My two cents, is this feel like a ton of drama waiting to happen if OP wants something serious. However, I completed agree with /u/ggGideon approach.

What is the mindset you have when you cold approach

I'm able to talk with people if we're in the same setting. Both sitting next to each other on the bus, both standing in line for coffee, etc. How would you approach if the girl is walking really fast or if she is sitting on a subway and there are no seats next to her?

Really good read thanks. I like the part of lying to yourself to encourage positive thoughts and adding wins to help reinforce positive thoughts. I'll have to give it another read some time. Any suggestions of defining big goals? It seems difficult to remove emotional attachment from them and just have then stay in the back of your mind.

Don't think of it as passion, but more of a general curiosity and keep building on that. The more you want to learn about it the more you will improve and one day it may turn into a passion. At least this how I'm going about it. Espcially as someone who didn't really have a passion.

Yup, this is amazing... I never thought of actually trying to figure out what my insecurities were and tackling them head on.

You just helped me to take a step towards confidence in what I'm doing. I'm not sure what i want to do career wise, but I'm working out regularly, taking some online class, consistent work. I get stuck in not having enough time and not being good enough with where I'm at. I keep trying to forgive myself, but i keep putting this pressure that o have nothing to offer, or I'm not good enough.

The problem is that you start yo feel that you're getting in each other's way cause you're both having to set tone aside to talk. Than it becomes a chore, so.... fuck ldr.

Oh I get it, Be in the moment and embody your desires and project those desires onto her. I've been doing nofap for quote some time and it has helped me put things into perspective. Right now, I'm actively trying to not seek validation from other people based on my actions. Being a assertive and embodying your desires are quite a difficult thing to explain in terms of a process, but I'll work on getting out of my head and focus on "she'd be cool to know".

So how you shift into that mindset?
/r/seduction13/07/15 11:05 PM

I'm rereading it again. I don't feel that all the points apply to be, but it's got me thinking more about what I want and getting myself to stand up for those beliefs. Which could help you in sorting out your thoughts. If anything it helps give you signs of a "nice" girl and you may realize how needy she is.

I guess I just have to keep going out to more events.

Ok, that really helps. I don't know if approaching a walking girl is anxiety based, but more of aware of the situation. I like the mindset of this is just a normal interaction. As if it isn't interfering with your normal routine.

Great post as I just read through parts 1-3. In part two, it was talking about approaching when situations call for it. I use to be able to approach girls on the street left and right, but after a long break, it has started to feel weird for me. Something about approaching a girl on the street while she looks busy, or while I'm in the middle of something seems to rub me wrong. However, if I'm in a social event, I have no problem talking with people cause the situation allows for that. Am I doing…

What is it that you normally do in a set?

I'm wondering the same thing. The meaningless tasks currently feel weird to me if I focus on it. I usually need to be eating, washing dishes, or massaging my muscles. I'm trying to return the TV series into social events as I'm not in a rush to watch them and I can hang out with friends at the same time.

If you get a chance, read Red Queen. I feel that it is so long, but once it gets into human sexuality, it becomes very enlightening.

You start to lose aspects of the fun when you become scripted. I find that since my openers tend to feel rather scripted it throws off my momentum then I find it difficult to jump right into conversation.

I'm curious, what does this do for you? Are you going to change your mindset? I'm wondering what to do with this information in a constructive manner.

That depends on your goal, but typically the idea should be low key and less pressure. I like to get to know the person then try to get more physical. However, I'm trying to shift that a bit too really get to know the person, but kept it fun and light hearted. That is my problem, I'm just get too serious about certain subject matters. Like I'm trying to make the person uncomfortable.... (yeah, I know dumb....) Back to your note of pushing it. I don't really know. I have read a lot of on here tha…

Lol, it depends on how you want to come off. Also creepy, is in the eye of the beholder. So, I typically would not do anything as I'm not into playing games and trying to read her mind. I'm not very good at playing games and stuff like that. If I'm interesting in you. I'm not going to hide it.

Ah yeah... that was a typo, I meant playing games. Well I guess it can be seen as a parking game of sorts...where they play "try to get me to move from my position".
/r/seduction21/07/14 05:26 PM

Oh, yeah... most of the girls I end up talking with try to jump right into parking games to try to figure out my angle. I try to be as straightforward, but I think I'm forgetting to have fun in the ridiculousness and hilarity in the interaction.

A lot of the girls that I end up talking with aren't typically that aggressive. Straightforward yes, but they seem to like to play games. Do you just go past all that and just be blunt?

Can you describe the difference in pressure one puts with "this girl is the one" and "I'd like to sleep with this girl"? I get the goals are different, but how would that change your approach when talking to the girls?
/r/seduction21/07/14 03:39 PM
1

Dude, typically girls around that she are busy with their lives. So take a chill pill and hit her up later. What's your goal? To date her or to bang her? That effects how you should approach the situation. If you don't really know then you'll just probably end up friends.
/r/seduction21/06/14 03:19 PM

Everything is risky if it is worth it. Being safe isn't going to get you anywhere. Before you consider telling your best friend, ask yourself "am I awesome?", "am I ready to invite this person into my life?". If you answer yes and feel grounded then take the risk. If she pushes you away because of how you feel then maybe you guys aren't that good of friends.

As an individual that goes to the gym, is it ok to suggest workout routines? I personally would be like "who is this person that feels the need to tell me this...."
