1	Is gym really going to help me with confidence? So this is the thing, they say its "superficial confidence" not real, that i will end up needing gym to stay confident rather than be internally confident just by myself, so the doubt raised when they said being confident for going to the gym was wrong instead of being confident just for the sake of it.
