I was dancing and having a good time in the crowd just now. Currently in an uber home alone. When I was leaving, a girl started talking to me and we had a good conversation. I wasn’t too interested in her, but she gave me some feedback. She said girls thought I was a drunk weirdo for NOT talking to them. I have a hard time hiding emotion and say whatever’s on my mind (within reason). I use hand gestures while talking. I dress in tighter clothes and put a lot of thought into my appearance. The general lack of filter, stable mood and the constant feeling that I’m different than others makes me act more “effeminate” since I’m not secure being myself. I have been ostracized for being myself for most of my life. That’s why I think I get along better with LGBTQ+ people.

It’ll improve your mentality a lot! You’ll give off green flags for knowing how to talk to them without seeming creepy like woman-isolated guys. When you meet someone you like in the appropriate setting, you should replicate what you did with the other girls, but tease a little more to get her mind going.

I can see some of yall getting charges for this. The only way I could see this working is if you’re on a date and the girl is visibly into you and you’re having a deep conversation. Or you’re flirting with a girl at a bar and she’s tipsy and flirting back. Don’t ever put your hands on people that aren’t into you and comfortable around you. Drink an energy drink so you’re super talkative. Sit by him and start a casual conversation about something he’s wearing or about how you always are on the bus at the same time. Wear some perfume or something to make you stand out from the crowd of normal bus people. Make sure to be somewhat humorous. Then before either of you get off the bus, get his contact info and say we should keep talking.

That and just being open. Just talking with them I’ve learned so much. Guys are constantly trying to put in the minimal effort and then try to get them to go home with them, if not roofie them. Most girls seem to be ok with sex after just meeting or another night if they feel you’re genuine and not just trying to fuck and dump.

You should care about looks, but not obsess about them when you’re out and about. I started wearing tighter pants and shirts and got acne treatment and wore earrings and a chain. But I forgot what I looked like when I went out and my main concern was having fun and goofing around. I forgot what I looked like and I wasn’t insecure.

For me, it was like two parts of my brain finally connected and I was happy being myself. I don’t constantly seek validation and think people hate me. Still not long enough honestly. I would have not tried more after the first interaction where you touched her arm. You most likely came off as too clingy for just meeting. Next time, just treat her like she’s just a friend and keep her laughing and in-tune. Then ask her if she wants to drink/smoke back at your place if she still seems cool. Then while she’s still interested ask to cuddle and everything will come natural until you’re doing the deed.

I have to say it was the medication that did it. Before I overthought every situation and saw the world how most of this sub sees it. It’s not rocket science. You just have to be comfortable with yourself and go out and have fun and make friends. Don’t even think about taking anyone home. Girls are humans too and they can see through guys’ bullshit when they just want sex. If you don’t take anyone home, you can find a girl/guy to go out with next time.

I honestly would not recommend going to the bar alone. I just felt like socializing last night and did it. Going home with somebody was completely random since it was in the parking lot. And forget about appearing attractive. A lot of women can tell if we’re trying too hard. It’s hard to let go of insecurities but sometimes it’s the only thing holding us back.
