I thought my soon to be ex wife was borderline. But she turned out to be a complete sociopath or covert narcissist. I really want to be a dad too. 29M here. My wife can’t have kids in her current health condition and is unwilling to try to heal herself (the science is quite straight forward). Considering leaving because of it. But scared of course.

Thanks for replying. I agree babies won’t fix the relationship. I also understand staying with and caring for your wife if she is sick or infertile. It’s just that she doesn’t want to be healthy. If she would try to be healthy and we had problems conceiving, it would be very different. But she’s actively working against any solutions that does not come in a pill form. And even that she is sloppy about. All of which makes me feel like she has abandoned the relationship, abandoned the goal of fami…
