i have little experience, i'm just starting out. I want to really take things up a notch in the next few months so I'm going to dance classes, meetups etc. But i really want some wings to go out with, i think this would be the best way for me to improve.

If you want to recommend just one book, at least mention that there are several different "schools" of pickup and it'a a good idea to pick and choose what works for you from everything you read. personally i would point them to the intro posts on the sidebar or the wiki.

Hate for /r/seduction is a good thing. The more women that know about it, the more they are going to call men on it in the field. Women exposed to seddit will tend to see it as manipulation and will feel used, when the truth is that seddit is about making life better for everyone by improving the self. The more men that know about it, the more competition. There are a lot of good men that could benefit from seddit but due to some ingrained beliefs are morally opposed to it, and they are totally …

True, they are. Though I think when most people (OP included) use the word intelligence they mean something like accumulated knowledge as opposed to creativity and social skills.

try to hang out with the girl less, maybe if shes getting less attention from you, she will realize she wants you. Don't expect, or wait for this to happen. try to connect with other women, theres bound to be a few more compatible women for you in the three billion on the planet.

She's in the class to relax and do her own thing, she probably doesn't want to be approached before or sat next to during class. Of course you, being the honey badger that you are, don't give a fuck but, its more considerate to wait until after. Just approach her after class and make chitty-chatty and suggest you get coffee together or whatever. Or if that is too daunting, do it more gradually, talking a bit after each class. But don't get all crazy, memorizing her favorite music and getting bar…

does "good conversation" require intelligence though? or just social skills? I think smoothness trumps intelligence everytime.

I think he should go for something more social and with more females involved. Archery and chess might not be the way to go as they're both not very social, male dominated activities. They're both great hobbies but I would suggest dancing, acting, music, yoga (sounds like OP's body could benefit), improv or some kind of art. With these OP would be meeting tons of people, and improving his social skills, as opposed to a "manly" hobby where OP would just be mastering, and meeting enthusiasts of, s…

so what is good eye contact? i hear that I shouldnt break eye contact first in the initial contact. What about during a conversation? Should I literally look at her eyes the entire time?

this is ridiculous, you know you need to go out and try this stuff. Take risks, approach beautiful women, put yourself out of your comfort zone. The only way to succeed is to fail repeatedly. You don't need the internet to tell you this.

ahh i see. i'm new to all this but heres my two cents: -stop giving so many fucks about her. ie dont develop oneitus, there are many others -remember even if your date sucks it was still a great success, it takes repeated failure to learn a new skill. So go into the date knowing that there really is no negative outcome here, maybe this will help relax you. -maybe consider moving from place to place, from the restaurant to a bar or whatever -ask a girl you know or anyone really for recommendation…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KM02WcvlKn0 if you attract her enough she'll stop caring about any problems she may/or may not have with rented rooms. There are nice hotels. btw what were you expecting as a response here if your houses, your friends houses, and every hotel is already not an option?

i don't get it, were you referencing some youtube video? and if you tell someone you're weird and creepy, they're gonna think you're weird and creepy. congrats on your success though.

the statement is better because its you offering your opinion, instead of grilling her with questions which will make her feel like she is being interrogated. Either way she has the same "blank canvas" to work with.

instead of directly trying to get rejected by making strange demands, maybe you should try and score (a number, a hug, a date, whatever) and when/if you get rejected consider it a victory because you tried and are developing.
