Natural intelligence is IQ, you are born with it. All races have different IQ bell curves due to the environment they evolved in. You can have wildly swinging IQs within a race, but these are the exception not the norm. It's also important to remember that while the bell curve is genetic hard IQ does not pass on to the child.
