Stop the pity party, past is history. Monk mode, build a solid foundation for yourself, health + wealth. Quit the drugs and porn, reconnect with nature and face your mortality. No matter what you do your'e dead in the end so don't worry too much about your final score just live the best you can. Make sure youre on your way to a comfortable future and don't ever forget that bitches aren't the answer to happiness.

I've wondered this too. For a woman, there is only emotion. Strong emotion will manifest as love (hook up) or hate (shit.) She doesn't know why she feels anything at all, only that you trigger emotions in her and she reacts to them in her behavior. Weak emotion translates to indifference ie you are invisible. They're not behaving in any specific way only reacting to you. If they detect weakness they react by trying to put a barb in you. If they detect strength then sex and commitment.

Minor caveat: you have to actually have a life and be busy and valuable. If it's a calculated move, she'll know. That's the problem with PUAs. All hot air, action as a means to end rather than living on principle.

That's crossing a line. Report him to HR. If he's dumb enough to try that shit in the workplace then let him answer for it.

I disagree. These urges are so strong, you can't understand them. If a man turns weak, it is as repulsive to her as a woman putting on 300lbs and growing a moustache. Our biology is hard to overcome.

She has all of the red flags. You may 'care' for her in the sense that you have human compassion and have bonded with her through sex, but rationally we know where this is headed? Theres no disney fairytale endings with these type of girls. That love will turn to resentment and you will become a shell of your former self by making her the center of your universe. Don't think she won't branchswing after you've sacrificed everything for her (Briffaults law.) She's desperate to get married so let h…

Highly illegal and unethical, too much mental weight. You can't do anything to prevent her from cheating, just enjoy what you have until it's over. You might even enjoy a creampie.

So you're the beta bux then, huh? Good luck, we know how this ends. Reread the sidebar, Briffaults law.

Age old question here at TRP. When we're young, we eat up the disney blue pill crap, while totally ignoring the biology behind evo psych. We think that we're special, that she's special but nature is playing a trick on us. We as individuals are an evolutionary means to end. Then you're rudely confronted with TRP, in Aubreys case with a failed marriage but you still yearn for companionship and softness of a woman in your life. Not just a squeeze, but that same old disney deal of LTR and connectio…

All humans do this. They are aware but compartmentalize/don't see it as wrong. "He's a friend, traveling is OK, it just happened. I can't help it." Absolve themselves of responsibility and shift blame. "vkolobogu pushed me away". All humans do it. Not just women, but they are better at it then men. The influence of sex hormones on the brain make certain structures grow or shrink, just as testoterone gives men more strength. Don't talk about it openly but we know it to be true. Women are better w…

I totally get you. It cuts. Just have to understand life from a scientific perspective. The feelings that we experience after a breakup/betrayal can drive us crazy. Blue pill men stop at emotion. Red Pill men seek out the truth as we all are here. Free will exists for certain things, but biology governs behaviour in humans. See how long you can willfully hold your breath. Our libido, like a slow suffocation drives us to seek out our betterment. See what happens when it gets destroyed with hedoni…

Moving in is a mistake from TRP perspective, it's gives you less freedom not more and will invite ultimatums for marriage down the road. Depending on where you live, common law partnership can kick in after a year or so. When you say you have a lot of arguments, who is initiating them? Amplify her behavior now by an order of magnitude to see what you'll be dealing with under the same roof. Her demands will only increase. If you want to ignore the red flags and trp wisdom about cohabitation, she …

Best advice in this thread. People talk at the places you frequent, whether they know your name or not. It takes very little harmless flirting to get a reputation. This is why you NEVER cross the line at work. If you're low SMV and dare even to make prolonged eye contact, watch out. Gym you should be focused on getting a good workout, ignore the girls completely. Grocery store that in and out, only occasional flirting. Chances are you are just too low SMV at this time and not properly calibrated…

If you lie you're an accessory to her cheating. Either ignore, or tell him the facts as you know them - that her story is bullshit, she went home with some guy. If your girl gets upset drop her. Don't lie for pussy.

One chad is the tallest, another is the fastest, another has the fattest cock. Get a little from RNA from all three then settle down and make a baby with the aggressive chad that burns down your village and kills your former lovers. I like it!

Could also have something to do with increased protein intake after the war. Interesting theory either ways. Just this year they discovered the protein that makes the sperm cells fuse to the egg https://phys.org/news/2017-02-link-sex-viruses.html Talking out of my ass here, but if you have the combination of millions of sperm, bits of RNA floating around, viruses and this this protein that you could have partial or preinsemination of many immature eggs (follicles). Seems to be what they are push…

The fact that she is having an affair with a former patient is a violation of ethics. Not saying you should nuke her career, but get proof so you have an ace in the hole if every you need 'leverage' for equal custody. Be ethical yourrself. Set an example for the kids to look back on. Don't let her under your skin, and don't let her fuck you in the ass. Good chance she will try to spin this as being your fault when she files for divorce.

Skin color has nothing to do with intrinsic SMV. It might help a man short term if he looks different than local men and has physical stature (genetic diversity). Put a jacked asian alpha next to an pimply white neckbeard feminist DnD player. See who the girls go for. I almost feel like you're trolling with your choice of words. TRP requires thinking in abstract not generalities.

