That is not the natural order. In wildlife, women run things and chose partners. Men are there to be mated and then gone again. Here our examples of women’s right that were or are still violated: Forced child brides Women could not have bank accounts Women could not divorce their husbands Women can not chose abortions even in cases of rape and incest. That is not an example of men’s rights issue. Again, that is a relgious and cultural issue up to parents discretion about their children. A infant baby is not a man. Sounds like you need to save for a better lawyer to get 50/50. That is not a violation of rights. That is a lack of resources and court officials deciding their mother has a better home and schedule for having the kids most of the time.
