Hey man, if you think its bad being ugly as a dude, and think it's fucked up society values you based on your looks, imagine what women have to go through. Women live in perpetual fear of looking old or ugly why do you think they ALL wear cosmetics. If you're driving down the road and see two cars broken down, one in her 20s and one in her 50s and fat, who would you help? Society puts a higher value on youth and beauty, just be grateful they aren't nearly as brutal to men in this regard as women…

Yeah its something you have to establish right away. It IS one of those things where the longer you take to make a move, the more awkward / forced it feels, and that window isn't open forever. Let's put it this way, all women (or anyone) can perceive is your actions and the intentions of your actions. They cannot see all the mental justifications, the courage building, the rationalizations, the diets, the endless scrolls of books you've read on the subject. "Can he take what he wants?" is her qu…

Seems like you didn't completely blow it. I once had to turn down a guaranteed fuck because we were playing fucking vodka pong which destroyed me in less than 30 minutes. I threw up and left. In all my cases, that was the end of it. This girl sounds like she empathized with you. Maybe you should have banged her in the morning. That part is moot by now. What matters is that she was willing, and even after you turned her down she was still down to fuck. Get less drunk and go for it. Take a Viagra …

Besides "stop texting", you have to read How to Win Friends and Influence People. It's actually a good thing that you ask questions. When you show sincere interest in what the other person is into, they appreciate you more. They feel like they can open up to you more. The less you talk the better. Make your life a little more interesting though. You could so something as simple as pick up a novel. It builds confidence.

Dothraki culture. Game of Thrones. The leader is the man who is undefeated in combat. The chief is the strongest man in the clan. I'm just making a joke that I'm the Khal (chief). If you guys wanna take my throne then you gotta conquer more pussy than I do.

You can simply choose to either accept or reject this one timeless truth. However, there is no neutral. You either reap the harvest, or you look at the field of dust: "If I do not have what I want, I simply have not put in enough effort to get it." Your life, up to this point, is the sum total of your thoughts. It's absolutely true. Do't try to fight it. Break free from the bullshit excuses you make for yourself. YOU are in control. YOU do push-ups. YOU read books. YOU start coming up with your …

Good tip. I spot girls on the NYC subway when I step into the car. I scan the car and notice some girls all of a sudden straighten up, or fidget, make eye contact, flick their hair. Subtle shit like that. That's all they will give you. They don't even notice. But it's your signal. Who cares if you do a cold approach in front of 60 people? It's not really a cold approach, she already unconsciously showed you interest. Tune your radio to those signals.

People will talk and judge you regardless. Just do you. Let them sit in the crowd and point and laugh, or cheer. But they will always be in the crowd. You will be center stage.

Yes of course. An inefficient irrigation or fertilization process will hurt your crop yield. Make it more efficient. Your crop yield reflects your level of understanding and application of what works and what doesn't.

Tinder, brah. Read my post. I've picked up girls in the subway cars of NYC. 60 people watching me do a cold approach, judging me. Whatever the outcome, what about the thrill? Isn't that what life is about? Not the outcome, but the leap of faith? “Satisfaction lies in the effort, not in the attainment. Full effort is full victory.” -Gandhi

Umm, ok so when I set up Facebook in like, '07 or '08, I selected movies I like, books I've read, bullshit fb pages like 'I fucking Love Science'. Forgot about it for years. I didn't realize how much I had up there when I initially created my FB page. Anyway, being well-read, I can see other girls's books and authors. How hard is this theory? I only offered to assure the apartment would be clear when we got upstairs. I always offer coffee, but I also say I'm open to suggestions. If she wants to go to a bar she will let me know. Or I can drop the suggestion over coffee.

Umm ok I think I can maybe just give some first-hand stuff here for how I spot: In a bar. Dance floor. I grab a beer first. Scan the room. The single girls are there. Where do you find them? Find the groups mixed with men, the couples. They're out. Cancel them from your scan. Look over there? See those two girls in skirts sipping their drinks, dancing with just each other? Target acquired. Girl sitting at the stool, across from her is no jacket or phone or any indication someone is sitting there…

I swear this is a true account: I was eating a girl out. She said, "Wow you're amazing at this" so I said, "Yeah, my mom taught me." She laughed. The line worked because OP is exactly right. Here's another: On a Tinder date. She asks, "Is this your first Tinder date?" My answer, "First Tinder date? This is my first time talking to a GIRL". She laughed.

My life all of a sudden became interesting when I began making myself busy. See, when you're busy, your time becomes more rare to the people around you and they see you as a rarity. More importantly, when you're busy, you don't have time to think about being depressed or boring or bored. Me personally? What do I do to keep busy? I write a to-do list and I knock it out. It includes push-ups, reading a book, watching a documentary, learning to code, trading stock. All of a sudden the things I was …

I got out of depression when I realized I've been buying my own bullshit for 25 years. I realized that the world wasn't cruel, that the deck is not stacked against me, that women aren't inherently mean, and that the things that made me unhappy in life were of my own creation. I took....wait for it....RESPONSIBILITY. Don't like your friends? Don't call them. Don't like where you live? Move out. No girlfriend? Approach more women. Don't like your body? Work out and eat better. Once I took the burd…

Your confidence will carry you through everything. It must come from within yourself. You must do the things that build value to your own self. It's different for each person. Generally, working out eating right and reading classic novels helps me build my confidence. Think about this for a second: You are sitting on a mountain of diamonds; your mind is capable of getting you everything you want. If you truly understand this, you will see the person you want to become as a tangible goal. All you…