They're bullshitting everyone here. Assuming you're an excellent employee, they're calling bluff while you hold a royal flush. They think you're a timid loser. What happens when you leave? They pay you what you're worth or forced to hire someone outside the company for what you were worth after you leave. Or take a chance on someone young. The subtext of asking for a raise is that they should expect you to find employment elsewhere if it is denied. I'd rather not play hardball. If they deny your…

When you approach a women, it is with the demeanor of a beggar holding a cup. You want something from them and can give nothing back. Now if you knew how to smile from the depths of your being, generate good feelings in her that she was in the presence of real man, you'd be able to get places. You are melancholic. This is a problem I have struggled with myself due to upbringing and blue pill mindset. It is possible to find your way out with true acceptance of yourself and TRP. It's not your face…

Your science is a bit off. There are ways to lengthen telomeres(ie certain extract of astragalus), but it doesn't necessarily translate to longer life, can actually cause cancer and sometimes cell death is a GOOD thing, the opposite of cancer. We want the worn out cells to die and new ones to replace them. Lengthening telomeres on a rogue cell is not smart. The benefits of exercise and eating right come from hormonal shifts and improved insulin sensitivity.

Magnesium is more important, but if you're getting lots of sex your zinc levels are going to run low - lots of zinc in semen. Of course it is more beneficial to masculinity to take it in it's natural form that's why I recommend swallowing.

D3 will raise calcium levels in the blood. vitamin k (several kinds) takes the calcium where it belongs (bones and teeth.) If you have high levels of calcium in your blood just sitting there they will calcify soft tissue over time like your heart valves and arteries and even cartilage

It's really tough to actually follow the very simple advice to FORGET her. Your brain chemicals and a million years of evolution are telling you that she is special, the mother of your offspring, etc. When we say kill the beta here, it means to kill that part of you that love or contempt for any woman. You accept awalt without resistance and begin to love things for being the way they are. A beta will be stuck in the anger phase because he wishes the red pill werent so. No matter saying that he …

You tell her it's not working out, it's over and not to contact you again. You keep yourself occupied and don't let your mind wander to her. You swallowed the pill. That means holding frame and swaying for no one. No need to forgive, she's playing out her biological imperative. Remember, this is about you, you are on your own path, there was never disney 'us'. All this talk about trying to inflict the most hurt on her is your bruised ego trying to level things out. It's self-destructive. It's a …

Nature is brutal. Nature doesn't care about your feelings. Women care only about their own. Even in a moment of clarity they can only feel bad about not caring, not 'hurting' some betas feeling. If you're unfit nature will tear you apart laughing. How can a woman rest her genetic future on a weak man, what use is he? You are a means to and end, love is not an end in itself. It exists only for the purpose of procreation. You are either above her or beneath her and if you are beneath her you might…

Schroedingers Hoe. We have no way of knowing what is going through her mind, and you have no way of verifying (nor should you bother.) But it sounds like Matt is objectively higher SMV than you. For any self-respecting man this is not the type of behaviour tolerated inside a monogamous LTr. For a woman to pursue such action implies that you have soft boundaries (beta tendancies) or have given her too much comfort. It could be she is testing your frame. It could be she is guaging his interest - c…

women love children means women love neotenous traits (find them adorable) not just in children but in adults. It stokes their maternal instinct. And when a powerful man displays a very limited amount of neoteny it makes her wet. Just how they're wired..

Everytime you cum from sex oxytocin is released and you 'bond' with that person. It's unavoidable and undesirable to try avoiding it entirely. Oxytocin has positive effects on the brain too. It's the commitment hormone, yes, but this is where plate spinning comes in. Don't grow too attached to any one. To say that it generally lowers T is a gross oversimplification

You never pair bonded with her, and rid your mind of disney garbage like ever after - it is only as long as the chemicals last. If you have a relatively high SMV you'll get that femininity and submissiveness. Especially in the first few years as she tries to gain your commitment. Why is it considered unicorn behaviour to have a girl treat you well? She's your dulcinea (look that one up). All of the miserable older men in this sub started out with supposed unicorns in a disney delusion before the…

I'm not well versed enough in science to say 100% but the hormonal differences between men and women, especially during parts of her cycle and the extreme differences you see from exogenous sources like steroids and birth control seem to be at the root of trp. It's like their brains are under the influence of different drugs and the imbalance we see from low testostetone epidemic and rampant use of the pill is at the root of our cuck society. Glad there is a place like the red pill to discuss th…

There's a saying that goes something like, 'postpone decisions made out of anger.' Not to be 'nice' and bluepill, but to act in a way that isrational. If you've waited six months to come to the breaking point, what's another two weeks? As long as his abusive behaviour isn't too over the top then there is not much reason to walk off the job.To bail out on your employer without notice makes you look like a flaky bitch. Bullshit. Women don't care if you're short... but they've experienced that short guys are often insecure about it, which as TRP knows, they avoid like the plague. Online, women need to use such error prone screening methods to separate men from manginas. It all goes out the window in daily interaction. Compared to a taller man and coming from the right place, a short guy can make any woman just as weak in the knees if not for his limiting beliefs.. Point of fact. Tom Cruise is like 5'6", but was…
