Not very good at chess, but used to play hockey and was ranked gold in SC in its first year. Haven't played in ages tho, thanks to entrepreneurial projects. What kind of business are you creating?

Ah I see. Well if you do decide to go that route Reddit has a good board called steroids, their wiki is a great educational tool. Personally I've been on TRT (150mg test a week) for about 4-5 years now. Completely removed my need for SSRI's and ADD meds. Can't say enough good stuff about it. Though to be fair one of the variables that increases male mortality over women's is testosterone. I've tried to look for that white paper on TRT and fibro again but I'm unable to find it.
/r/TheRedPill05/06/17 05:38 AM

So a friend of mine has fibro as well and I badgered him to get on testosterone replacement therapy because I had a distant memory of a white paper that looked at fibro pain reduction from TRT. He finally agreed though I got him on 500mg test a week which is more like a bodybuilding dose. He's almost a month in. Said his pain is is not noticeable anymore and he has more energy than he's ever had in his life. Obviously data point of 1 with God knows how many conflicting variables. But something t…

That blows, do you have fibromyalgia?
/r/TheRedPill05/06/17 03:36 AM

Agreed, I used to not give any fucks. And it was fun and empowering for sure to spin plates and not give them the time of day. Especially when I used to be the one that gets walked over. But I enjoy seeing my partner flourish when I support and care about them. I'm really into BDSM too and I've found that dynamic has gotten way more fun and intense as I balanced out the aggressive with a more nurturing side of myself. Caring and being supportive is fine if your SMV can afford it.

When you'd advocate against primary non-binding LTR'S, is that because the power dynamic shift in the boyfriend/girlfriend dynamic (vs spinning plates) would ultimately kill the girls attraction and make for a poor relationship experience?

True, tit for tat and all that is certainly a good way to start an engagement with someone. It seems most everyone here is of the opinion that the OP reads too much like a child's power fantasy, and that the poster should concern himself with matters of actual importance. Hence the lack of respect. Whether this sink or swim treatment is more effective in spurring on change in people instead of some empathetic socratic dialogue is the point of contention.

Not the op you're replying too, but I'm going to chime in. A basic steroid cycle with everything that you need to do it safely can be had for as little as $250-300. Yes you can also do fancy compounds and spend upwards of $1k...but it's not at all necessary to get huge. Obviously any work that you do while on cycle is rewarded with larger adaptations by your body. You can do two things, work out as if natty and get good results. Or push your exercise to the limits of what you thought possible an…

I'm inclined to believe that as an introvert you actually give a lot of fucks about how a social interaction will go which is a very exhausting headspace to be in. And within this paradigm you become drawn to the things that are more enjoyable and less challenging i.e. reading, doing things on your etc. Of course I could also just be projecting my younger years as an introvert on to you.

Muscle are weight agnostic, it's all about force and leverage. I haven't actually calculated the theoretical end point of disadvantaged leverage positions to increase your work load, but I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss what is essentially calisthenics in building "amazing" core strength. And in making this categorical leap from yoga to calisthenics I must admit that the positions that I can think of that are extremely core heavy technically fall outside of the purview of yoga, such as the stra…

You just made me wonder if giving yourself love freely is as ineffective as it giving it away freely to others. I guess loving yourself unconditionally is essentially being happy as a couch potatoe. Not a great state to be in. So to give your self true love, you do things for yourself that take effort and dedication. I guess I answered my own question.

Your natural test level drops roughly 1% each year after your thirties. Exogenous testosterone will shut down natural production. Stopping exogenous testosterone almost always brings back natural production. This process can be sped up with post cycle therapy drugs.

"Vipassana in plain english" is a good free ebook. Focuses on concentration meditation. You pick one sensation and become aware of that, the breath passing through the nose is a popular choice. Then when ever the mind wanders, you don't judge you, just bring your awareness back to the breath. With practice you will become faster at recognizing that your mind has wandered. 20min a day can have great effect on your frame, concentration and emotional volatility. Edit: Title is actually "Mindfulness…

Compound freeweight movements are ideal because you can train your balance, joint stabilization as well as getting your central nervous system to efficiently make multiple parts of your body work together. Isn't the forgone conclusion that humans are freaky and immaturely incestuous with their emotions? ;) Edit: In all seriousness though I do find it strange that it is said a man is recreating the unconditional love his mother gave him. I for instance was emotionally neglected and would describe the love I received as conditional. Yet I seek unconditional love. So it seems to me that the desire for being loved unconditional is innate regardless what your mother expressed towards you.

Vitamin D is super important, and is also the predominant deficiency people have in the northern hemisphere. Its definitely a good thing your paying attention to your vitamin and mineral intake. As far as testosterone goes, the effects tend to take about 4-6 weeks, and for non bodybuilding doses are quite subtle. 75mg Monday morning and Thursday night is a good schedule. That dose will put most people at the top end of the physiological range around 1100ng/uL of blood volume. The side effects in…

I love shoulder dislocations! I'd almost go as far to say that a lot of people stand to gain from pulling twice as much as they pull. We are a very forward focus soceity, sitting, leaning over the keyboard etc. And then to top it off trying to get our pecs and biceps nice and big kind of compacts the issue of rounding ones shoulders forward.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that its not your inability to open up to people that made your relationships fail. Being more open does not make relationships more successful. Something else is going on. Follow me on a little deductive trip: If you are afraid to be open, it means you fear the potential pain of rejection after revealing your "true self". Which in turn means that you don't hold your self in high regard. Because if you did hold yourself in high esteem it wouldn't matter if t…

Yeah it can make you less fertile while you're on testosterone. Your hypothalamus, pituitary, and gonads all work in concert to maintain homeostasis. Once you add exogenous testosterone your body realises it doesn't need to make its own and shuts down your gonads. The infertility effect isn't reliable nor permanent for the majority of testosterone users however. Don't make your decision assuming otherwise. TRT is awesome if you're low.

Cultivating an awareness through meditation can help. A lot of projection are snap judgments that you're not even aware of, but something as simple as paying attention to your breath passing through your nose can make it obvious how much the mind wanders. So much time you spend thinking and analysing without actually being in control of said thought processes.

If you feel uncomfortable dancing alone you end up projecting that in your body language. It's totally possible to get down on the dance floor by yourself. Be brazen and dance well (obviously that takes practice both to be comfortable and to nail down technique). However if you do it confidently people will imitate you, laugh with you and if they're brave come up and dance with you…

It can make a difference, what will make a bigger difference though is a well thought out progressive overload routine with squat, bench press, deadlift, weighted pull ups, pushup (good base, can make it fancier but that will hit the important stuff). Then you'll keep chasing that feeling, achieving it with more frequency as you continue to practice. Don't chase, it only makes it more difficult. Let your mind run it's course, and observe it instead. When meditating there isn't much feedback initially, and it can be hard to see what you're doing to your self. Most people use the frequency of their thoughts as a benchmark. However, many things can be used: EEG's (brain wave reader) body part temperature and many other metrics. They make the sym…
