I had no idea that subreddit was gone, it was so great.

Isn’t it good news that there is one less sexual deviant among us? It’s like some people want more evil in the world.

Can somebody provide context?

This. Is it just me or is everybody so incredibly selfish? I don’t think I’ve been asked any questions about myself or my life. Any time I try and tell a story or open about something, they make it about them.

If it is true that sexual attraction comes from polarization of masculine and feminine traits, then why am I repulsed by women with masculine traits? And what of lesbian couples? I guess I am a more "feminine" man, but I am still attracted to feminine women. This cancels out your idea, unless I am some kind of outlier. Doesn't this mean that it will also work the other way, i.e. feminine women attracted to what you'd call "feminine men"?

Isn’t there somebody out there for everybody though? Not all men and women are the same. I like being in a relationship with someone nurturing and caring. It’s what compliments my insecurities and anxiety. I guess essentially what I am saying is that if there are men like me who don’t fit into the mold of traditional men, aren’t there also women who don’t fit into the mold of traditional women?

Thank you for this. I’m sorry I can’t write a longer, more well thought out reply, but thank you.

It just feels like these are all games. I don’t like to play games or have to think tactically about a relationship like it’s some kind of mission. I just want to fall in love and be happy and be myself. If I have to change myself or act like this big tough stoic guy for a partner, I’ll never be happy.

So like, can we ever confide in women emotionally or do you guys consider it an act of weakness that makes them fall out of love with you? I don’t want to bottle up my emotions, I want a partner that cares about me and is willing to listen to my problems. I want to be able to vent and complain and seek reassurance. Is the frame of thinking in this community, that this doesn’t exist?

It’s kind of funny that the gender that is supposed to preach empathy and kindness is so obsessed with looks. They went from “looks don’t matter, it’s what’s inside that counts” to “you’re spreading bad genes if you have kids with an ugly man” real quick.

I’m not a woke, virtue signaling person at all. I can’t stand SJWs. I just thought that this was a forum for the Red pill, not a bunch of blackpills. The view of this post on how women date seems too negative, that’s all. It completely ignores the concept of love or marriage and makes it sound like the majority of women are these shitty opportunistic creatures that will leave as soon as you sip up once. Maybe if we’re talking about people in their early 20s, sure, but I’m in my 30s man.

Couldn’t this be applied to men as well? Shitty men, I should say. You’re supposed to work on a relationship if things start getting tough, not just abandoned the person. Maybe I’m just a hopeless romantic, but I believe in love. My parents have been together for 30 years, and they’ve certainly had their fights, but they didn’t just give up.

What about marriage? Do you just think women are going to keep moving from one guy to the next? This is dumb logic and reeks of hopelessness masked in “I’m just being realistic”. I’m sorry that you’ve personally had terrible experience with these kinds of women, but they aren’t all like that.

Men are seen as creepy and disgusting prevents, women are “sex positive”. That’s how society sees it, anyways.

I think that it’s like feminism, mostly left leaning people consider themselves feminists, while the opposite is true for the men’s rights movement. Sure, there are outliers, but they are uncommon.

It also states that it isn't the woman's responsibility to resist, it's the mans responsibility to not rape.

Thank you so much for the advice but what it comes down to is I am a "deadbeat dad" and do not want this child in my life. I tried to put the child up for adoption and tried to sign my rights away to no avail...and i DONT have a disposable income. I am making 1200 a month minus 800 for child support minus 200 for rent and minus 160 for car insurance and 100 for cell phone bill...that puts me in the negatives. I know people who have higher paying jobs than me and pay 700 for 3 kids and I am payin…

I have never dealt with anything like this before and I cant afford a lawyer...how do I go about proving that I can't excel in life by paying them 30% of my gross monthly pay?

I don't understand how someone can overlook the facts...if you really found my Facebook or read my original post, I stated that I was 22, not 18 and I admitted to overreacting the exact comment that you replied to with this post. Look, I can do bullets too: I can't get a better job without a college education, which I now have no time for. My family would kick me out for having a child out of wedlock, and I don't have any real friends. She won't agree to adoption. She want to flaunt the fact tha…

Listen, I have just had the most difficult day of my adult life and maybe I overreacted but coming home and opening a site where I view cute pictures of cats to see somebody else, on my only escape from the judgement of my peers about being a "Deadbeat dad", judge me based on a peek into my life...just was the last straw...I am about to pass out and I need to go start concerning myself with my child and expenses rather than arguing on the internet. Next time, even if you don't post personal info…

Also, my girlfriend says that she did not receive any messages from anybody today. Are you sure that you even messaged the right person?

Well that's odd, because my Facebook is only viewable to friends and it has been this way for months. I just double and triple checked after this entire situation and the settings were still the same. Public or not, all of the information you posted about me was completely incorrect and misleading, and was complete slander.
/r/MensRights17/08/12 04:23 AM

They are not attatched whatsoever, and my Facebook is completely private, I am not sure how she was able to get all of this information unless she added me as a friend and I blindly accepted it. She must have done some real deep digging. I am too flustered right now to do anything about this though, I need to back away from my computer a bit...sometimes you just need a night on the phone with your girlfriend laying in bed talking about sweet nothings ya know?
/r/MensRights17/08/12 03:58 AM

Yes, I do want them down, but I have it all screenshotted and filmed at this point. What you did was wrong, and you will pay for it in court. And on top of that, literally every little thing that you assumed about me was incorrect.
/r/MensRights17/08/12 03:42 AM

First off, I'd like to say that I am not only EXTREMELY creeped out right now, but I am terrified and feel very violated. The girlfriend is my current girlfriend, and NOT the same girl and yes I DO love her. I am unsure where the idea of her being the same came from? The job she has makes 200 bucks every 3 months, if she's lucky. I am a freelance videographer, yes, but it doesn't pay more than $100 a month. I do NO drugs and never have, yes I film the rave scene but that does not mean that I do …

My mother just lost her job and my father is now responsible solely for all of our expensive...they couldn't help me out no natter how much they want.
/r/MensRights16/08/12 12:30 PM

I have heard "too bad" a little too much over the past couple of months and I don't expect a random stranger's compassion or sympathy all too much but that just plain doesn't add anything to the conversation.
/r/MensRights16/08/12 12:21 PM

I was drunk...she was not. I had no intentions of sleeping with anybody and I am not the type of person who sleeps around. This was my first, and only one night stand.
/r/MensRights16/08/12 12:10 PM

Exactly. It seems as though if the father requests something the mother has to agree, but if the mother requests something I have no right to argue it.

I am nowhere near ready nor do I want to have a child. I have heard "too bad now you do" and "nobody is ready" before but I believe the best option would be for the child to get adopted.
/r/MensRights16/08/12 11:40 AM

I just need to find the right time to tell them, I was going to do it when I moved out but now it looks like I won't be able to do that at any point in the forseeable future.

Her low IQ and terrible morals are not against the law, and I have no time to raise a child or to afford a babysitter.
/r/MensRights16/08/12 11:37 AM

She wanted a child in order to have a paycheck without working. She has quote on quote told me this. I wish I had it on tape.
/r/MensRights16/08/12 04:18 AM

The child doesn't have a new family...she backed out of the adoption :[

It's not so much that I don't want the child knowing, as my parents and family...I just don't know what to do!

The girl and I are on bad terms, and I just want to wash my hands of this whole thing as horrible as that sounds. I don't want the child to know his father is a loser. I'm glad she was smart enough to choose adoption, considering her familiar life/financial situation, but I don't want anything more to do with this. I feel like a terrible person, but I know what I'm doing it right for me and the child.
