I am a firm believer of you are what you think you are. If you say you are charismatic and funny, you're bound to be charismatic and funny. If you say you are not then chances are you are not. People have become what they think of themselves most of the time. Convince yourself that you are funny and charismatic everyday. Do this for a month, or maybe many years, who knows! But little by little you'll start beleiving who you are again! Bury negative self talk at all cost. It doesnt progress you a…

I give high fives for all runners. It's something not most people do, low risk, feels good and makes the runners feel good as well. No words needed to be exchanged.

Yep what Asianaway said is right. There's evidence that our heart tends to beat faster as well. The reason behind pupil dilation is that it is used to allow in more light. This allows better vision. Your pupils also dilate when doing strenuous work. Doing complex math problems will increase heart rate as well as dilate your pupils. Again the heart rate increase to allow more blood to the brain and dilate pupils to allow in more light. Now interpret this with girls. They are showing interest. The…

Excellent mind set. But keep this in mind though: the ultimatum game is different for every country. There is an article that states that people in different country react differently to the ultimatum game. Americans most of the time are insulted with the one dollar acceptance. They believe that it should be 50/50. But most countries would accept it and sometimes even not accept any of it! Some countries offer 40/60 to the other person and they wouldn't accept it. It seems that Americans (accord…

Do you want a straight answer? You can have a conscience. The first reply was somewhat of a joke. One can still be a player and still have morals. Look at James Bond. You can still be alpha, sincere, truthful, and sexy all at the same time. It is up to you how you choose to act. You don't have to be a dick to attract girls.

It's a risk we have to take to be great, to be the best we can possibly be. The greatest take a risk when they pursue a goal. It is chilly, but I believe you cannot get there without support of your peers or family. They are the warmth that gets you there. Are your friends going to celebrate you when successfully picked up a girl? Maybe. Maybe not. Did your friend pick that girl up with you? Maybe, maybe not. But it is a risk you take on your own. That shows that you are on a pedestal. You are c…

holy crap good quote. So to add on and improve would that be "Put yourself on your pedestal. You have a choice now. You can pick other people to come join your pedestal or you can choose not to. It is better to have a choice than no choice at all."

Interesting viewpoint, I do agree with you. Seeing sometimes is believing and if seeing movies is how people believe in themselves then I say go for it. I believe what you say is true, I just wanted to play devil's advocate and see how people respond. It's a new way to look at things.

I posted a thread similar to this and i got blown away by throwawaypua. The reason he said that we shouldnt base anything on movies is the fact that everything is scripted. Our lives are not. These movies are great but girls are scripted to act like this or guys are scripted to say that. It is all scripted. So dont study pua techniques from movies. Real life is definitely not the same

Im asian if that helps...listen it's great you are asian..but really ask yourself this question, what can you do about it? Can you change being asian? Bleach your skin like michael jackson? No. So ask yourself this honest question. What can you do about this? My suggestion is be awesome. Look at celebrities especially atheletes. Damn some of those people look like shit. Some people look so asian they look like their eyes are closed. Some atheletes look so black you can't see anything. Some are s…

yes i agree with you that modeling after actors is a bad idea, i agree completely that it will screw up my game because i don't look like actors or act like them...but there were some things that i picked up in the movie like eye contact and how to use silence in the conversation to create tension that i thought was important to my game rather than hindering it
