Don't crap where you eat. Male attention isn't the same thing as value: if he wanted to he would ask you out instead of flirting at work; he should be working instead Edit also you mentioned nothing about him that makes him attractive to you except that you work together (easily accessible = less effort to find a date) and that he pays attention to you. Is he well-spoken? A good colleague? Is he your type? Or is it just attention and watching memes on the computer instead of working?

Agreed! If he wanted to, he will

A van pulled a U turn just to follow me to school as I walked to campus on the sidewalk. I had 4 layers of tops on, with my hoodie up, and long black pants that weren't skin tight; literally the driver just saw the circle of my face (hair tucked in the hood) with loose clothing and still followed me. I don't wear makeup (skin allergies). It's about power, not how you look. Edit: typo

That tweet makes my PickMe self realise I am not as pathetic as I think, having been ghosted by an unworthy, unreliable liar. I have never been that desperate for a man. I feel slightly better now!

It smells like nepotism. How can a social media platform company not search the name Aimee Challenor? A simple google search would show news articles about her father raping children and her being engaged to a wannabe kiddie raper. You could search Facebook or LinkedIn or whatever, it takes 10 seconds to type it in and maybe 5 minutes to skim the first search hit They should have never hired her but did, then banned mods for posting an article with her name Aimee Challenor, then kept censoring e…

But the main reason was that I fell in love with the mask and spent years waiting for it to return I so feel you. My PickMe self is still experiencing this; fortunately the trash took itself out when he ghosted me. Thank you for your perspective putting into words how I am feeling, and for the constant reminders. I need them.

FDS is right: time will tell. I have learned this, painfully -- a man will say anything; they might even believe it. But look at his ACTIONS. Generally speaking, men of their word are few and far in between

I had resolved to wear my good outfits this summer any time I am out; taking the trash, walking the animals, whatever. Not "just" for dates anymore. With comfy flat-heeled shoes though. She looks so happy and amazing. I want to be that confident and carefree again

I figured out that if grew out my fingernails as a teenager, I could grab men's hands on public transit when they groped me and twist them like a doorknob As suggested by another poster on here I created this account exclusively for FDS commenting. I'm brand new (and still have lots of PickMe tendencies)! Well, this account is brand new

I quit LinkedIn almost as soon as I signed up around a decade ago, because of harassment like this. It was dismaying having to weed out real job/network connections amidst the pickups. Men feel free to hit on us anywhere

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
