fun with intelligent or "dumb" jokes.

For example, I spent a couple nights working up a shy girl and I joked about a prom themed party she went to. I said that she's lucky because not everybody gets a do-over on losing their v-card (or something like that). Say what you will about my amazing comedy act; it let her know that I see sex as something casual enough to joke about and it got her associating me with sex. She's a regular lay of mine now.

Example 2, sometimes I pretend to have weird fetishes...anything really. Gives me an excuse to say stupid stuff and touch them. Grab their arm and say "Damn girl I just want to spray Pam all over your arm and shit. Mmmmm.". It always gets a laugh and a funny look. Then after a minute I say "nah I'm just kidding", give them the "we should make out later" smile and put my arm around them and walk them away from the group and act like nothing happened.

Be sure to start kino early (immediately), always be leading the conversation in the direction you want it to go. With that in mind it will just be a matter of you getting more experience interacting with girls this way under your belt.

You want to introduce the topic of sex as early as you can in the interaction. You want her to get comfortable talking about sex, making it a possibility with you.

The most effective way I have found to introduce sex in the conversation is to disguise it with humor. You can also set sexual frames, and frame her as the sexual aggressor.

Ex. "You just want me for my body. I'm more than just a piece of meat with legs" (obv said jokingly with a smile)

also, if you absolutely want to talk about sex, you need to wait for her to get comfortable with you. i always think it's an interesting confersation. but then again, I genuinly do and I genuinly want to know what makes her tick. so you can first talk with her about something like her (ex)boyfriend, and for example ask if he could actually satisfy her needs. you can then ask her about what she really likes. this can give some interesting turns, even though it won't always give you sex. but then again, you can learn from these conversation. a lot.
