It's a double edge sword, if you would hate others do it to you, then you definitely will hate it as well when you do it to others. BUUUUUT. You can reframe it on the fairness: If you don't have to worry because are alpha enough to keep your girl on her toes for you then when you think about fucking someone's girl because he beta-ed-out then you're gucci.

Sounds like you work in IT, well if that's the case, stick to being more antisocial (professional, respectful and distant) with your co-workers, works better, you don't want to get involved with them anyway. If you want to be, whatever you are right now, do it with other colleagues from other parts of the company, not with the direct ones, especially if you don't know them for long. Friends are you enemies in your company especially if you are doing your job properly.

But I still have something which holds me back sometimes. Like childhood memories, past failures, insults, insecurities, guilt and very strong anger. I can’t handle sometimes. CBT works and the reason it works is because it's basically unbullshitting all the ideas you have in your mind about the past, the "Learned you". Think about it, you got it good now, except for the "past" stuff - well, that's what made you stronger! You used the anger the sadness and all the bad stuff and you are doing bet…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
