Apologies on the late reply but this is amazing. Exactly what I needed thanks.

I definitely know it's possible in fact I can change how I react quite easily but it's maintaining that background pressure to keep me going WHILST reacting appropriately. It is with this that I have the most trouble. But yeah, you do understand where I'm coming from

Thanks bro I really feel you people have gone through tougher times so I wanted to hear your way around it. Tried this today and it helped me be more streamlined and calm in my approach to the day Will read up and update. Thanks again

Tried this today and it did help, I just don't want to get lost in thought and get too relaxed - guess it's a balance

Wish I knew the reference but it definitely struck a chord.

Thank you for all this advice. I'll definitely get to it!

Hmm, I may try this once I get the time to reevaluate - interesting choice.

I switched this up a year ago, now I can only work in public places. It forces me to work harder.

Both dramatically affect my drive to work; leaves me nonchalant and fatigued.

This will make me lose my drive to work, I can honestly say sexual drive is the biggest distraction for me when it comes to work.

Any books other than Meditations to get me going with this? Thanks.

No arguing with this, completely right.

I wouldn't say it so much grief more depression. I've used, for a long time, stress to drive me through revision. Utilised it as if it were my pal and it's got me results, the problem with this is familiarity - Stress usually presents as risk of the unknown, fight or flight; and this shows in my every day interactions. I'm trying to find ways to utilise my other "driving factors" to make me want to do well so I guess my frame will get stronger. But it's tough right now, thanks I'll try meditatio…

I get you, it's the voluntary response that counts. Yes you could be right about my frame but it's something I'm building with time. Examinations are the only real thing that gets me down and it's also because there can be times where there's possibly a few days in between until the next. Ongoing for maybe five, six + until I'm finished for semester. Thanks for the help.

This. I've heard a girl say when she was in her horny/ ovulatory state she would, and I quote: "probably fuck anyone who decided to step up". Now obviously this is an exaggeration but still shows it definitely is a powerful motivator.

Awesome pointer, red. It's so obvious but never would have taken it seriously. Thanks !

It's just interesting to know if there may be ways of improving the odds (however small that improvement may be).

I think you've hit the nail on the head here; amongst what the others have said which also definitely contributes, will dm you.

Hey bro, could you elaborate a little on what you meant by "low test"

So my meats nowadays are either oily fish to keep up the unsaturates and omegas Or chicken, I've cut out the red meat pretty much completely. Do you mean increase fibre and antioxidants? If so, that's an aim of mine I'm increasing both. I'm not sure about eggs, not eating them ATM but may try and eat without the yolk to cut cholesterol.

You think that's it? A mixture of loss of feeling and me having performance anxiety?
/r/askTRP01/03/17 03:07 PM

I've tried improving my diet whilst getting fit. No saturates, no fizzy drinks, decreased carbs and increased proteins plus greens. Not sure what it is.

Hmm. I'll have a think on the meds but I don't want dependence?

It's really weird. When I first started no fap I had HUGE boners like no kidding every morning. Then I saw the plate again, fucked for a weekend straight no issues. Since then nada then she came same thing; I guess the initial urge got me real high but since then nothing. If I try to imagine porn I get hard pretty quick so I think it's due to me not actually being overtly attracted to the girl? But I'm not at a level to be able to pull HB7/8s home yet :/ Dunno if meds are a good idea due to depe…

Thanks bro, I feel like the issue may be more related to oneitis, I've just remembered I get raging hard ons for the plate I mentioned when she comes round. I'll keep looking for an answer :/

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
