Some women actually do look better at 30 than 20, even accounting for optimizing at both ages. A little bit of age can look good sometimes. Cold showers definitely have benefits. I find that if I take a hot shower for 10-20 mins, I can relax and get the benefits of a hot shower, shave and brush teeth in comfort, and then end the shower with 1-5 minutes of cold and I get the benefits of cold showers too.
