Don't actively pursue an LTR. You can only be open to the possibility of one. There is some fuzziness to this because a majority of advice here will say to plate for 6 months before LTR. But most girls worthy of an LTR won't be willing to be a side piece for 6 months. That said if you think you want to upgrade your plate go for it.
