3	I get really triggered hearing about people hooking up and talking about sex like it's so easy. Any way to solve this problem without getting laid? Yes, be happy for those people. Say it and think it. Fake it if that's what it takes until you really feel it. It will help develop a positive attitude in you, and being positive will help you in many ways. It will help you emotionally and could help with picking up women or whatever you'd like to do. 1	An odd problem lower my (admittedly really high) standards yep. It's fine to have standards for a relationship. But why have standards, especially high standards, for dating? Figure out your goals, including short term goals, and see what types of females fit that. That might sound obvious or useless, but it is absolutely the way to get/build any type of relationship. And trust me, all females love to talk. 1	I believe that I am the worst guy in the world at talking to girls! Why do I have to be so bad at this? Start with "Hi, how are you? what's new?" Many women/girls will carry the conversation from there but somehow think you did most of the talking?
