I think you're blowing this out of proportion. Transgender individuals experience some of the highest rates of interpersonal violence and sexual assault, most of it stemming from their status. Whenever I've accidentally matched with a MtF, they've always been upfront about their status, precisely because they don't want to end up in a situation alone with a guy who finds out, feels tricked, and reacts violently. Just unmatch them and move on.

It depends on the person. Some women will write you off if you don't pay on the first date. Some will get offended if you DO pay for her on the first date. How many matches I have. 2) It seems weird that you would want and value the opinion of a girl you don't even know. Definitely check out Modern Romance if you haven't already, it's pretty short, I finished it in 2 days. Otherwise, I think fiction can be a great source of inspiration and learning. I would recommend Sun Also Rises or Farewell to Arms by Hemingway. Both deal with relationships, but beyond that Hemingway's language is so powerful. It isn't particularly complex, but as he says, you shouldn't confuse big words for big emotions.

Totally agree with everything on this list, but especially the lighting. Most guys don't have enough or even any floor/table lighting in their place, just ceiling lights. You can get LED lamps that are adjustable to warm colors, last for years, and draw very little electricity to help set the mood.

My advice for you is have you tried any of the methods you just listed? Take for example "treat her like trash,they love it" and "treat her like the most valuable thing in your life." You talk in a lot of absolutes, where is your middle ground of treat her like a regular person? Assuming you have the other parts of your life in order, there are very few problems that can't be solved with more time in-field. What works for me won't necessarily work for you. If she agreed to a second date, you should be alright. You lose some of the momentum between dates (both positive and negative momentum), so don't worry about the first date fizzling too much. I guarantee that you are wrong. This is coming from someone that used to be in your shoes. Like good looking enough to be stopped in the middle of the street by strangers. Upvote for Marcus Aurelius' Meditations. For me, it really emphasized living in the present and not worrying too much about the past and future. I would add making sure to get enough sleep and drinking more water under the your looks section. My skin looks a lot better and my lips are nice and soft. Plus I have more energy, which carries over into my gym time, job, and going out.