Every creature on this planet has survived and evolved by adapting to their environment. Only Man can shape his environment to his needs. Yes, you are constrained by physical limitations, you can't control gravity or chemistry or your DNA. But by using the best tool in the universe, your mind, you can alter your environment. Want more oxygen content in your room? Buy an air purifier. Want warmer temperatures outside? Move to a better climate. Want to fly? Study aeronautics and build an airplane.…

You are correct, some people actually can't help their depression or ADHD and it becomes a medical issue. You can't choose your genes. Many people, however, do not have those conditions and conjure up a self diagnosis as an excuse for lack of effort. What I tried to do here was dispel the idea that we are victims of circumstance. That if you trace the road map, your decisions or lack of decisions are responsible for getting you to exactly where you are at this moment. If you don't like current a…

Act as though it were impossible to fail. Success begins in the mind, brother. You don't need drugs to fix your depression. I'll tell you how I got out of my depression and gained confidence: Eat right, exercise. Those two things change the chemistry in your brain. Take an honest assessment of yourself. Why don't you get the respect and attention you want? What distinguishes you? Why should a girl pick you over other guys? I asked myself these questions and started working out, taking calculus l…

I wouldn't say as much. A negative mental attitude is definitely lethal and can spiral out of control into cycles of depression etc. What I meant in my post is that I couldn't stand my self loathing and doing nothing about it only made it worse so I decided to act. It was only by making incremental improvements that the negative thoughts about myself began to recede. If I hate myself because I'm not well read, and then I read a book, I can't hate myself for that reason anymore. I did that for ev…

"The only limitations are the ones that you accept in your mind." You can choose to disagree, and that's fine, but understand you are only limiting yourself. I am convinced that you are in control and responsible for everything. As Dostoevsky put it, "We are responsible to all for all," because the idea that you are separate from the outside world is false.

Accepting this as a reality was probably one of the biggest catalysts to change in my life. I know it's difficult, even ludicrous to admit that you're in control of everything around you. If a girl rejects you, you're right in that it's not entirely your fault: she may have a boyfriend, is not interested, you're not her type, etc. But then again, it's your fault for not picking up on it. If you pick up on the fact that she isn't feeling your vibe, then you did what you could. You're still in con…

Just do what makes you feel good about yourself. Read a book, draw something, work out. Find what makes you happy. Do what you would do if no one noticed. I said it before somewhere in the comments here: I don't work out to get comments from people. I do it because it makes me feel good about myself. Don't boast about how you work out, or that you took up a new hobby. Just do it. When people see your cut abs and chest, they'll know that you put the effort in, and they'll respect the fact that yo…

Even Napoleon Hill's own son overcame deafness. The story is told in the book. Even if your house gets blown away by a freak tornado, I'll stand convinced that you are 100% responsible and in control of what happens to you. Only because, to think otherwise is to open the door for excuses and becoming a victim of circumstance. I'd rather cling to the irrational notion that I control the weather, than cling to the destructive notion that I'm a victim of forces outside my control.

I like Pop. Basketball is more of a coaching sport than a player's sport. I picked Kentucky in my March Madness office pool because I saw some special on ESPN where KY's Coach had to get back to the Final Four with only freshman to work with. The guy is no bullshit, much like Pop. Deeper than that, those coaches succeed because they project success from their minds, and attract the things that harmonize with the dominant thoughts in their minds.

Thanks for your comment. I'm sure you'll get there, just make yourself your goal and you'll make the strides to accomplish that. TGR is great because it not only tells you that your mode of thought transforms into physical reality, but it shows you HOW to direct your mind to where you can get tangible results. Again, I'm convinced that your reality is the product and result of your deliberate thoughts and actions.

The only vibe you need that will get you through every and any social situation is your own. Models by Mark Manson talks about something he calls polarizing. You gotta quickly sort out your surroundings or you're wasting your time. Force the people on the fence to make a move, and move on if theyre not on your team. There's nothing to lose with approaching, it is exactly how you polarize women. If she's not feeling it then she just spared you both time and mental energy.

Honest evaluation of yourself. Looking in the mirror objectively and seeing how the outside world sees you. You project your thoughts by the way you look. If you dress poorly and are unkempt and out of shape (even if you're thin) with bad body language, how do you think your mind projection is going to be received? Not every man is good looking but every man can be handsome. The book is all about doing everything you do because its for you. I learned that the joy is not in the results. I don't w…

Yeah dude nothing was sacred. Not just the things people notice. I re-evaluated every aspect of my life, including the ones that I thought were rock solid foundations. Morality, religion, my philosophy, where I live, what I think about, who I associate with, my skill set...everything was on trial in my mind. I guess I can thank Nietzsche for that. I basically demolished who I thought I was to become what I AM. You know that little incessant guy in your head that keeps telling you what you should…

She knows the deal when you offer a time and place to meet. Again, it boxes her into a yes or no situation. If she comes up with some excuse then trust me, it's a "no". Girls aren't very good at being confrontational and don't like to reject men outright. That's why when you specify a date time and place it acts like an ultimatum: you're basically telling her it's her only chance.

I remember a recent post on this subreddit that said that when you ask a girl out, you specify a date and time and make it your only standing offer. So you don't say "when are you free this weekend" because it makes it seem like you are spending your whole weekend waiting by the phone. Instead, say "do you want to eat at (specify place) on (specify date) at (specify time)?". That way you put her into a definite yes/no situation and it will be easier to weed out her intentions. Also, from your po…

What I read from Think and Grow Rich is that you create your own fortune and misfortune. It made me take responsibility for my life. You are 100% in control of the circumstances of your life, no excuses or exceptions. I used to be mad at the world for not giving me the love and respect I felt I deserved. Now all I can be mad at is myself. If an encounter with a girl doesn't work out, it's not her fault, it's mine I must have screwed up somewhere. If I hate my job, it's my fault I chose to come h…
