Solid write up. Even though you may prefer the childish fun side of you, in most cases she will not want to see that. Women want a leader, not a brother or best friend. Be playful, but from a masculine position and save the goofing around for just your boys. Great points sir, let me know if I missed anything.

Solid advice for all areas in your life. Getting shit at work and business or having trouble with the relationships in your life? What could you have done better? It’s hard to admit you fucked up (even if it’s just a little slip up.) This is how your game gets tight. Repetition and improving upon every experience. Thank you for the reminder OP.

I agree and strongly agree with some of the points in this post. In regards to the "beta" lyrics in the music industry I have two thoughts as to why it comes off as "Beta" A. It sells. The average person wants to be entertained. Love is entertaining and sells. If you want to be a financially successful artist you need to push out something the average person enjoys. B. This is coming from the perspective as a ballroom dancer: It's safe to say one time or another we as men had our hearts broken b…

Funny enough, most men are happy with being average and staying plugged in. I'd argue the pain of getting rejected and eventually finding one woman that will love them for time is much more enjoyable and therapeutic to most men than actually trying to build wealth, success and applying knowledge to be the best at their area of expertise.

Pretty silly how people think of dance as girly. Ballet and all of the classical dances were structured by men. The lines comes from muscularity and tone which crates the grace. That core concept in dance is MASCULINE. when most dance teachers like academics are women, the men and the art become more feminized.

My company is looking for a senior engineer and the VP tells us we have no women engineers in the department so we should go into the interview with one of women “with an open mind” honestly I wouldn’t have mind being open to the idea based on her LinkedIn but clearly tipping the scales in her favor rubbed me the wrong way.

My dance partner called a friend a pussy in front of his girlfried and he laughed it off and said “yea I am” she tried to call me a boy and told her never to do that again. Really is scary how men take this disrespect and how the shit can spread like wildfire..

Good on you for spending your time productively man. Maintaining a strong social circle should be discussed more. One thing that helps, is try to find someone's interest and get them talking about it. At the very least it will leave a good impression and you may learn something new. At the end of the day having 1-3 strong male friends you can talk about the deeper stuff is ideal, since most people you will only make small talk with. If anyone has a different perspective and more advice, please c…

When your body is fasting, it produces growth Hormones that burns fat instead of muscle. This hormone is suppressed when you eat so your body can process the food. HGH deficiency is also tied to higher body mass so it helps to schedule your eating habits to really get in the swing of producing more HGH and as a side effect cutting a meal out for reduced caloric intake. Consistently fasting is a great way to get your body leaner and on an eating schedule but of course ask your nutritionist or tra…

This belongs in asktrp. When (or if) you go to college you're likely going to breakup. With that said, don't entertain the tantrum.

Thanks for sharing your experience brother. I also agree that there should be more content on development. I’d even argue that TRP would benefit from adding aspects of stoicism to the core of its teaching to help men get through the anger phase and stop seeking external validation from women. At the end of the day posts like yours really help focus on improving oneself for internal gratification.

It's unfortunate that you got fired. I hate to say it but this is a classic example of 48 laws of powers. When dealing with friends (male or female), let them come to you for advice, but never go out of your way to get them to their goal. Pick up a copy of 48 laws of power for the sake of being more mindful of power plays like you just experienced.

Best group of guys I met was through an MMA gym. Nothing brings you closer to your bros like getting choked out in BJJ and sparring. If you want to meet more woman as well, I'd highly suggest joining a collegiate ballroom dance team.

Good post here. As a black guy I always felts I personally needed to be more aggressive which in a fair amount of cases was too much. Thank you LeftAndRed for giving a new perspective and debunking the "race matters" theory. Keep up the good work bro!

Reading this post is like taking a massive poop and feeling a sense of relief. Why kill yourself or sacrifice your goals for someone that will eventually leave you. Really does take unnecessary stress away.

Along with BJJ (6 classes a week) and Muay Thai (2 classes a week), I usually throw in SL 5x5. If the physical load is too much for you do 3x5 lifts instead of 5x5. If you're looking to gain muscle, doing resistance will help you than just martial arts. Know what type of body you want to achieve.

Inner warrior? Warriors are respected and follow an honor system. This is just cringe worthy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
