I'm starting to build up my abundance mindset, reason I ask is it's so empty at campus while break is going on, and options are slim. It's the pivotal moment when you know you can score but you know you're scraping the bottom of the ice cream dish.

Completely agree with the post-sex regret. Like I said doesn't even have to be an unattractive chick to attain it either, one cute girl I was with once starting talking about weird shit and I was ready to run out the door ass naked.

This could help you out some day.

I kept this post ambiguous mostly so the question wouldn't be overshadowed by the context factor, but just to be less vague I'm not asking outside the context of typical social spots (bars, clubs, tinder). Anyways, you summed up everything I asked really well. I also believe you have to be more tactful in the way you approach women about anything really. Talking to an old friend vs talking to someone you want to get to know better are two totally different levels, however it's interesting to not…

I just wish I could be a stronger guy who doesn't get shaken by outside influences against me. It's not even about coming up with a comeback, it's more being able to say something that doesn't leave me completely disarmed. Even if I could've said "oh, alright" stronger so I could show I won't be broken would've been better.

It really does put you on the spot and knocks you down from your high horse, but looking at this from the girl's perspective, I understand why a friend would grill me like that; I'm just another random guy trying to hit on a friend. I also had poor awareness from drinking so it may have been that I didn't pick up on their signals to sod off, but now I know for next time to tone it down a notch on the alcohol. If I bumped into these girls again what do you recommend I say to remain neutral?

Thanks for the reconfirmation, I appreciate it. What would you recommend I do if I saw these three out again?

That was mostly the alcohol speaking.

At the time it kind of surprised me but I had drank too much that night anyways, although I didn't let it get me down for long. How should I handle the situation if I see these same three again?

This makes sense it would've been much smoother to do, how should I handle the situation if I see these exact same three girls again?

There were a few times I think I genuinely broke through to her and her body language sort of tipped me in that direction, but ultimately I think I soiled it and chased her off by coming on too strong ¯_(ツ)_/¯

That would have be so sweet.

Yeah I thought the exact same thing you replied with, and I was pretty drunk by the time I was talking to this chick so it was kind of a done deal. I'll just use this as fuel and knowledge for next time, but even after all these blunders I can make out the guy I don't want to be vs the guy I am to attract girls. As you said, I took the initial interest too far and came on too strong.

Thanks man, I needed that response </3

Just saw this as well, I've used both in the past but neither has really any guaranteed outcome. I guess it all boils down to how much you care about your rejections, but I feel telling a girl you're attracted to them when you've already been flirting around could be a deal closer for messing around. Also asking a girl out would probably set the mood better than saying directly that you're attracted, since then you have to follow up from that and everything else will be held to that bar.

That's solid advice, that way I'd know for sure anyways and could spend less time on each individual girl

I've done that in the past so I guess I am already pretty qualified haha

That's pretty much what I want, yeah

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
