Yea court is set for the 10th of next month and we have mediation. On the 7th I responded with a better more child consistent schedule and offer child support with a 50/50 rights of the child will see how it goes I just paid 890 cause I hired a lawyer to help me fix the responded paper work no house or nothing in value just our son only tripping on it cause I care and love our son and been very active in his life sense birth and even during pregnancy

No property no pension no 401k even tho she requested to get 50% of it when I don’t even have one or had one no house just 1 kid have debt we both build but funny how she don’t mention that on her motion just the support and 401k I think my concern is the custody part I know I am gonna pay child support but the amount she requested is very unusual for 1 kid she asking 3k for 1 kid with a annular of my income been 78k a year

Sadly no I think of looking for one I know what to say I know what I wanna request but like you saw laws can be very confusing and knowing how the state and county are against men I can tell she just needs to play victim for the state to believe her

Yes time to go and focus on yourself and the kids only if any trust me is how mine started all of the sudden she is been nice cause she just got serve in a divorce and all of the sudden she saying separation now but I say nope and trust me she goes in rage mood 🤣

Already got paper work filed and things to get going at this point I should of divorced 3 years ago but I think the disrespect and her already dating kind of did it for me and nothing has been filed 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️
