Not really about women but i wanted to ask this question here hoping for a no no nonsense answer .

I work construction and this is the second abusive foreman Ive had to work with and as a consequence Im thinking of finding another job.

In this case he is just straight out angry and shouts at people. If you dont do something exactly the way he expects it, he loses it on you.

He talks to people like they are idiots and shouts and acts like there is no room to deviate from exactly what he wants. As if there is only one right way to do things and thats his way.

Anyway how should i deal with people like this in the future? Should i just be outright and confront them the first time they do it or go above their head? Im so confused what to do because going above their head will cause resentment.
