If she's flaking consistently then I would cut her loose. One flake shouldn't be a huge deal, but when they make a habit of it it pisses me off.

I'm in the same boat as you. Fell for a girl so hard one time, loved her family like crazy. But things just didn't work out, turns she has troubles with relationships because of being hurt physically.

I'm over her now, still sucks to talk about it tho.

I cut her loose after 1) She played me like a fiddle longer than any man should allow, 2) I ignored her until she became "hung up" on me, and told me so, 3) I allowed myself to be played again, due to the above, and 4) Concluded that none of this was necessary in the first place. Proud to say no girl has since got me to 1). Invest no more than she does, increase investment only if she does, and cut her loose after (IMO) no more than 3 attempted meetups. At the stage you are at right now I would just treat her as a "potential fuck". That means - see other girls and don't show her any special interest. Flaking should be punished, and what better punishment than showing her that you don't need her?

What happened? We both moved on, I fucked more girls, she got preggers. The breaking point was when I finally manned the fuck up. It was hard up to the time I found out she was pregnant. Major lawls were had after.
