This is great, what times of the day do you go for a run? I want to give intermittent fasting a try, so I can fit my exercising schedule around it.

OP, do you need a daddy to spoon feed you the basic art of living? Of course if you fuck up your sleep schedule, you're bound to be affected in the other daily activities. It looks like you need confirmation bias from us on here. More people in the gym after 12? Like seriously, that's your excuse? This is not TRP, this is basic life. Get a grip, don't expect us to act like your daddy. The level of discourse on here sometimes is almost childish.

The innate desire to feel loved is very strong. That's when the blindsiding on someone's faults occur. Deep down who doesn't want a pure/unadulterated life with a beautiful significant other? Sadly though, reality is hard - there is no unicorn and the faster this acceptance, the better. Lmk your progress in a couple of months. Stay strong!

Sounds a lot like my situation. I can't tell you what I say will ease your pain but I see 2 or 3 lessons which are important to notice. After about 4 months, she and her friends decided that we were not the right couple for various sensible reasons. A woman is influenced so much by her friends that this is hard to fathom for guys in general. The girl I was with had all her friends and sisters telling her they didn't like me/approve of me. She put their apprehensions aside at first, but eventuall…

I think this is it. It takes time and I need to find more abundance with quality girls. Thanks for your comment.

Thanks bud. I'll try to improve and work on myself to build more emotional DGAF mentality. I don't think it's going to be an overnight change though, and is probably going to take a while.

Crude but that's some perspective!

Yes indeed, in fact a couple of girls I used to orbit a few years ago have now put on weight, and I have become way fitter in contrast. That is really satisfying. What gets me though is that the pain really does feel like a physical dagger shoved right across, but I guess I have to internalize that it is just female behaviour to branch swing. I was brought up on unicorn principles so shedding this off is probably going to take some experience on my end. Thank you for reminding me though!

True, internalizing this is a lot harder though!

The acceptance is the difficult part, but I think it comes eventually when one gets burned a few times. I have also come to the realization that we cannot achieve BP goals with RP philosophy, for what I craved for with that girl was affection, but now I realise there's no future fantasy that's going to turn into a reality. Also, I need to learn not to over-invest in women who display those signs of affection and femininity. That's a real challenge.

I think getting burned when you're RP-aware is even worse. On some introspection, I have come to realise that there are these certain type of girls who kinda affect me so much - primarily with whom I want affection and femininity - and who atleast on the offset seem to exhibit these traits. I don't know how I'm going to cope with the fact that I'm probably fishing for a unicorn when there isn't any, but I still do harbour hope for some affection in my future relationships. But you're right, broo…

You're correct. This is harsh on the ego to accept but it's a fact. The only way ahead is forward, thank you.

I lift regularly for quite some months now. Body's not at the peak yet but better than most people out there. Career is on a good trend, and everything was all uphill until this struck out of nowhere. I just feel like my head is fucked due to this right now, not experienced something like this for 2 years now even during other rejections. You're actually right. Need to get back to routine but motivation is all time low as of this moment..

Force yourself if you have to, until it becomes a genuine part of your personality. This is valuable advice, because it works. Can be somehow daunting at first, but eventually you morph into it, and you'd be surprised by the transition. I still do not know though the art of effectively balancing the above described personality with a rock-solid frame, because being like the above, you can easily get into a spiral eventually being a pushover for many people. What do you think?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
