You just admitted that you did the same thing to her that she is currently doing to you. Conscious or not, she is saying them. Honestly though, why do you care? If her perception of you dictates your behavior, in the long run it can come across as needy and non-attractive. Either stop caring and ignore her when she makes these remarks, or draw boundaries.

No no no about the sexual pleasure being a shared commodity. Read Sex at Dusk. Sex at Dawn is BS.

Yeah what Mo_Lester said, if you're an introvert and it takes you a bit to get in the zone, you'll probably by exhausted by the time you get to the date (this is the case for me). I'm on my phone otherwise I'd link it but check out the concept of ego depletion on Wikipedia.

It's only anecdotal, and don't worry I'm aware of the pseudoscience of nofap but don't masturbate for a 7-10 days. You'll notice it sounding deeper. Also, speak from your diaphragm not your mouth.

You say "our purposes." Who told you say this purpose? Society? God? The only purpose we know that homo sapiens has is the same as every other organism, to reproduce. From this scientific perspective, "hooking up with the girls" is technically all that matters (provided you impregnate one of them eventually). Careers, money, happiness, your genes don't care about them. They are a side effect of their "purpose."

This is bullshit. Introversion and extroversion are not just patterns, they are terms used to describe a hard-wired, neurochemical system of information processing. Introverts are much more sensitive to dopamine than extroverts due to a shorter D4DR gene, and information takes a different route in an introvert's brain than an extrovert's (an acetylcholine route involving Broca's area, the frontal lobe and the hippocampus whereas the dopaminergic pathway bypasses those structures).

You're still really young. Take advantage of the knowledge you have now and put in the effort. You'll be happy you did.

What advice would you give for someone who's never been in a relationship? I'd rather not lie though being honest about a lack of a relationship could give her a red flag (granted I'm 21 so it's unusual but not creepy yet)

Hmm well it depends on context/delivery/a host of other things. For that situation, that social environment does not have the constructed context of sexuality like a bar or club does, so perhaps coming off that strong would be off-putting. For a book or yoga club, I would talk to the girl, genuinely because I am interested in books and other people's opinions, what her favorite book is or what she's reading now and why. She'll give you clues to her personality which you can focus your interactio…

This is slightly against the grain, but (again my two cents) I would recommend against having the mindset of "not giving a fuck." For me I find that "not giving a fuck" seems to reinforce antagonistic or defensive behavior. I've found that a lot of people start getting caught up in the "coolness" of not giving a fuck that they forget what not giving a fuck is really about. For me, I prefer the term self-actualization. It essentially means that your self is so grounded and concrete, that others' …

Dude you're going to love me. I'm a borderline case so I know these feels. First off, if you're truly an Asperger then your logical sensibility is astounding (much like mine). If that's the case then you aren't trying hard enough to learn more about body language. You really have to commit to wanting to learn this in order to get better. Those times when those girls made the first move are lottery wins. Maybe not lottery wins but it's fucking rare. My answer is partly "fake it til you make it." …

Well I don't know if they explain this in AA, but alcohol functions by increasing the GABA or prolonging the GABA in your brain (I can't recall if its an agonist or what, I think it inhibits the breakdown of GABA and inhibits the release of glutamate which is excitatory). GABA's function is basically anxiolytic, meaning it makes it so your brain naturally is less anxious. If you can recognize this, then you can manipulate yourself. Recognize that social situations with alcohol function to "bring…

It's really amazing. I was trying to think about it. I dress well because (in my opinion): I accept that I want to be desired, that I want others to envy me/find me attractive. But I also believe that on some level, I like how I dress because it is representative of my personality or my sense of aesthetics. Do you believe that the latter rationalization is still a function of ego-driven behavior? Or do you think that there is some level of objective aesthetics?

