Good routine can help. Get up early and go for a nice hike or walk. Get some sun. I was walking around the supermarket today listening to music with noise cancelling on and that felt awesome. I’m not sure yet to be honest. I’m more convinced by the God of the gospels than the one portrayed elsewhere in the bible. I think one has to tread carefully when one reads the bible.