I'm not sure I agree with this. I think you can seduce women as long as you're being real or genuine or congruent. An example could be like, "Hey...how's it going." "Generic response." "Oh that's cool, look I'm like having one of those days where it's like an effort to do anything, you ever have that?" "Somewhat generic response with slight infusion of personal touch." "Yeah it's like you're trying your best but it's an effort. Have you ever been like, 'Okay, I really want to do this but my boss…

I think daygame has the potential to be better than night game, simply because of the spontaneity and the unexpected nature of it (nightgame has the infused context of potential sexual relationships). I think the same tenets apply, at least for me. I find that conversation is easier, but having a sexual frame is harder (again probably because of the context). What I would recommend is to do whatever you do with nightgame but be a little more conscious of sexualizing the interaction, doesn't have…

I actually agree with this to a certain extent. We do live in a social world, so part of adaptation is an ingratiation of norms and value systems that are deemed acceptable that may or may not have been part of who we are. Still, as drosengix points out, there are multiple types of role models to choose from. And also you need to look at the self from a contextual point of view. We select certain attitudes and behavior based on the situation around us, our "self" is less fixed than we would like…

I think that the way you're framing it might be the "advanced" stance and that perhaps initially, you had a similar viewpoint as the rest of us who are looking to improve ourselves, but you've conditioned yourself to view these things as intrinsically good and not "good for improving myself". I think that the relationship between self-improvement and genuine "goodness" is more a matter of labeling and attitude than anything else.

This. Another way of putting it, of you are always acting with honest intentions, and displaying those intentions with clear, open body language, you don't even need to worry about not giving a fuck because you're acting in your most self-actualized self (in my opinion)

I learned about meta cognition and restructured my entire paradigm. I'm looking at the world in a completely new way and I've never felt better.

What has been working for me is mindfulness and congruence. Congruence is an alignment between your desires and the physical manifestation of that desire (words, tonality, body language, etc). Mindfulness is essentially extroversion. It's being committed to what's happening at that exact moment. I find that with those two premises, as well as a basic understanding of the constructed limitations of social dynamics (I.e. you can't start screaming and get what you want) you have an unbelievable amo…

Alright, interesting stuff. I also want to thank you for replying to me in the same way that I am speaking, if that isn't rapport I don't know what is. And that last part jumped out at me, for me I am interpreting this entirely as manipulative, but I am also saying that it is proving useful for reinforcing my mental framework. Perhaps that isn't the case, but it seems to matter more to me how I interpret it rather than what may or may not be happening. I'm also now recognizing how on the surface…

Dude holy fuck thank you!! You are on the same level of cognitive thought as me, and I would like to believe that at some fundamental, truly non egotistical level I truly respect you (and thus could not manipulate you though that process could seem evident in this response). If you can humor me and willing suspend your potential disbelief, allow me to probe further: What can I do to not become a sociopath and use this new-found knowledge to be genuinely good (assuming there is a genuine good). M…

It sounds to me like you do believe that you text this girl too much otherwise you wouldn't be asking the question. You're looking for someone to reaffirm a preexisting belief to satisfy your ego through confirmation bias and to use the potential information to draw a conclusion on your personal situation. You're also projecting your fear. If you truly believed you do not text the girl too much, you would leave the idea up to be tested through critical, objective analysis. Think of it like a hyp…

Coming off of michaelnevermind's idea, I think dressing well reinforces the woman's belief that the man has an understanding of socially normative appearance, and less about his personal sense of aesthetics. She can usually conclude that if he can wear the culturally constructed ideal of what is fashionable, then he has a clear understanding of social dynamics, which is attractive because it indicates a strong level of communicative skills.

No no, after re-reading your texts I didn't get a sense that you were looking for validation from her. I just wanted to stress the importance of communicating with her in your most genuine, natural way. So the opposite way to handle the situation would be to look at how you might draw conclusions of her judgement about you. You start to think of your past interactions with her and how they affect your view of yourself. But that isn't conducive to attraction. However, if you just talk to her from…

I would suggest texting back at a later date, coming from a genuine, natural, shameless state of mind. The real You. You should compose your statement in such a way that does not indicate that you're looking for validation from her (you really shouldn't be seeking validation in the first place) and you can gauge her attraction to you from her statement through analysis. Look less at the words and more at the motivation behind the construction of the words she chose. You'll find your answer there…

That last line seems to have a lot of "required commitment" about an emotion for her. If she texts you, you automatically are given the position of power because it signifies that the current text is really about her missing you. Maybe she doesn't want to give you this power so easily?
